本发明涉及一种组合夹紧机构,包括本体、螺栓、楔块、侧板以及杠杆,所述本体包括上侧板与右侧板,所述上侧板与右侧板为一体结构,所述右侧板上设置螺纹配合的螺栓,所述上侧板下表面设有楔块,所述螺栓的左端伸入楔块内,所述楔块左端设有斜面,所述斜面与杠杆下端接触,侧板上设有转动轴,所述杠杆套装在转动轴上,所述上侧板上表面固定有挡块,采用上述结构后,旋转螺栓使楔块向左推进,做杠杆将上侧板上的工件夹紧,楔块斜面为大升角而不需自锁,以利于快速夹紧,杠杆将作用力改变方向成夹紧力,螺栓起到了增力作用。

本发明涉及一种夹紧机构,特别是组合夹紧机构。
背景技术
机械加工中对工件进行加工需要先将工件夹紧,现有的许多夹具都是通过施加于夹紧力同向的力来推动夹块以达到将工件夹紧的目的,这种方式费力,而且容易受反弹力的作用而夹不紧,影响夹紧效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、省力且夹紧效果好的组合夹紧机构。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种组合夹紧机构,包括本体、螺栓、楔块、侧板以及杠杆,所述本体包括上侧板与右侧板,所述上侧板与右侧板为一体结构,所述右侧板上设置螺纹配合的螺栓,所述上侧板下表面设有楔块,所述螺栓的左端伸入楔块内,所述楔块左端设有斜面,所述斜面与杠杆下端接触,侧板上设有转动轴,所述杠杆套装在转动轴上,所述上侧板上表面固定有挡块。
所述上侧板左端固定有弹簧,所述弹簧左端与杠杆上半部固定连接。
所述挡块通过螺钉固定在上侧板上表面。
采用上述结构后,旋转螺栓使楔块向左推进,做杠杆将上侧板上的工件夹紧,楔块斜面为大升角而不需自锁,以利于快速夹紧,杠杆将作用力改变方向成夹紧力,螺栓起到了增力作用。

具体实施方式
由图1可知本发明一种组合夹紧机构,包括本体、螺栓1、楔块2、侧板3以及杠杆4,所述本体包括上侧板5与右侧板6,所述上侧板5与右侧板6为一体结构,所述右侧板6上设置螺纹配合的螺栓1,所述上侧板5下表面设有楔块2,所述螺栓1的左端伸入楔块2内,所述楔块2左端设有斜面7,所述斜面7与杠杆4下端接触,侧板3上设有转动轴8,所述杠杆4套装在转动轴8上,所述上侧板5上表面用螺钉固定有挡块9,所述上侧板5左端固定有弹簧10,所述弹簧10左端与杠杆4上半部固定连接。
本发明工作时,旋转螺栓使楔块向左推进,做杠杆将上侧板上的工件夹紧,楔块斜面为大升角而不需自锁,以利于快速夹紧,杠杆将作用力改变方向成夹紧力,螺栓起到了增力作用。

1.一种组合夹紧机构,其特征在于:包括本体、螺栓、楔块、侧板以及杠杆,所述本体包括上侧板与右侧板,所述上侧板与右侧板为一体结构,所述右侧板上设置螺纹配合的螺栓,所述上侧板下表面设有楔块,所述螺栓的左端伸入楔块内,所述楔块左端设有斜面,所述斜面与杠杆下端接触,侧板上设有转动轴,所述杠杆套装在转动轴上,所述上侧板上表面固定有挡块。
