Abstract

本发明涉及一种带轮式转盘轴承,属于轴承领域,包括座圈、轴圈、滚动体、保持架、密封圈、堵球块、圆锥销;轴承轴圈通过螺纹安装孔与主机架相连接,在轴承的座圈的外径端面上设有V型带槽,在座圈、轴圈上各有两条圆弧滚道,轴承的四个滚道之间装有若干滚动体,在滚道间隙位置设有密封圈,各滚动体之间设有一体式保持架,在轴圈内径端面上设有一个装球口,在装球口上设有堵球块,在装球口与堵球块放置位置设有圆锥销,同时在座圈上有与旋转托盘连接的螺纹安装孔。该轴承既能起到支撑与连接的作用,又能起到从动轮的作用,这样的轴承结构设计可以使整个主机传动系统结构紧凑,提高整个传动系统的安装精度,同时还可以降低整个设备的制造成本。

带轮式转盘轴承
技术领域 本发明涉及一种轴承,具体是涉及带轮式转盘轴承,用于最高转速为200rpm的包装缠绕机旋转托盘,属于轴承领域。
背景技术  包装缠绕机主要用于适应货物集装化储存、运输及机械化装卸作业的包装要求,它已经成为包装机械中不可缺少的机械设备。
转盘轴承能够起到支撑与连接的作用,并且可以承受轴向力、径向力和倾覆力矩,该项目中包装缠绕机旋转托盘上原来使用的转盘轴承必须与从动带轮连接后才能够实现V带传动,这样的就使得主机的传动系统结构复杂,安装精度低、制造成本高,因此传统的轴承已无法满足包装缠绕机的使用要求。
发明内容   本发明是鉴于上述技术存在的问题,提供了一种针对包装缠绕机简化主机传动系统结构的带轮式转盘轴承。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:带轮式转盘轴承,其特征在于包括座圈、轴圈、滚动体、保持架、密封圈、堵球块、圆锥销;轴承轴圈通过螺纹安装孔与主机架相连接,轴承的座圈设计成带轮结构,在轴承的座圈的外径端面上设有V型带槽,在座圈、轴圈上各有两条圆弧滚道,轴承的四个滚道之间装有若干滚动体,在滚道间隙位置设有密封圈,各滚动体之间设有一体式保持架,在轴圈内径端面上设有一个装球口,在装球口上设有堵球块,在装球口与堵球块放置位置设有圆锥销,同时在座圈上有与旋转托盘连接的螺纹安装孔。
所述各滚道的曲率半径均与滚动体的半径相匹配。
本发明的有益效果在于:该轴承既能起到支撑与连接的作用,又能起到从动轮的作用,这样的轴承结构设计可以使整个主机传动系统结构紧凑,提高整个传动系统的安装精度,同时还可以降低整个设备的制造成本。

具体实施方式
  下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
  带轮式转盘轴承,其特征在于包括座圈1、轴圈2、滚动体3、保持架4、密封圈5、堵球块6、圆锥销7;轴承轴圈2通过螺纹安装孔与主机架相连接,轴承的座圈1设计成带轮结构,在轴承的座圈1的外径端面上设有V型带槽8,在座圈1、轴圈2上各有两条圆弧滚道,轴承的四个滚道之间装有若干滚动体3,在滚道间隙位置设有密封圈5来进行密封保护,各滚动体3之间设有一体式保持架4,通过保持架4对各个滚动体3进行隔离,在轴圈2内径端面上设有一个装球口,滚动体3是由该装球口装入,在装球口上设有堵球块6,所有的滚动体3都装入之后,装球口需要用堵球块6堵住;在装球口与堵球块6放置位置设有圆锥销7,装球口装入堵球块6后用圆锥销7进行固定;同时在座圈1上有与旋转托盘连接的螺纹安装孔。
所述各滚道的曲率半径均与滚动体的半径相匹配。
轴承的座圈1设计成带轮结构,座圈1通过V型带槽8与传动带直接连接实现与主动轮一起旋转的同时还可以通过螺纹安装孔与旋转托盘相连接来实现主机的缠绕包装任务。
保持架4采用一体式保持架结构,保证滚动体3在保持架兜孔中运转自如、无阻滞现象,提高了轴承的运转平稳性,有利于轴承的高速旋转。

1. 带轮式转盘轴承,其特征在于包括座圈、轴圈、滚动体、保持架、密封圈、堵球块、圆锥销;轴承轴圈通过螺纹安装孔与主机架相连接,轴承的座圈设计成带轮结构,在轴承的座圈的外径端面上设有V型带槽,在座圈、轴圈上各有两条圆弧滚道,轴承的四个滚道之间装有若干滚动体,在滚道间隙位置设有密封圈,各滚动体之间设有一体式保持架,在轴圈内径端面上设有一个装球口,在装球口上设有堵球块,在装球口与堵球块放置位置设有圆锥销,同时在座圈上有与旋转托盘连接的螺纹安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带轮式转盘轴承,其特征在于所述各滚道的曲率半径均与滚动体的半径相匹配。
