本发明涉及位于发动机的吸气路径中并构成该吸气路径一部分的共振器的改良。
背景技术
已知通过将形成于一对容器部件的开放端的凸缘彼此熔敷而成的共振器(参照专利文献1)。对于该共振器可以理解为,在形成于一对容器部件的一方凸缘的槽内容纳形成于一对容器部件的另一方凸缘的突部,并使该突部熔融而进行上述熔敷。但是,在单纯地在槽内收纳突部的熔敷中,熔融树脂向熔敷处外漏出,尤其是不能保证抑制向共振器的外侧的漏出,另外,这样的漏出也是熔敷强度下降的主要原因。

发明所要解决的课题
本发明所要解决的主要问题在于,将合成树脂制的共振器通过两个箱构成体的熔敷而能够适当地构成。
用于解决课题的方法
为实现上述课题,在本发明中,将共振器作为发动机的吸气路径所具备的合成树脂制的共振器,
将构成该共振器的空气室通过将以下部件对接并熔敷而构成:具备底面部和环绕该底面部的圆周壁部的第一箱构成体的该圆周壁部;以及具备底面部和环绕该底面部的圆周壁部的第二箱构成体的该圆周壁部,
在第一箱构成体的圆周壁部的上端部形成有圆周槽,在第二箱构成体的圆周壁部的上端部形成有在进行上述对接时被收纳于圆周槽,且被熔敷于圆周槽的槽底的圆周突部,并且,
第一箱构成体的圆周壁部的、处于其外壁面和上述圆周槽之间的上端面位于比处于其内壁面和上述圆周槽之间的上端面更靠上方。
根据该构成,在上述熔敷时,第一箱构成体的圆周壁部和第二箱构成体的圆周壁部能够以在两者的外壁面间不会产生间隙的方式对接,能够有效地防止像由该熔敷产生的熔融树脂向共振器的外侧漏出而产生溢料那样的情况。
若将上述第一箱构成体的圆周槽设置成,在位于该第一箱构成体的内侧的一方槽壁侧具有最深部,且在该最深部和另一方槽壁间具有随着靠近该另一方槽壁而使圆周槽变浅的倾斜底面,则能够通过该倾斜底面,将由上述熔敷产生的熔融树脂向第一箱构成体的内侧,即向生成的共振器的空气室的内侧引导并完成该熔敷,能够更有效地防止上述熔融树脂向该共振器的外侧漏出。
另外,还存在当上述第一箱构成体的圆周壁部和第二箱构成体的圆周壁部对接时,圆周突部和圆周槽的位于第一箱构成体的内侧的一方槽壁之间形成空隙的结构。根据该结构,能够将由上述熔敷产生的熔融树脂滞留在该空隙地进行该熔敷,能够防止上述熔融树脂向共振器的外侧漏出,并且能够将第一箱构成体和第二箱构成体在圆周壁部的上端部结实地熔敷。
另外,也存在使上述第一箱构成体的圆周壁部的其内壁面和圆周槽之间的距离比其外壁面和圆周槽之间的距离更小的结构。在这样的情况下,能够一边确保第一箱构成体的圆周壁部的上端部的位于共振器的外侧处的强度较高一边使该上端部的内外尺寸处于必要的最小程度。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够将合成树脂制的共振器通过两个箱构成体的熔敷而适当地构成。

具体实施方式
以下,基于图1~图7对本发明典型的实施方式进行说明。该实施方式的共振器R是位于发动机的吸气路径中且构成吸气路径的一部分的部件。在图示例中,共振器R在上述吸气路径中,是配设于滤气罐和进气歧管之间的构造。
该共振器R具有空气室1和与空气室1连通的管部2。空气室1由扁平的箱状体3构成。管部2由主管2a和分支管2b构成,其中,该主管2a使管一端一体地连接在箱状体3的宽度宽的面3a的一方并与上述空气室1连通,该分支管2b使管一端在该主管2a的管一端与管另一端之间与该主管2a一体地连接并与该主管2a连通。通过使该主管2a的管另一端与上述吸气路径的另一个构成管(省略图示)连接,且将上述分支管2b的管另一端与上述吸气路径的另一个构成管(省略图示)连接,从而使共振器R构成该吸气路径的一部分。

据此,在该实施方式中,在上述熔敷时,第一箱构成体4的圆周壁部4b和第二箱构成体5的圆周壁部5b能够以在两者的外壁面43、53之间不产生间隙的方式对接,能够有效地防止像由该熔敷产生的熔融树脂向共振器R的外侧漏出而形成溢料那样的情况。
在该实施方式中,上述管部2位于第一箱构成体4。并且,上述熔敷以如下方式完成,在使管部2向下而将该第一箱构成体4支撑于夹具上的基础上,使第二箱构成体5下降至该第一箱构成体4上。夹具具备支承部件S,该支承部件S具备相对于第一箱构成体4的圆周壁部4b的外壁面43的压接部Sa,第一箱构成体4被四个支承部件S…S按压并支撑(图4、图5)。上述熔敷结束后,支承部件S滑动移动并解除第一箱构成体4的按压。上述熔敷通过利用超声波熔敷等已知的熔敷方法使上述圆周突部51的突出端侧熔融来进行。
另外,在该实施方式中,上述第一箱构成体4的圆周槽41在位于该第一箱构成体4的内侧的一方槽壁41a侧具有最深部41c,在该最深部41c和另一方槽壁41b之间具有随着靠近该另一方槽壁41b而使圆周槽41变浅的倾斜底面41d。即,圆周槽41的槽底41e由最深部41c和倾斜底面41d构成。
具体来说,在图示例中,圆周槽41使最深部41c的槽底41e为与内壁面44正交的方向的水平面,并且使位于该最深部41c和另一方槽壁41b之间的槽底41e为上述倾斜底面41d。并且,上述圆周突部51以被按压于该倾斜底面41d的方式被熔敷(图6、图7/图7中该熔敷处以符号41f表示。)。
据此,在该实施方式中,能够通过该倾斜底面41d将由上述熔敷产生的熔融树脂向第一箱构成体4的内侧、即生成的共振器R的空气室1内侧引导并完成该熔敷,能够进一步防止上述熔融树脂向该共振器R的外侧漏出。
另外,在该实施方式中,在第一箱构成体4的圆周壁部4b和第二箱构成体5的圆周壁部5b对接时,在圆周突部51和圆周槽41的位于第一箱构成体4的内侧的一方槽壁41a之间形成空隙x(图7)。
据此,在该实施方式中,由上述熔敷产生的熔融树脂能够滞留于该空隙x并完成该熔敷,防止上述熔融树脂向共振器R外侧漏出,并且能够使第一箱构成体4和第二箱构成体5在圆周壁部4b、5b的上端部40、50处结实地熔敷。
另外,在该实施方式中,第一箱构成体4的圆周壁部4b的其内壁面44和圆周槽41之间的距离y比其外壁面43和圆周槽41之间的距离y′更小(图6)。
据此,在该实施方式中,在确保第一箱构成体4的圆周壁部4b的上端部40的位于共振器R的外侧处的强度较高的同时,该上端部40的内外尺寸处于必要的最小程度。

Claims (4)

1.一种共振器,其为合成树脂制,并位于发动机的吸气路径中,该共振器的特征在于,
将构成该共振器的空气室以将以下部件对接并熔敷的方式构成:具备底面部和环绕该底面部的圆周壁部的第一箱构成体的该圆周壁部;以及具备底面部和环绕该底面部的圆周壁部的第二箱构成体的该圆周壁部,
在第一箱构成体的圆周壁部的上端部形成有圆周槽,在第二箱构成体的圆周壁部的上端部形成有圆周突部,该圆周突部在进行上述对接时,被收纳于上述圆周槽,且被熔敷于圆周槽的槽底,并且,
第一箱构成体的圆周壁部的、处于其外壁面和上述圆周槽之间的上端面位于比处于其内壁面和上述圆周槽之间的上端面更靠上方,
第一箱构成体的圆周槽在位于该第一箱构成体的内侧的一方槽壁侧具有最深部,且在该最深部和另一方槽壁间具有随着靠近该另一方槽壁而使圆周槽变浅的倾斜底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的共振器,其特征在于,
在上述第一箱构成体的圆周壁部和第二箱构成体的圆周壁部对接时,在圆周突部和圆周槽的位于第一箱构成体的内侧的一方槽壁之间形成空隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的共振器,其特征在于,
第一箱构成体的圆周壁部的、其内壁面和圆周槽之间的距离比其外壁面和圆周槽之间的距离更小。
4.根据权利要求2所述的共振器,其特征在于,
第一箱构成体的圆周壁部的、其内壁面和圆周槽之间的距离比其外壁面和圆周槽之间的距离更小。
