Abstract
本实用新型涉及轴承，特别是一种加宽型单列圆柱滚子轴承。轴承具有一个单列外圈、一个单列内圈，在内、外圈间设若干个滚子，滚子间的设保持架，轴承内圈宽度为100mm，轴承内圈内径为Φ135mm。本实用新型加宽型单列圆柱滚子轴承，通过加宽内圈宽度，克服了现有品种内圈移动量不适用于特种机械的需要的缺陷。在基本上不改变原有轴承的工作原理及功能的前提下，又能达到降低成本之功效。同时，原有的生产设备，工装夹具，测试仪器，均可继续使用。

本实用新型涉及轴承，特别是一种加宽型单列圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
具有保持架的单列圆柱滚子轴承，其滚子由轴承外圈上的两个挡边引导，带滚子和保持架的外圈组件可与轴承的内圈分离，这样方便了安装与拆卸，特别是由于负荷较大时，轴承内外圈与轴和轴承座采用过盈配合时，这样性能显得特别重要。圆柱滚子轴承由于内圈无挡边与内圈相连的转动轴便于作轴向位移，这是圆柱滚子轴承的一个重要性能。由于轴承内圈宽度仅42mm，轴承内圈内径尺寸Φ仅140mm，不能满足轴向移动量特别大的专用机器的需要。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种适合轴向移动量特别大的机械设备使用的加宽型单列圆柱滚子轴承。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下途径实现的： 一种加宽型单列圆柱滚子轴承，轴承具有一个单列外圈、一个单列内圈，在内、外圈间设若干个滚子，滚子间设保持架，轴承内圈宽度为100mm，轴承内圈内径为Φ135mm。
本实用新型加宽型单列圆柱滚子轴承，通过加宽内圈宽度，克服了现有品种内圈移动量不适用于特种机械的需要的缺陷。在基本上不改变原有轴承的工作原理及功能的前提下，又能达到降低成本之功效。同时，原有的生产设备，工装夹具，测试仪器，均可继续使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型加宽型单列圆柱滚子轴承,其外圈1、滚子4及保持架6均采用现有结构的零件，仅对内圈2作了较大的修改，内圈2的长度由42mm改成100mm，轴向移动量增加了58mm，内圈2内径由标准的Φ140mm，改成Φ135mm，新设计的轴承可为机械件减轻轴的重量，从而节约了轴承制造时的材料，同时也节约了轴的加工成本。

1.一种加宽型单列圆柱滚子轴承，轴承具有一个单列外圈（1）、一个单列内圈（2），在内、外圈间设若干个滚子（4），滚子（4）间设保持架（6），其特征在于：轴承内圈（2）宽度为100mm，轴承内圈（2）内径为Φ135mm。
