本发明提供一种结构简单、可靠性高、操作方便的卫生泡沫发生器,以解决现有马桶或便池溅水、散发秽气等技术问题。
同时本发明还解决了现有发泡装置耗能高、噪音大、效果差等技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种卫生泡沫发生器,包括箱体、发泡装置,其特征是所述箱体内设有供液泵、供液储瓶及空气压缩机;所述发泡装置包括竖直放置的柱状壳体,该壳体内腔设有隔离界面,隔离界面上分布有多个气孔,隔离界面上部壳体内腔为气泡发生室,隔离界面下部壳体内腔为气腔室,所述气腔室侧部设有进气口,进气口通过供气管与空气压缩机连接;所述壳体位于隔离界面上方的位置设有进液口,该进液口通过供液管与供液泵连接,所述供液泵与供液储瓶连接;所述气泡发生室内上部设置有泡 沫搅拌器,气泡发生室顶端设有泡沫出口,所述泡沫出口与导管进口端连接,所述导管出口端伸入至马桶或便池内。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
结合图1所示,该卫生泡沫发生器由设置在马桶1或便池边沿的导管2、发泡装置4、箱体5、中央控制器24等组成。发泡装置4与箱体5连接,马桶或便池1上设有感应器23,感应器23与中央控制器24连接,空气压缩机7、供液泵6均通过控制开关25与中央控制器24连接。中央控制器24主要采用单片机,控制开关25可以为继电器。当人坐在马桶1或蹲在便池上时,感应器23将感应传递给中央控制器24,中央控制器24经过控制开关25控制空气压缩机7、供液泵6开始或停止工作。最终让发泡装置4产生泡沫经导管2进入马桶1内。
结合图2所示,发泡装置4由竖直放置的柱状壳体9、泡沫搅拌器14、隔离界面30等组成,该壳体9内腔设有隔离界面30,隔离界面30上部壳体内腔为气泡发生室28,隔离界面30下部壳体内腔为气腔室12。气泡发生室28顶端设有泡沫出口3,泡沫出口3与导管2进口端连接,导管2出口端伸入至马桶1或便池内。泡沫出口3为 扁平状,其宽与高比为(3-5):1,泡沫出口3处设置调节阀26,调节阀26调节泡沫。
气泡发生室28内上部设置有泡沫搅拌器14,泡沫搅拌器14由防水电机15及与防水电机转动轴连接的搅拌16组成,防水电机15通过撑杆27固定在气泡发生室28的中心处,搅拌16由搅轴32、设置在搅轴32上的多个梳齿33构成,搅轴32与防水电机15转动轴17连接,防水电机15通过电线22与电源连接。
气腔室12侧部设有进气口20,进气口20通过供气管18与箱体5内空气压缩机7连接,壳体9距离隔离界面30上方0.3—2厘米处设有进液口21。隔离界面30至进液口21的区域为储液区31。进液口21通过供液管19与箱体5内的供液泵6连接,供液泵6与供液储瓶8连接,发泡装置4中供液与供气体积比=1:(18—25)。
隔离界面30上均匀地分布有多个气孔13,气孔13的孔径在0.3—0.6mm。供液泵6将泡沫发生液抽入储液区31,泡沫发生液覆盖气孔13;空气压缩机7向气腔室12充入气体,气体从隔离界面30的气孔13中挤出,空气流经发泡液体形成泡沫,此为第一次发泡,此时泡沫泌水量较高;泡沫泌水量与发泡液面高度有关,高度越高,泡沫泌水量越大,即带走的发泡液越多,发泡液面的高度自动降低,反之则液面自动升高,由此起到自动控制液面高度的作用,保证第一次发泡的泡沫泌水量的稳定。同时泡沫搅拌器14转动,梳齿33将第一次发泡形成较大的泡沫切割,形成单个体积小、泌水量低的洁白泡沫。
