本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种H形夹，包括夹体、螺杆、夹头、手杆，所述夹体呈H形，所述夹体两侧上下设有水平方向同轴的螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔与螺杆螺纹连接，所述螺杆在H形夹内侧一端装有夹头，另一端设有横向圆透孔，圆透孔内活动放置手杆。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种H形夹，包括夹体1、螺杆3、夹头2、手杆4，所述夹体1呈H形，所述夹体1两侧上下设有水平方向同轴的螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔与螺杆3螺纹连接，所述螺杆3在H形夹内侧一端装有夹头2，另一端设有横向圆透孔，圆透孔内活动放置手杆4。这种H形夹，可以从上下或左右同时夹紧工件，夹紧力大，夹紧可靠，从而满足用户的特殊需要。
工作时，将工件放到H形夹体1上下槽内，两夹头2分别对准工件侧面，转动手杆4，螺杆3前移，夹头2压紧工件，加工完工件后，反方向转动手杆4，松开工件，将其卸下。
