Abstract

本发明涉及一种焊条,特别是一种厚药皮焊条,包括焊芯和粘附在焊芯表面的厚药皮;所述焊芯表面上设有凹槽。采用上述结构后,通过设于焊芯上的凹槽,增大了焊芯与厚药皮之间的摩擦力,即增大了焊芯跟厚药皮之间的结合力,保证了焊接使用和效果。

本发明涉及一种焊条,特别是一种厚药皮焊条。 
背景技术
焊条是气焊或电焊时熔化填充在焊接工件接合处的金属条,而焊条本身是在金属焊芯外将涂料(药皮)均匀、向心地压涂在焊芯上。焊芯,即金属芯,为了保证焊缝的质量和性能,其质量要优于母材;药皮,即压涂在焊芯表面的涂层,药皮在焊接过程中能使电弧燃烧稳定,焊缝质量得到提高。随着工业技术的不断发展,人们创制出了广泛应用的优质厚药皮焊条,而一旦药皮的厚度达到一定程度时,则药皮跟焊芯之间的黏合要求越来越高,一旦药皮跟焊芯无法有效黏合,则会导致整个焊条的失效,甚至如果在使用过程中药皮跟焊芯之间发生局部脱落,还会发生无法预料的后果。 
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种厚药皮焊条,该焊条能保证焊芯与药皮之间的紧密结合,保证焊接使用和效果。 
本发明所述的一种厚药皮焊条,包括焊芯和粘附在焊芯表面的厚药皮;所述焊芯表面上设有凹槽。 
优选的,所述凹槽的横截面为半圆形或半椭圆形。 
优选的,所述凹槽的数量为8-10个。 
采用上述结构后,通过设于焊芯上的凹槽,增大了焊芯与厚药皮之间的摩擦力,即增大了焊芯跟厚药皮之间的结合力,保证了焊接使用和效果。

优选的,所述凹槽3的横截面为半圆形或半椭圆形,这样保证了焊条的正常燃烧,保证了焊接效果。 
优选的,所述凹槽3的数量为8-10个。
