用于清洁和护理人的皮肤和头发的制剂通常含有一系列的表面活性物质,以及尤其含有油体和水。所用的油体/软化剂例如是烃、酯油以及植物和动物的油/脂肪/蜡。为了满足市场关于感官性能和最佳皮肤相容性的高要求,一直在开发和试验新的油体和乳化剂混合物。为了制备化妆品制剂,使用许多天然和合成的油,例如杏仁油或鳄梨油,酯油,醚,碳酸烷基酯,烃,以及硅油。油组分的基本任务以及与皮肤加脂直接相关的护理效果是尽可能快地赋予消费者以不发粘的、持久的皮肤光滑和顺滑感觉。
与油体一起,在化妆品组合物中也使用其它成分,例如其影响发泡行为和/或流变性,其作为乳化剂用于稳定配制含水相和非含水相的目的,或者能赋予其它功能,例如珠光效果。
所以,一直需要提供适用于化妆品组合物中的新成分。现在发现异山梨醇的衍生物可以有利地用于化妆品组合物中。
异山梨醇(或1,4';3,6-二脱水山梨醇)是山梨醇的酸酐。其可以例如通过将山梨醇在浓硫酸或盐酸的存在下加热来制备。通过本领域技术人员公知的方法,可以获得异山梨醇的各种衍生物,例如醚、酯或盐。
在第一个实施方案中,本发明涉及具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物用于制备化妆品组合物的用途,
其中R和R'各自独立地是:
氢原子,或
基团COR",其中R"是直链或支化的、饱和或不饱和的具有5-23个碳原子的烷基,或
直链或支化的具有6-22个碳原子的烷基,或
基团CH2-CHOH-R"',其中R"'是直链或支化的、饱和或不饱和的具有6-22个碳原子的烷基,或
基团(CH2-CH2O)n-H和/或(CH2-CH(CH3)-O)m-H和/或CH2-CHOH-R"',其中n和m各自独立地是1-10的整数或分数,或
基团SO3X,其中X表示钠或铵离子,
前提是基团R和R'中的至多一个是氢原子。
通式(I)也包括异山梨醇的所有立体异构体,以及它们的任何所需的混合物。其中R和R'都是氢原子的非衍生化的异山梨醇显然不在保护范围内。通式(I)另外包括基团R和R'彼此的所有组合。在式(I)中,基团"(CH2-CH(CH3)-O)m-H"总是包括所有可能的位置异构体,单独地或混合形式,以及基团(CH(CH3)-CH2-O)m-H。
在这里,化妆品组合物理解为表示所有本领域技术人员公知的完全或主要用于人体外部或在口腔中用于清洁、护理、保持良好状况、加香、改变外观或用于影响体味的那些组合物。
本发明的化妆品组合物可以尤其是用于身体护理的配制剂,例如身体乳液、霜、液、可喷式乳液、用于清除体味的产品等。烃也可以用于含表面活性剂的配制剂中,例如泡沫和沐浴液、洗发剂和护理清洗剂。根据预期的应用,化妆品制剂含有一系列其他助剂和添加剂,例如表面活性剂,其它油体,乳化剂,珠光蜡,稠度调节剂,增稠剂,富脂剂,稳定剂,聚合 物,脂肪,蜡,卵磷脂,磷脂,生物源活性成分,UV光防护剂,抗氧化剂,除味剂,防汗剂,去头屑剂,成膜剂,溶胀剂,驱虫剂,自晒黑剂,酪氨酸抑制剂(脱色素剂),水溶助长剂,增溶剂,防腐剂,芳香油,染料等,它们在下文举例列出。
表面活性剂:可以存在的表面活性物质是阴离子性、非离子性、阳离子性和/或两亲性或两性离子性的表面活性剂。在含有表面活性剂的化妆品制剂、例如淋浴凝胶、泡泡浴液、洗发剂等中,优选存在至少一种阴离子性表面活性剂。在这里,表面活性剂的比例通常是约1-30重量%,优选5-25重量%和特别是10-20重量%。
阴离子性表面活性剂的典型例子是:皂,烷基苯磺酸盐,链烷磺酸盐,烯烃磺酸盐,烷基醚磺酸盐,甘油醚磺酸盐,α-甲基酯磺酸盐,磺基脂肪酸,烷基硫酸盐,脂肪醇醚硫酸盐,甘油醚硫酸盐,脂肪酸醚硫酸盐,羟基混合醚硫酸盐,单甘油酯(醚)硫酸盐,脂肪酸酰胺(醚)硫酸盐,单-和二-烷基磺基琥珀酸盐,单-和二-烷基磺基琥珀酰胺酸盐,磺基三甘油酯,酰胺皂,醚羧酸及其盐,脂肪酸羟乙基磺酸盐,脂肪酸,脂肪酸肌氨酸盐,脂肪酸氨基乙磺酸盐,N-酰基氨基酸,例如酰基乳酸盐,酰基酒石酸盐,酰基谷氨酸盐和酰基天冬氨酸盐,烷基低聚苷硫酸盐,蛋白质脂肪酸缩合物(特别是基于小麦的植物产品)和烷基(醚)磷酸盐。如果阴离子性表面活性剂含有聚二醇醚链,则它们可以具有常规的均匀分布,但是优选具有窄的均匀分布。非离子性表面活性剂的典型例子是脂肪醇聚二醇醚,烷基酚聚二醇醚,脂肪酸聚二醇酯,脂肪酸酰胺聚二醇醚,脂肪胺聚二醇醚,烷氧基化甘油三酯,混合醚和混合缩醛,任选部分氧化的烷(烯)基低聚苷和葡萄醛酸衍生物,脂肪酸N-烷基葡糖酰胺,蛋白水解物(特别是基于小麦的植物产品),多元醇脂肪酸酯,糖酯,脱水山梨醇酯,聚乙氧基醚醇和氧化胺。如果非离子性表面活性剂含有聚二醇醚链,则它们可以具有常规的均匀分布,但是优选具有窄的均匀分布。阳离子性表面活性剂的典型例子是季铵化合物,例如二甲基二硬脂基氯化铵,和酯季化物,特别是季铵化脂肪酸三链烷醇胺酯盐。两亲性或两性离子性的表面活性剂的典型例子是烷基甜菜碱, 烷基酰氨基甜菜碱,氨基丙酸酯,氨基氨基乙酸盐,咪唑啉翁甜菜碱和磺基甜菜碱。所述表面活性剂是完全公知的化合物。关于这些物质的结构和制备方法,可以参见在此领域中相关的文献。特别合适的温和、即尤其能与皮肤相容的表面活性剂的典型例子是脂肪醇聚二醇醚硫酸盐,单甘油酯硫酸盐,单-和/或二-烷基磺基琥珀酸盐,脂肪酸羟乙基磺酸盐,脂肪酸肌氨酸盐,脂肪酸氨基乙磺酸盐,脂肪酸谷氨酸盐,α-烯烃磺酸盐,醚羧酸,烷基低聚葡糖苷,脂肪酸葡糖酰胺,烷基酰氨基甜菜碱,两亲性缩醛和/或蛋白质脂肪酸缩合物,后者是优选基于小麦蛋白。

脂肪和蜡:将脂肪和蜡作为护理物质加入身体护理产品中,并且增加化妆品的稠度。脂肪的典型例子是甘油酯,即固体的植物或动物产品,其基本上含有高级脂肪酸的混合甘油酯。脂肪酸偏甘油酯,即甘油与具有12-18个碳原子的脂肪酸形成的工业级单酯和/或二酯,例如甘油-单/二月桂酸酯、-棕榈酸酯或-硬脂酸酯也适用于此目的。合适的蜡尤其是天然的蜡,例如小烛树蜡,巴西棕榈蜡,日本蜡,西班牙草蜡,软木蜡,那蜡,米芽油蜡,甘蔗蜡,小冠椰子蜡,褐煤蜡,蜂蜡,紫胶蜡,鲸蜡,羊毛脂(羊毛蜡),尾脂油脂,地蜡,矿蜡(地蜡),凡士林,石蜡,微晶蜡;化学改性的蜡(硬蜡),例如褐煤酯蜡,沙索蜡,氢化霍霍巴木蜡,以及合成的蜡,例如聚烯烃蜡和聚乙二醇蜡。除了脂肪之外,合适的添加剂也是脂肪状物质,例如卵磷脂和磷脂。可以提到的天然卵磷脂的例子是脑磷脂,其也称为磷脂酸,并且是1,2-二酰基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸的衍生物。相比之下,磷脂通常表示磷酸与甘油的单酯和优选二酯(甘油磷酸酯),其通常归类为脂肪。另外,鞘氨醇和鞘脂也是合适的。
合适的增稠剂是例如Aerosil级别(亲水性二氧化硅),多糖,特别是黄原胶,瓜尔胶,琼脂,藻酸盐和纤基乙酸钠,羧基甲基纤维素和羟基乙基 纤维素和羟基丙基纤维素,聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮,以及膨润土例如Gel VS-5PC(Rheox)。
UV光防护剂表示例如有机物质(光防护滤光剂),其在室温下以液体或晶体形式存在,并且能吸收紫外射线并再次以长波辐射、例如热的形式释放出被吸收的能量。UV-B滤光剂可以是油溶性的或水溶性的。合适的典型UV-A滤光剂尤其是苯甲酰基甲烷的衍生物。UV-A和UV-B滤光剂当然也可以作为混合物使用,例如苯甲酰基甲烷、例如4-叔丁基-4'-甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷(1789)和2-氰基-3,3-苯基肉桂酸2-乙基己基酯(Octocrylene)的组合,以及肉桂酸的酯,优选4-甲氧基肉桂酸2-乙基己基酯和/或4-甲氧基肉桂酸丙基酯和/或4-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊基酯。这类的组合通常与水溶性滤光剂组合使用,例如2-苯基苯并咪唑-5-磺酸以及它们的碱金属盐、碱土金属盐、铵盐、烷基铵盐、链烷醇铵盐和葡糖铵盐。
与上述可溶性物质一起,不溶性的光防护颜料、即细分散的金属氧化物也是合适的。合适的金属氧化物的例子尤其是氧化锌和二氧化钛。除了上述两种主要的光防护物质之外,也可以使用抗氧化剂类型的辅助光防护物质;它们干扰了光化学反应链,所述光化学反应是当UV辐射穿透入皮肤时引发的。
生物源活性成分理解为表示例如生育酚、乙酸生育酚、棕榈酸生育酚、抗坏血酸、(脱氧)核糖核酸以及它们的发酵产品,β-葡聚糖,视黄醇,红没药醇,尿囊素,植三醇,泛醇,AHA酸,氨基酸,神经酰胺,假神经酰胺,精油,植物提取物,例如洋李提取物、班巴拉坚果提取物和复合维生素。
除味活性成分抵抗、遮盖或消除体味。体味是由于皮肤细菌在汗腺上的作用产生的,在此期间形成具有不愉快气味的降解产物。因此,合适的除味活性成分尤其是抗微生物剂、酶抑制剂、气味吸收剂或气味遮盖剂。
合适的驱虫剂是例如N,N-二乙基-间-甲苯酰胺,1,2-戊二醇或3-(N-正丁基-N-乙酰基氨基)丙酸乙基酯),它们以商品名Insect3535由Merck KGaA销售,以及丁基乙酰基氨基丙酸酯。
合适的自晒黑剂是二羟基丙酮。合适的酪氨酸抑制剂能防止形成黑色 素并且用于脱色素组合物中,其例如是熊果苷,阿魏酸,曲酸,香豆酸和抗坏血酸(维生素C)。
合适的防腐剂是例如苯氧基乙醇,甲醛溶液,对羟基苯甲酸酯,戊二醇或山梨酸,以及商品名为的银络合物,以及在Cosmetics Ordinance的部分A和B,附录6中列出的其它物质类别。
可以提到的芳香油是天然和合成香料的混合物。天然香料是来自花、茎和叶、果实、果皮、根、木材、草、针和树枝、树脂和香膏的提取物。也合适的是动物原料,例如灵猫和海狸,以及酯、醚、醛、酮、醇和烃类型的合成香料化合物。
合适的珠光蜡,特别用于表面活性配制剂中,是例如:亚烷基二醇酯,尤其是乙二醇二硬脂酸酯;脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺,尤其是椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;偏甘油酯,尤其是硬脂酸单甘油酯;任选被羟基取代的羧酸与具有6-22个碳原子的脂肪醇形成的酯,尤其是酒石酸的长链酯;脂肪物质,例如脂肪醇、脂肪酮、脂肪醛、脂肪醚和脂肪碳酸酯,其总共具有至少24个碳原子,尤其是月桂酮和二硬脂基醚;脂肪酸,例如硬脂酸、羟基硬脂酸或山俞酸,具有12-22个碳原子的烯烃环氧化物与具有12-22个碳原子的脂肪醇和/或具有2-15个碳原子和2-10个羟基的多元醇(不包含脱水山梨醇衍生物)形成的开环产物,以及它们的混合物。
可以使用的富脂剂是例如羊毛脂和卵磷脂,以及多乙氧基化或酰基化的羊毛脂和卵磷脂衍生物,多元醇脂肪酸酯,单甘油酯和脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺,后者同时用作泡沫稳定剂。
可以使用的稳定剂是脂肪酸的金属盐,例如镁、铝和/或锌的硬脂酸盐和蓖麻酸盐。
为了改进流动行为,也可以使用水溶助长剂,例如乙醇、异丙醇或多元醇。合适的多元醇优选具有2-15个碳原子和至少两个羟基。多元醇也可以含有其它官能团,特别是氨基基团,和/或被氮改性。
特别是优选这样的化妆品组合物,其同时具有水相和油相,并且例如以乳液的形式存在(油包水,或水包油),并且含有作为一种成分的一种 或多种如上述定义的异山梨醇衍生物。在这里,异山梨醇衍生物可以用作油相或软化剂,或用作油相的成分。但是,如下文详述,它们也可以根据其结构而赋予特定的功能性能。
有利的是,例如在本发明中使用异山梨醇的酯。异山梨醇酯可以通过本身公知的酯化方法合成。例如,WO01/83488公开了合适的方法。在这里,异山梨醇酯的单酯或二酯或者单酯和二酯的混合物是可能的,任选地在未改性的异山梨醇的存在下,并且可以在本发明中使用。
异山梨醇的单酯可以有利地是例如:具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物,其中:R=H,并且R'=COR",其中R"是直链或支化的、饱和或不饱和的具有5-23个碳原子的烷基。另外也有利的是二酯,例如具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物,其中:R和R'各自独立地是基团COR",其中R"是直链或支化的、饱和或不饱和的具有5-23个碳原子的烷基,其中直链的饱和烷基是特别优选的。
已经确认为特别有利的通式(I)异山梨醇衍生物是其中:R=H,并且R'是直链或支化的具有6-22个碳原子的烷基。在二酯的情况下,特别合适的衍生物是具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物,其中R和R'各自独立地是直链或支化的具有6-22个碳原子的烷基。
另一类异山梨醇衍生物是羟基烷基醚。对于这些根据式(I)的衍生物,R=H,并且R'是基团CH2-CHOH-R"',其中R"'是直链或支化的具有6-22个碳原子的烷基。在这里同样,单官能和双官能的衍生物是可能的:因此,也可以有利地使用具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物,其中R和R'各自独立地是基团CH2-CHOH-R"',其中R"'是直链或支化的具有6-22个碳原子的烷基。

另一类异山梨醇衍生物是阴离子性衍生物。在这里,主要提到硫酸盐。这些异山梨醇衍生物符合通式(I),其中R是C6-C22-烷基,R'是基团SO3X,其中X表示阳离子,优选单价阳离子,特别优选是钠或铵离子。
至少两种具有不同结构的通式(I)异山梨醇衍生物的混合物当然可以一起使用。特别有利的是使用通式(I)异山梨醇衍生物,其中R或R'是氢原子,因此是如上文所述的异山梨醇的单官能衍生物,特别强调的是单酯。
除了关于是存在单官能或双官能的衍生物的区别之外,异山梨醇衍生物的结构和尤其是烷基链的长度对于其用于制备化妆品组合物的适宜性具有重要作用:因此,在单酯的情况下,有利的衍生物是其中基团R"是具有10-18、特别是11-17和优选12-16个碳原子的直链饱和烷基。
在二酯的情况下,以下衍生物是特别有利的:具有通式(I)的衍生物,其中R和R'各自独立地是具有10-18、特别是11-17和优选12-16个碳原子的直链饱和烷基。
在单醚的情况下,发现选择以下的通式(I)衍生物能获得有利的性能:其中R'是直链或支化的具有8-18、特别是6-14个碳原子、优选8-14个碳原子和特别是10-14个碳原子的烷基。
在二醚的情况下:R和R'各自独立地是直链或支化的具有6-16、优选8-14个碳原子和特别是10-14个碳原子的烷基。
对于羟基烷基醚,两种不同的结构是有利的:首先,选择具有式(I)的衍生物,其中R'是基团CH2-CHOH-R"',其中R"'是具有6-18、优选8-16个碳原子的直链烷基。也合适的是具有通式(I)的衍生物,其中R和R'各自独立地是基团CH2-CHOH-R"',其中R"'是具有6-18、优选8-16个碳原子的直链烷基。
在亚烷基二醇衍生物的情况下,同样,具有通式(I)的单官能和双官能化合物是合适的,其中由于制备的原因,主要存在完全双官能化的衍生物。有利地,R'和R各自独立地是基团(CH2-CHO)n-H或(CH2-CH(CH3)O)m-H, 其中n和m各自独立地可以优选是1-4的整数或分数。如对于烷氧基化物而言常规的是,纯的乙氧基化物或纯的丙氧基化物是可能的,也可以使用乙氧基化物和丙氧基化物的混合物,其可以无规或嵌段分布的。
关于本发明异山梨醇衍生物在化妆品组合物中的用量,其取决于具体的配制剂,并且可以在宽范围内变化。但是,通常的用量是0.5-30重量%,优选1-15重量%和特别是1.5-5重量%,在每种情况下基于化妆品组合物的总重量计。
在一个具体实施方案中,本发明涉及异山梨醇衍生物用于制备不含硅油的化妆品组合物的用途。
异山梨醇衍生物尤其适合用于制备含水化妆品组合物,另外也适用于制备还含有非离子乳化剂(不包括异山梨醇衍生物)、烃、收敛剂、染料、香料、推进剂、增稠剂和/或珠光剂的那些含水组合物。
根据它们的结构,这些衍生物显示特别积极的性能,使得它们适用于特定的配制任务:具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物可以一般作为增稠剂、乳化剂,作为油相/软化剂和/或作为泡沫改进剂用于含水化妆品组合物中。

本发明还提供化妆品组合物,其含有至少一种水相和一种油相,其中它们含有至少一种具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物。
实施例
进行下述研究以检测异山梨醇衍生物的性能。其中提到的各组分是按照INCI命名使用的。
为了检测粘度和评价珠光,将具有高的单官能比例的异山梨醇酯按照1重量%的量加入下表1中所示的配制剂中,所述配制剂含有染料以用于更好地评价珠光效果。在这方面,研究链长度的影响。

粘度是在20℃下用Brookfield RVT粘度计(锭子:RV锭子No.5)检测的。
珠光是通过与标准珠光剂(EGDS=Cutina AGS)比较来目测评估,并且按照级别0(无珠光)至3(珠光度与标准珠光剂相当)评价。
下表2中的单官能含量是通过GC分析检测的。补足100%的其余比例基本上含有二酯和少量的异山梨醇和/或游离脂肪酸。

此检测显示在粘度和链长度之间的关系。较短链的C14-酯再次比长链C16-和C18-酯产生显著更高的粘度。仅仅在长链C16-和C18-酯的情况下观察到珠光。C18-酯具有与标准珠光剂相当的珠光效果。
使用以下配制剂评价具有不同链长度和官能团(酯,醚)的饱和和不饱和的、直链和支化的异山梨醇衍生物的发泡性能。

所有衍生物具有高于75%的单官能含量。典型的副产物是相应的双官能产物、剩余的原料(异山梨醇)或脂肪醇(仅仅对于醚的情况)。
性能实验:发泡行为
检测异山梨醇的四种酯和两种醚的发泡行为。所有配制剂用硬水(比率为1:4,30℃)稀释,并且在检测泡沫高度之前在烧杯中于2000rpm下搅拌10秒。所有结果进行比较,以及与参比配制剂比较。所有检测重复三次,并且结果是平均值。
这些结果是在旋转泡沫实验中获得的,并且参见图4的图表。可见由含有异山梨醇酯或醚的配制剂产生的泡沫的平均量高于不含添加剂的参比配制剂。对于较短链(辛基酯和醚,月桂基醚)和直链不饱和的衍生物(油酸酯)能观察到最好的性能。
此外,检测异山梨醇醚硫酸盐的性能:为了确定泡沫高度,制备具有待检测物质的活性含量为2.5重量%的水溶液。异山梨醇月桂基醚硫酸钠 与标准阴离子性表面活性剂十二烷基聚氧乙醚硫酸钠和非离子性月桂基葡糖苷进行比较。
进行泡沫检测:
制备400g配制剂;在每种情况下,将100g的配制剂在加热到30℃之后发泡。发泡是在800ml烧杯中在2000转下使用Meiser盘进行10秒。检测在烧杯中的泡沫高度。进行四次检测,然后平均。
AS=活性物质
结果参见图1:不含EO的异山梨醇醚硫酸盐的发泡能力是高水平的,尽管与十二烷基聚氧乙醚硫酸钠相比达到较低的泡沫高度。
检测对NaCl的增稠:为了检测对氯化钠的增稠能力,制备实验物质的具有不同氯化钠溶度的12%水溶液,并在22℃下用Brookfield,DV-II+Pro粘度计检测(对于低粘度使用锭子LV62和60转,对于高粘度使用锭子LV64和6转)。
结果显示在图2中。含有异山梨醇醚硫酸盐的水溶液能显著更容易地增稠氯化钠,并且具有较高的初始粘度。形成的粘度比在相同条件下用十二烷基聚氧乙醚硫酸钠所达到的粘度高出两个数量级。
在另一个实验中,使用以下配制剂评价具有不同链长度和官能团(酯,醚)的饱和和不饱和的、直链和支化的异山梨醇衍生物在氯化钠存在下的增稠能力。

对于每种实验物质,制备具有不同氯化钠浓度的四种配制剂。所有衍生物具有高于75%的单官能含量。典型的副产物是相应的双官能化产物、生物的原料(异山梨醇)或脂肪醇(仅仅对于醚的情况)。
所有配制剂的粘度是在20℃下使用Brookfield RVF粘度计(锭子号3-5,20rpm)检测的。
检测这些异山梨醇单酯和单醚的增稠能力。结果显示在图5中。可见,所有检测的衍生物显示非常好的增稠性能。特别是月桂基酯和醚能在低的氯化钠浓度下增稠实验配制剂。
在根据以下表5中的配制剂中评价具有不同烷基化程度(乙氧基化或丙氧基化)的各种异山梨醇样品的发泡能力,与参比配制剂(不含添加剂)进行比较。结果显示在表6中。

进行泡沫检测:对于配制剂,将各组分接连称重并一起混合。然后将它们用硬水按照1:4稀释,并在30℃下使用Meiser盘在800ml烧杯中在2000转下发泡10秒。检测在烧杯中的泡沫高度。所有产品显示出与不含添加剂的配制剂相比改进的泡沫高度。
泡沫质量的改进:为了评价泡沫质量,制备以下两种配制剂,然后在泡沫实验中目测它们的泡沫质量(参见图3中的照片),与内标进行比较:

进行泡沫检测:对于配制剂,将各组分接连称重并一起混合。然后将17.9g的配制剂用硬水补足到100g,得到2.5%浓度的溶液。将2.5%浓度的溶液用Meiser盘在800ml烧杯中在2000转下压制10秒。检测在烧杯中的泡沫高度。将泡沫分布到Ceran板上,并再次照相。与配制剂2相比,不含异山梨醇乙氧基化物的配制剂1仅仅能制备较低质量的泡沫。因此,异山梨醇乙氧基化物添加剂显著提高了泡沫质量。
Claims (19)
1.具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物用于制备化妆品组合物的用途,
其中:R=H,并且R'=COR",其中R"是直链或支化的具有5-23个碳原子的烷基。
2.根据权利要求1的用途,其特征在于一起使用至少两种具有不同结构的通式(I)异山梨醇衍生物的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1的用途,其特征在于R"是具有10-18个碳原子的直链饱和烷基。
4.根据权利要求3的用途,其特征在于R"是具有11-17个碳原子的直链饱和烷基。
5.根据权利要求3的用途,其特征在于R"是具有12-16个碳原子的直链饱和烷基。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的用途,其特征在于异山梨醇衍生物的用量是0.5-30重量%,在每种情况下基于化妆品组合物的总重量计。
7.根据权利要求6的用途,其特征在于异山梨醇衍生物的用量是1-15重量%,在每种情况下基于化妆品组合物的总重量计。
8.根据权利要求6的用途,其特征在于异山梨醇衍生物的用量是1.5-5重量%,在每种情况下基于化妆品组合物的总重量计。
9.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的用途,其特征在于异山梨醇衍生物用于制备不含硅油的化妆品组合物的用途。
10.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的用途,其特征在于异山梨醇衍生物用于制备含水化妆品组合物,所述组合物含有非离子乳化剂、烃、收敛剂、染料、香料、推进剂、增稠剂和/或珠光剂。
11.在权利要求1中的具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物作为增稠剂用于含水化妆品组合物的用途。
12.在权利要求1中的具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物作为乳化剂用于含水化妆品组合物的用途。
13.在权利要求1中的具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物作为油相用于含水化妆品组合物中的用途。
14.在权利要求1中的具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物作为泡沫改进剂用于含水化妆品组合物中的用途。
15.具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物用于珠光组合物中的用途:
其中一个基团R或R'是氢原子,另一个基团R或R'是基团COR",其中R"是具有15-19个碳原子的直链饱和烷基。
16.根据权利要求15的用途,其中R"是具有15-17个碳原子的直链饱和烷基。
17.具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物作为增稠剂用于含水化妆品组合物中的用途:
其中一个基团R或R'是氢原子,另一个基团R或R'是基团COR",其中R"是具有9-15个碳原子的直链的饱和或不饱和的烷基。
18.根据权利要求17的用途,其中R"是具有11-13个碳原子的直链的饱和或不饱和的烷基。
19.化妆品组合物,其含有至少一种水相和一种油相,其特征在于它们含有至少一种在权利要求15-18任一项中的具有通式(I)的异山梨醇衍生物。
