技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料。
背景技术
聚乙烯是一种质轻无毒、具有良好的电绝缘性能和耐化学腐蚀性能的热塑性塑料,其强度较高,耐寒性好,成型加工方便,已广泛应用于建筑、交通运输、电线电缆、化工机械等行业,但由于其存在冲击韧性较差及缺口敏感性大等缺点,限制它作为一种高分子结构材料在某些领域中的应用。采用弹性体增韧可以大幅度提高材料的抗冲击性能,但同时也造成材料的强度、刚度、耐热性及加工性能大幅度下降,同时成本也高。采用刚性粒子增韧在一定条件下表现出同时增韧增强,但韧性的提高幅度有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以弹性体和刚性粒子共用增韧和具有大幅度提高韧性、刚性、耐热性并能保持较好强度的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯树脂60%~75%、弹性体10%~20%、微米碳酸钙5%~20%、表面处理剂0.1%~0.4%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%、润滑剂0.2%~1.5%、稳定剂0.1%~0.5%、色料0~1%。
所述的弹性体为聚烯烃弹性体(POE)、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体、三元乙丙橡胶、马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)中的一种。
所述的微米碳酸钙的平均粒径在1μm~10μm之间的轻质微米碳酸钙。
所述的表面处理剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁、硅烷偶联剂中的一种。
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂168的复配物、抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂JC-242的复配物中的一种。

(1)将微米碳酸钙与表面处理剂按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于80℃~120℃温度下搅拌10~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃出料,待用;
(2)按重量配比称取弹性体,并与步骤(1)的物料混合均匀,加入双辊筒开炼机或密炼机中,在120℃~140℃温度下混炼5~10分钟,再经拉片、切料后制成弹性体/微米碳酸钙母粒;
(3)按重量配比称取聚乙烯树脂、抗氧剂、润滑剂、稳定剂和色料,加入高速混合机,同时加入弹性体/微米碳酸钙母粒,使充分混合3~5分钟;
(4)再将步骤(3)的混合物加入同向双螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆转速为120~200转/分钟,双螺杆挤出机的各段温度为120℃~125℃、140℃~150℃、155℃~170℃、180℃~185℃、190℃~205℃,通过双螺杆挤出机共混、挤出造粒,即得本发明的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明在聚乙烯树脂中加入弹性体与微米碳酸钙共混,可以大幅度提高冲击强度、刚度和耐热性,使具有很好的增韧、增强和增刚的效果,同时保持有较好的拉伸强度,其综合性能优良,加工性能好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯树脂70%、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)15%、平均粒径在1μm~10μm之间的轻质微米碳酸钙12%、硬脂酸钙0.3%、抗氧剂10100.7%、聚乙烯蜡1.2%、苯并三唑稳定剂0.4%、色料0.4%。
制备方法:(1)将平均粒径在1μm~10μm之间的轻质微米碳酸钙与硬脂酸钙按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于80℃~120℃温度下搅拌10~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃出料,待用;(2)按重量配比称取聚烯烃弹性体(POE),并与步骤(1)的物料混合均匀,加入双辊筒开炼机或密炼机中,在120℃~140℃温度下混炼5~10分钟,再经拉片、切料后制成POE/微米碳酸钙母粒;(3)按重量配比称取聚乙烯树脂、抗氧剂1010、聚乙烯蜡、苯并三唑稳定剂和色料,加入高速混合机,同时加入POE/微米碳酸钙母粒,使充分混合3~5分钟;(4)再将步骤(3)的混合物加入同向双螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆转速为120~200转/分钟,双螺杆挤出机的各段温度为120℃~125℃、140℃~150℃、155℃~170℃、180℃~185℃、190℃~205℃,通过双螺杆挤出机共混、挤出造粒,即得本发明的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料。
实施例2:
一种聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯树脂60%、三元乙丙橡胶20%、平均粒径在1μm~10μm之间的轻质微米碳酸钙18%、硬脂酸镁0.4%、抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%、EVA蜡0.6%、受阻胺稳定剂0.2%、色料0.3%。
制备方法:(1)将平均粒径在1μm~10μm之间的轻质微米碳酸钙与硬脂酸镁按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于80℃~120℃温度下搅拌10~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃出料,待用;(2)按重量配比称取三元乙丙橡胶,并与步骤(1)的物料混合均匀,加入双辊筒开炼机或密炼机中,在120℃~140℃温度下混炼5~10分钟,再经拉片、切料后制成三元乙丙橡胶/微米碳酸钙母粒;(3)按重量配比称取聚乙烯树脂、抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂168的复配物、EVA蜡、受阻胺稳定剂和色料,加入高速混合机,同时加入三元乙丙橡胶/微米碳酸钙母粒,使充分混合3~5分钟;(4)再将步骤(3)的混合物加入同向双螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆转速为120~200转/分钟,双螺杆挤出机的各段温度为120℃~125℃、140℃~150℃、155℃~170℃、180℃~185℃、190℃~205℃,通过双螺杆挤出机共混、挤出造粒,即得本发明的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料。
实施例3:
一种聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯树脂75%、马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体15%、平均粒径在1μm~10μm之间的轻质微米碳酸钙8%、硅烷偶联剂0.2%、抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂JC-242的复配物0.5%、乙撑双硬酯酰胺1%、二苯甲酮稳定剂0.3%。
制备方法:(1)将平均粒径在1μm~10μm之间的轻质微米碳酸钙与硅烷偶联剂按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于80℃~120℃温度下搅拌10~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃出料,待用;(2)按重量配比称取马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体,并与步骤(1)的物料混合均匀,加入双辊筒开炼机或密炼机中,在120℃~140℃温度下混炼5~10分钟,再经拉片、切料后制成马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体/微米碳酸钙母粒;(3)按重量配比称取聚乙烯树脂、抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂JC-242的复配物、乙撑双硬酯酰胺和二苯甲酮稳定剂,加入高速混合机,同时加入马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体/微米碳酸钙母粒,使充分混合3~5分钟;(4)再将步骤(3)的混合物加入同向双螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆转速为120~200转/分钟,双螺杆挤出机的各段温度为120℃~125℃、140℃~150℃、155℃~170℃、180℃~185℃、190℃~205℃,通过双螺杆挤出机共混、挤出造粒,即得本发明的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料。

5.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂168的复配物、抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076与抗氧剂JC-242的复配物中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、EVA蜡、TAS-2A、乙撑双硬酯酰胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为苯并三唑稳定剂、二苯甲酮稳定剂、受阻胺稳定剂中的一种或几种的复配物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将微米碳酸钙与表面处理剂按重量配比称取后,加入超声振荡发生器或不低于3000转/分钟的高速混合机中,于80℃~120℃温度下搅拌10~60分钟,使均匀分散,然后冷却至低于40℃出料,待用;
(2)按重量配比称取弹性体,并与步骤(1)的物料混合均匀,加入双辊筒开炼机或密炼机中,在120℃~140℃温度下混炼5~10分钟,再经拉片、切料后制成弹性体/微米碳酸钙母粒;
(3)按重量配比称取聚乙烯树脂、抗氧剂、润滑剂、稳定剂和色料,加入高速混合机,同时加入弹性体/微米碳酸钙母粒,使充分混合3~5分钟;
(4)再将步骤(3)的混合物加入同向双螺杆挤出机中,控制螺杆转速为120~200转/分钟,双螺杆挤出机的各段温度为120℃~125℃、140℃~150℃、155℃~170℃、180℃~185℃、190℃~205℃,通过双螺杆挤出机共混、挤出造粒,即得本发明的聚乙烯/弹性体/微米碳酸钙三元共混复合材料。
