Abstract

浅孔钻头专用倒角环刀,制作时其内孔尺寸D2比浅孔钻头(1)外径D1尺寸大0.1mm,切削刃尺寸S比所用浅孔钻头螺旋槽尺寸小1-2mm,(不同厂家浅孔钻头螺旋槽尺寸不同)。倒角环刀利用W18Cr4V(白钢)材质制作,经过热处理达到HRC60-62硬度。安装后利用紧顶螺丝(3)将倒角环刀固定在浅孔钻头根部。浅孔钻头专用倒角环刀的有益效果:一次工艺可实现钻孔和倒角加工,减少了加工时间,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
浅孔钻头专用倒角环刀适用于利用浅孔钻头钻孔后的倒角工艺。
背景技术
现有加工工艺利用浅孔钻头钻孔后换刀用较大直径麻花钻头再进行倒角工序,不仅增加了一道工序,还浪费了加工时间。
发明专利内容
本发明专利在于克服上述的不足,在浅孔钻头上安装倒角环刀,在倒角后直接倒角,减少了换刀程序,并且倒角环刀和浅孔钻头同轴,钻孔后的倒角同轴度较高
倒角环刀的有益效果:钻头倒角一把加装倒角环刀的浅孔钻头一次加工完成,减少了加工时间,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
制作倒角环刀(2)时,其内孔尺寸D2比浅孔钻头(1)外径D1尺寸大0.1mm,切削刃尺寸S比所用浅孔钻头螺旋槽尺寸小1-2mm,(不同厂家浅孔钻头螺旋槽尺寸不同)。倒角环刀利用W18Cr4V(白钢)材质制作,经过热处理达到HRC60-62硬度。安装后利用紧顶螺丝(3)将倒角环刀固定在浅孔钻头根部,如图2所示。
安装好倒角环刀的浅孔钻头按正常装卡在设备上,按原程序加工,当钻孔程序结束后,插入一段快进程序后进行低速倒角加工,快进程序距离和倒角加工速度要试加工工件材料和形状而定,遵循正常加工参数的设定。
