一种卫生泡沫发生器,包括箱体、导管、发泡装置,其特征是所述箱体内设有供液泵、供液储瓶及空气压缩机;所述发泡装置包括竖直放置的柱状壳体,该壳体内腔设有隔离界面,隔离界面上部为气泡发生室,下部为气腔室,隔离界面设有进液口,进液口通过供液管与供液泵连接,所述供液泵与供液储瓶连接;所述隔离界面分布有多个气孔,气泡发生室顶端设有泡沫出口,所述导管出口端伸入至马桶内,所述导管进口端与泡沫出口连接。本发明具有结构简单、操作方便、产生地泡沫对马桶内水面进行有效、有力地覆盖,防止马桶溅水,隔绝臭气现象发生等特点;其市场容量大,前景广泛,具有极大的市场价值和社会价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生设备领域,尤其涉及一种卫生泡沫发生器。
背景技术
在生活中,人们使用马桶时,其开口直接与室内空气接触,马桶或便池内散发的秽气往往充斥于室内空气之中,造成室内空气的污染;同时人们在方便时,水珠溅射到人的臀部。目前市场上的泡沫发生器产生的泡沫数量少、泡沫个体体积大、形态不稳定、易破碎、不能承受物体压迫,无法有效的解决马桶或便池溅水、散发秽气的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种结构简单、可靠性高、操作方便的卫生泡沫发生器,以解决现有马桶或便池溅水、散发秽气等技术问题。
同时本发明还解决了现有发泡装置耗能高、噪音大、效果差等技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种卫生泡沫发生器,包括箱体、发泡装置,其特征是所述箱体内设有供液泵、供液储瓶及空气压缩机;所述发泡装置包括竖直放置的柱状壳体,该壳体内腔设有隔离界面,隔离界面上分布有多个气孔,隔离界面上部壳体内腔为气泡发生室,隔离界面下部壳体内腔为气腔室,所述气腔室侧部设有进气口,进气口通过供气管与空气压缩机连接;所述壳体位于隔离界面上方的位置设有进液口,该进液口通过供液管与供液泵连接,所述供液泵与供液储瓶连接;所述气泡发生室内上部设置有泡沫搅拌器,气泡发生室顶端设有泡沫出口,所述泡沫出口与导管进口端连接,所述导管出口端伸入至马桶或便池内。
作为优选,所述气孔的孔径在0.3—0.6mm。
作为优选,所述壳体距离隔离界面上方0.3—2厘米处设有进液口。
作为优选,所述隔离界面至进液口的区域为储液区。
作为优选,所述发泡装置中供液与供气的体积比为1:(18—25)。
作为优选,所述泡沫搅拌器包括防水电机及与防水电机转动轴连接的搅拌,其中防水电机通过撑杆固定在气泡发生室中心处,所述搅拌由搅轴、设置在搅轴上的多个梳齿构成。
作为优选,所述马桶或便池上设有感应器,感应器与中央控制器连接,所述空气压缩机、供液泵均通过控制开关与中央控制器连接。
作为优选,所述泡沫出口为扁平,其宽与高比为(3-5):1,泡沫出口处设置调节阀。
本发明具有结构简单、操作方便、产生地泡沫对马桶内水面进行有效、有力地覆盖,防止马桶溅水,隔绝臭气现象发生等特点;其市场容量大,前景广泛,具有极大的市场价值和社会价值。本发明中进行水气混合的发泡装置噪音低、发泡效果明显、泡沫密度高、承载力大。其壳体竖直放置,其隔离界面、气孔、泡沫搅拌器等特征组合、带来了显著的效果,能产生大量的泡沫,泡沫搅拌器切割大的泡沫,使其变为更多的细小泡沫通过出口。空气压缩机提供气压,利用压强将细小的泡沫源源不断地挤出。产生的泡沫形态稳定、不易破碎、能承受物体冲击、压迫。中央控制器增强本发明的智能性,无需手动操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
结合图1所示,该卫生泡沫发生器由设置在马桶1或便池边沿的导管2、发泡装置4、箱体5、中央控制器24等组成。发泡装置4与箱体5连接,马桶或便池1上设有感应器23,感应器23与中央控制器24连接,空气压缩机7、供液泵6均通过控制开关25与中央控制器24连接。中央控制器24主要采用单片机,控制开关25可以为继电器。当人坐在马桶1或蹲在便池上时,感应器23将感应传递给中央控制器24,中央控制器24经过控制开关25控制空气压缩机7、供液泵6开始或停止工作。最终让发泡装置4产生泡沫经导管2进入马桶1内。
结合图2所示,发泡装置4由竖直放置的柱状壳体9、泡沫搅拌器14、隔离界面30等组成,该壳体9内腔设有隔离界面30,隔离界面30上部壳体内腔为气泡发生室28,隔离界面30下部壳体内腔为气腔室12。气泡发生室28顶端设有泡沫出口3,泡沫出口3与导管2进口端连接,导管2出口端伸入至马桶1或便池内。泡沫出口3为扁平状,其宽与高比为(3-5):1,泡沫出口3处设置调节阀26,调节阀26调节泡沫。
气泡发生室28内上部设置有泡沫搅拌器14,泡沫搅拌器14由防水电机15及与防水电机转动轴连接的搅拌16组成,防水电机15通过撑杆27固定在气泡发生室28的中心处,搅拌16由搅轴32、设置在搅轴32上的多个梳齿33构成,搅轴32与防水电机15转动轴17连接,防水电机15通过电线22与电源连接。
气腔室12侧部设有进气口20,进气口20通过供气管18与箱体5内空气压缩机7连接,壳体9距离隔离界面30上方0.3—2厘米处设有进液口21。隔离界面30至进液口21的区域为储液区31。进液口21通过供液管19与箱体5内的供液泵6连接,供液泵6与供液储瓶8连接,发泡装置4中供液与供气体积比=1:(18—25)。
隔离界面30上均匀地分布有多个气孔13,气孔13的孔径在0.3—0.6mm。供液泵6将泡沫发生液抽入储液区31,泡沫发生液覆盖气孔13;空气压缩机7向气腔室12充入气体,气体从隔离界面30的气孔13中挤出,空气流经发泡液体形成泡沫,此为第一次发泡,此时泡沫泌水量较高;泡沫泌水量与发泡液面高度有关,高度越高,泡沫泌水量越大,即带走的发泡液越多,发泡液面的高度自动降低,反之则液面自动升高,由此起到自动控制液面高度的作用,保证第一次发泡的泡沫泌水量的稳定。同时泡沫搅拌器14转动,梳齿33将第一次发泡形成较大的泡沫切割,形成单个体积小、泌水量低的洁白泡沫。
对比试验1:对本发明中交界面的气孔孔径与泡沫直径关系进行研究,供液与供气体积比=1:(18—25),其研究效果如下:
                                                 
对比试验2:我们分别应用本发明、一种泡沫发生器专利(201210121906.X)及手动式泡沫机专利(201320424294.1)的具体实施方式制作泡沫发生装置,然后对各装置产生的泡沫进行性能对比,其具体数据如下:
最后应当指出,以上具体实施方式仅是本发明较有代表性的例子。显然,本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,还可以有许多变形。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上具体实施方式所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均应认为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种卫生泡沫发生器,包括箱体、发泡装置,其特征是所述箱体内设有供液泵、供液储瓶及空气压缩机;所述发泡装置包括竖直放置的柱状壳体,该壳体内腔设有隔离界面,隔离界面上分布有多个气孔,隔离界面上部壳体内腔为气泡发生室,隔离界面下部壳体内腔为气腔室,所述气腔室侧部设有进气口,进气口通过供气管与空气压缩机连接;所述壳体位于隔离界面上方的位置设有进液口,该进液口通过供液管与供液泵连接,所述供液泵与供液储瓶连接;所述气泡发生室内上部设置有泡沫搅拌器,气泡发生室顶端设有泡沫出口,所述泡沫出口与导管进口端连接,所述导管出口端伸入至马桶或便池内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生泡沫发生器,其特征是所述气孔的孔径在0.3—0.6mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种卫生泡沫发生器,其特征是所述壳体距离隔离界面上方0.3—2厘米处设有进液口。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种卫生泡沫发生器,其特征是所述隔离界面至进液口的区域为储液区。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生泡沫发生器,其特征是所述发泡装置中供液与供气的体积比为1:(18—25)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生泡沫发生器,其特征是所述泡沫搅拌器包括防水电机及与防水电机转动轴连接的搅拌,其中防水电机通过撑杆固定在气泡发生室中心处,所述搅拌由搅轴、轴向设置在搅轴上的多个梳齿构成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生泡沫发生器,其特征是所述马桶或便池上设有感应器,感应器与中央控制器连接,所述空气压缩机、供液泵均通过控制开关与中央控制器连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生泡沫发生器,其特征是所述泡沫出口为扁平,其宽与高比为(3-5):1,泡沫出口处设置调节阀。
