本发明公开一种残疾人电动车手刹车锁紧断电装置,属于电动车的结构,其包括:刹车握把中部安装有一锁紧拨片,锁紧拨片与刹车握把之间安装有一扭簧,扭簧的两个支脚分别安装在扭簧安装槽内。锁紧拨片一端成型为有数个直角的卡槽,矩形挡块与卡槽相互配合。握把座固定有触点座,触点座上安装有两个金属触点,锁紧拨片的侧面固定有导电触片,在非锁紧状态下,导电触片与金属触点接触,使电机电路形成通路。金属触点各连接有一条导线,导线与电机电路相连。本发明优点:不需要手动持续捏持刹车握把,减少手部的不适感;在锁紧刹车的同时也将电机的电路切断,电动车在此期间不会获得动力,保障了驾驶的安全。

背景技术: 
现有残疾人电动车在刹车时需要手动持续捏住刹车握把,在某些特定的时候,长时间捏住刹车,会引起手部感觉不适,容易使刹车控制松动,再遇紧急情况时无意中碰到加速握把就会有交通事故的危险。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种不需要手动持续捏持刹车握把的手刹车锁紧断电装置。 
一种残疾人电动车手刹车锁紧断电装置,包括:握把座,刹车握把,刹车握把通过螺栓I安装在握把座上,刹车握把可绕着螺栓I旋转,所述刹车握把中部通过螺栓II安装有一锁紧拨片,锁紧拨片可以绕着螺栓II旋转,锁紧拨片与刹车握把之间安装有一扭簧,刹车握把与锁紧拨片上均成型有扭簧安装槽,扭簧的两个支脚分别安装在扭簧安装槽内。 
所述锁紧拨片一端成型为有数个直角的卡槽,所述握把座上成型有矩形挡块,在锁紧状态下,矩形挡块与卡槽相互配合。 
所述的握把座固定有触点座,触点座上安装有两个金属触点,所述锁紧拨片的侧面固定有导电触片,在非锁紧状态下,导电触片与金属触点接触,使电机电路形成通路。 
所述金属触点各连接有一条导线,导线与电机电路相连。 
 本发明优点:不需要手动持续捏持刹车握把,减少手部的不适感;在锁紧刹车的同时也将电机的电路切断,电动车在此期间不会获得动力,保障了驾驶的安全。

根据图1来说明本发明的具体实施例,一种残疾人电动车手刹车锁紧断电装置,包括:握把座1,刹车握把2,刹车握把2通过螺栓I 3安装在握把座1上,刹车握把2可绕着螺栓I 3旋转,所述刹车握把2中部通过螺栓II 4安装有一锁紧拨片5,锁紧拨片5可以绕着螺栓II 4旋转,锁紧拨片5与刹车握把2之间安装有一扭簧6,刹车握把2与锁紧拨片5上均成型有扭簧安装槽7,扭簧6的两个支脚分别安装在扭簧安装槽7内。
所述锁紧拨片5一端成型为有数个直角的卡槽8,所述握把座1上成型有矩形挡块9,在锁紧状态下,矩形挡块9与卡槽8相互配合。 
所述的握把座1固定有触点座10,触点座10上安装有两个金属触点11,所述锁紧拨片5的侧面固定有导电触片12,在非锁紧状态下,导电触片12与金属触点11接触使电机电路形成通路。 
所述金属触点11各连接有一条导线13,导线13与电机电路相连。 
本发明工作原理:刹车时,驾驶人握住刹车握把2的同时扳动锁紧拨片5,在确认刹车握把2不会回弹之后就可以松开刹车握把2。本设计利用锁紧拨片5自身的刚性限制了刹车握把2的旋转回程。在拨动锁紧拨片5的同时,锁紧拨片5上的导电触片12与触点座10分离,切断了电机的电路,停止动力输出,此时即使转动加速握把也不会有前进的动力。 
当需要解除刹车时,驾驶人小幅捏动刹车握把2,锁紧拨片5脱离了矩形挡块9的阻挡并且在扭簧6的作用下回弹至原位。锁紧拨片5上的导电触片12与触点座10重新接触,电路被接通而形成回路,电动车即重新获得动力。

1.一种残疾人电动车手刹车锁紧断电装置,包括:握把座(1),刹车握把(2),刹车握把(2)通过螺栓I(3)安装在握把座(1)上,刹车握把(2)可绕着螺栓I(3)旋转,其特征在于:所述刹车握把(2)中部通过螺栓II(4)安装有一锁紧拨片(5),锁紧拨片(5)可以绕着螺栓II(4)旋转,锁紧拨片(5)与刹车握把(2)之间安装有一扭簧(6),刹车握把(2)与锁紧拨片(5)上均成型有扭簧安装槽(7),扭簧(6)的两个支脚分别安装在扭簧安装槽(7)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述残疾人电动车手刹车锁紧断电装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧拨片(5)一端成型为有数个直角的卡槽(8),所述握把座(1)上成型有矩形挡块(9),在锁紧状态下,矩形挡块(9)与卡槽(8)相互配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的所述残疾人电动车手刹车锁紧断电装置,其特征在于:所述的握把座(1)固定有触点座(10),触点座(10)上安装有两个金属触点(11),所述锁紧拨片(5)的侧面固定有导电触片(12),在非锁紧状态下,导电触片(12)与金属触点(11)接触使电机电路形成通路。
