本发明公开了一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒及其制备方法。本发明的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯30%~50%、抗粘连剂5%~15%、复配型爽滑剂10%~25%、抗静电剂10%~20%、耐热剂2%~10%、耐候剂1%~3%、分散剂1%~3%、偶联剂0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、其它添加剂0~1%。本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的多功能爽滑母粒应用于聚乙烯膜制品,具有爽滑效果好、抗静电性能优良、耐热耐候性好、抗冲击韧性良好和易加工等特点,而且使用方便,操作简单,便于提高生产效率和改善生产环境等,具有较好的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚乙烯(PE)具有良好的化学稳定性、耐穿刺性、冲击性和环境友好性等,常用于食品、饮料、化妆品、电子、玩具、印刷等行业的薄膜或吹膜包装,但聚乙烯单独使用存在爽滑性比较差、抗静电效果不好、耐候耐热性不足等缺点,从而限制了对其进行加工与使用的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种爽滑效果好、抗静电性能佳、耐候性良好和力学性能优异的聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯30%~50%、抗粘连剂5%~15%、复配型爽滑剂10%~25%、抗静电剂10%~20%、耐热剂2%~10%、耐候剂1%~3%、分散剂1%~3%、偶联剂0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、其它添加剂0~1%。
所述的抗粘连剂为无机抗粘连剂或有机开口剂,无机抗粘连剂选自轻质合成二氧化硅、碳酸钙、硅酸盐、滑石粉中的一种,有机开口剂选自硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙。
所述的复配型爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺75wt%和硅酮25wt%组成的复配物。
所述的抗静电剂为脂肪酸甘油单酯。
所述的耐热剂为双马来酰亚胺或N-苯基马来酰亚胺。
所述的耐候剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
所述的分散剂为聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡(EVA蜡)或乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)中的一种。
所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂168的复配物、抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂JC-242的复配物中的一种。
所述的其它添加剂为着色剂及光亮剂。
上述的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制复配型爽滑剂:按重量配比称取芥酸酰胺75wt%和硅酮25wt%,加入高速混合机中,使充分混合均匀,制得复配型爽滑剂待用;
(2)将各组分按重量配比称好待用;
(3)将抗粘连剂和偶联剂加入转速在500~1500转/分钟的高速混合机中,混合3~5分钟,再在高速混合机中加入聚乙烯、复配型爽滑剂、抗静电剂、耐热剂、耐候剂、分散剂、偶联剂、抗氧剂和其它添加剂,在85℃~100℃温度下混合5~15分钟;
(4)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在160℃~200℃,螺杆转速为120~300转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥即得本发明的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的多功能爽滑母粒应用于聚乙烯膜制品,具有爽滑效果好、抗静电性能优良、耐热耐候性好、抗冲击韧性良好和易加工等特点,而且使用方便,操作简单,便于提高生产效率和改善生产环境等,具有较好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯45%、轻质合成二氧化硅10%、复配型爽滑剂20%、脂肪酸甘油单酯15%、双马来酰亚胺5%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮2%、聚乙烯蜡1.5%、硅烷偶联剂0.5%、抗氧剂10100.5%、其它添加剂0.5%,其中,所述的复配型爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺75wt%和硅酮25wt%组成的复配物,所述的其它添加剂为着色剂及光亮剂。
制备方法:(1)配制复配型爽滑剂:按重量配比称取芥酸酰胺75wt%和硅酮25wt%,加入高速混合机中,使充分混合均匀,制得复配型爽滑剂待用;(2)将各组分按重量配比称好待用;(3)将轻质合成二氧化硅和硅烷偶联剂加入转速在500~1500转/分钟的高速混合机中,混合3~5分钟,再在高速混合机中加入聚乙烯、复配型爽滑剂、脂肪酸甘油单酯、双马来酰亚胺、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、聚乙烯蜡、硅烷偶联剂、抗氧剂1010和其它添加剂,在85℃~100℃温度下混合5~15分钟;(4)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在160℃~200℃,螺杆转速为120~300转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥即得本发明的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒。
实施例2:
一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯30%、轻质合成二氧化硅15%、复配型爽滑剂25%、脂肪酸甘油单酯15%、N-苯基马来酰亚胺8%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮2%、氧化聚乙烯蜡(EVA蜡)3%、硅烷偶联剂1%、抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%、其它添加剂0.5%,其中,所述的复配型爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺75wt%和硅酮25wt%组成的复配物,所述的其它添加剂为着色剂及光亮剂。
制备方法:(1)配制复配型爽滑剂:按重量配比称取芥酸酰胺75wt%和硅酮25wt%,加入高速混合机中,使充分混合均匀,制得复配型爽滑剂待用;(2)将各组分按重量配比称好待用;(3)将轻质合成二氧化硅和硅烷偶联剂加入转速在500~1500转/分钟的高速混合机中,混合3~5分钟,再在高速混合机中加入聚乙烯、复配型爽滑剂、脂肪酸甘油单酯、N-苯基马来酰亚胺、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、氧化聚乙烯蜡(EVA蜡)、硅烷偶联剂、抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂168的复配物和其它添加剂,在85℃~100℃温度下混合5~15分钟;(4)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在160℃~200℃,螺杆转速为120~300转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥即得本发明的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒。
Claims (9)
1.一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯30%~50%、抗粘连剂5%~15%、复配型爽滑剂10%~25%、抗静电剂10%~20%、耐热剂2%~10%、耐候剂1%~3%、分散剂1%~3%、偶联剂0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、其它添加剂0~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的抗粘连剂为无机抗粘连剂或有机开口剂,无机抗粘连剂选自轻质合成二氧化硅、碳酸钙、硅酸盐、滑石粉中的一种,有机开口剂选自硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的复配型爽滑剂为芥酸酰胺75wt%和硅酮25wt%组成的复配物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的抗静电剂为脂肪酸甘油单酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的耐热剂为双马来酰亚胺或N-苯基马来酰亚胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的耐候剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡(EVA蜡)或乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量配比称取芥酸酰胺75wt%和硅酮25wt%,加入高速混合机中,使充分混合均匀,制得复配型爽滑剂待用;
(2)将各组分按重量配比称好待用;
(3)将抗粘连剂和偶联剂加入转速在500~1500转/分钟的高速混合机中,混合3~5分钟,再在高速混合机中加入聚乙烯、复配型爽滑剂、抗静电剂、耐热剂、耐候剂、分散剂、偶联剂、抗氧剂和其它添加剂,在85℃~100℃温度下混合5~15分钟;
(4)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在160℃~200℃,螺杆转速为120~300转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥即得本发明的一种聚乙烯膜用多功能爽滑母粒。
