Abstract

本发明涉及一种焊条，特别是一种厚药皮焊条，包括焊芯和粘附在焊芯表面的厚药皮；所述焊芯表面上设有凹槽。采用上述结构后，通过设于焊芯上的凹槽，增大了焊芯与厚药皮之间的摩擦力，即增大了焊芯跟厚药皮之间的结合力，保证了焊接使用和效果。

本发明涉及一种焊条，特别是一种厚药皮焊条。 
背景技术
焊条是气焊或电焊时熔化填充在焊接工件接合处的金属条，而焊条本身是在金属焊芯外将涂料（药皮）均匀、向心地压涂在焊芯上。焊芯，即金属芯，为了保证焊缝的质量和性能，其质量要优于母材；药皮，即压涂在焊芯表面的涂层，药皮在焊接过程中能使电弧燃烧稳定，焊缝质量得到提高。随着工业技术的不断发展，人们创制出了广泛应用的优质厚药皮焊条，而一旦药皮的厚度达到一定程度时，则药皮跟焊芯之间的黏合要求越来越高，一旦药皮跟焊芯无法有效黏合，则会导致整个焊条的失效，甚至如果在使用过程中药皮跟焊芯之间发生局部脱落，还会发生无法预料的后果。 
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述缺陷，本发明提供了一种厚药皮焊条，该焊条能保证焊芯与药皮之间的紧密结合，保证焊接使用和效果。 
本发明所述的一种厚药皮焊条，包括焊芯和粘附在焊芯表面的厚药皮；所述焊芯表面上设有凹槽。 
优选的，所述凹槽的横截面为半圆形或半椭圆形。 
优选的，所述凹槽的数量为8-10个。 
采用上述结构后，通过设于焊芯上的凹槽，增大了焊芯与厚药皮之间的摩擦力，即增大了焊芯跟厚药皮之间的结合力，保证了焊接使用和效果。

优选的，所述凹槽3的横截面为半圆形或半椭圆形，这样保证了焊条的正常燃烧，保证了焊接效果。 
优选的，所述凹槽3的数量为8-10个。
