Description

电信和数据技术中的高传输率端子板
本发明涉及电信和数据技术中的一种高传输率端子板,该端子板包括一个塑料壳体和许多绝缘取代式金属触点元件(metalinsulation displacement contact elements),这些触点元件以至少两平行排的形式成对插入塑料壳体中,与触点元件连接的触指形成弹性触点。
从美国专利5,160,273说明书中可以了解到现有技术的上述那种端子板。该专利企图通过在各对绝缘取代式触点元件之间插入多个导电屏蔽板来解决各相邻的绝缘取代式触点元件之间的串话问题。串话问题发生在电气线路上以高频传输大量信息的时候。这种高频传输会在相邻各线路之间产生辐射和干扰,尤其当这些线路在端子板中彼此紧靠时更是如此。插入导电屏蔽板的目的是想提高串话的衰减率。然而,在端子板中使用表面积大的导电屏蔽板需要增加端子板的结构尺寸,这就提高了端子板的制造成本。
因此,本发明的目的是提供上述那种在电信和数据技术中有高传输率的端子板,该端子板能以低的工艺成本和高的经济效益克服或实质上减少串话问题。
本发明提供的电信和数据技术中的一种高传输率端子板包括一个塑料壳体和许多绝缘取代式金属触点元件,这些触点元件以至少两平行排的形式成对插入塑料壳体中,与触点元件连接的触指形成弹性触点。所述绝缘取代式触点元件为扁平的,由非常窄的侧臂和狭窄的底臂组成,侧臂之间有一接触槽,底臂只起连接侧臂的作用,一排中相邻两对绝缘取代式触点元件之间的间距大于一对中两绝缘取代式触点元件之间的间距;所述触指在紧靠绝缘取代式触点元件的底臂处向内弯成近90度角,所述弹性触点有尽可能小的宽度;而所述壳体的下部分有支撑臂作为短的绝缘取代式触点元件的反向支撑件。
按照本发明,通过减小绝缘取代式触点元件的表面积和与触点元件相连接的触指的表面积,大幅度减小绝缘取代式触点元件的尺寸,于是大大减小了两平行导电板之间的电容量,从而使串话大幅度衰减,改善了串话值。这不仅适用于一对相邻的绝缘取代式触点元件与一对电缆线相连接的情况,也适用于相邻的绝缘取代式触点元件与不同电缆线对相连接的情况。另外,通过使一排中相邻两对绝缘取代式触点元件的间距大于一对中两个绝缘取代式触点元件的间距,大大提高了串话的衰减程度,进一步减小了排成一行的相邻各对绝缘取代式触点元件之间的电容量,从而进一步改善了串话值。

图1至图5中所示第一实施例的端子板是电信和数据技术中供高传输率用的端子板。端子板1有一个塑料壳体2由上部分3和下部分4构成,这两部分由上部分3中的锁定孔5和下部分4中的锁定耳6彼此锁定在一起。上部分3中开有夹持槽7,其夹持耳8和夹持臂9一起供承接绝缘取代式触点元件10之用。
从图1和图2中可以看到,用以插入一对绝缘取代式触点元件10的两紧挨着的相邻夹持槽7的间距d为3毫米,比相邻两对夹持槽7或放在其中的绝缘取代式触点元件10之间的9.8毫米的间距D小得多。间距D较大可减小作为电容器极板的绝缘取代式触点元件10之间的电容量,从而改善了串话值,提高了串话的衰减程度。
各绝缘取代式触点元件10由片状材料制成,仅仅由两个侧臂12和一个底臂13形成,侧臂12非常窄,两侧臂之间有一个接触槽11,底臂13也很窄,它将两个片式侧臂12彼此连接起来。接触槽11有一个V字形的引入部分14和扩大了的椭圆端部28。绝缘取代式触点元件10的底臂13上各有一个触指15,在紧靠底臂13处向内几乎弯成90度角,然后转为弹性触点16,该触点位于壳体2的中心线17的部位。由于以扁材制成的绝缘取代式金属触点元件10具有上述结构,因而进一步减小了一对排列成行的两个绝缘取代式触点元件10之间的电容量,于是进一步改善了串话值,从而即使在一对绝缘取代式触点元件10之内也可以使串话程度大幅度衰减。
壳体2在两排绝缘取代式触点元件10之间有一排供插头19用的插孔18。插头19用来使弹性触点16之间的接触连接断开。每个插头19的塑料壳体中都设有臂式锁定元件20,以摇臂形式附在插头19的壳体上。
为了将非常短的扁平绝缘取代式触点元件10支撑在壳体2中并施加所要求的连接力,在壳体2的下部分4中设有形成为支撑臂21的支撑壁22,该支撑壁突出到超过下部分4的外壁23,形成了对短的绝缘取代式触点元件10的反向支撑件。这些触点元件被直接支撑在触指15的弯成90度的部位,如图4中所示。
按照图1至图3,壳体的下部分4包括电缆引导部分24、25和成对配置的锁定臂26,端子板1借助于锁定臂26即可锁定到平行杆组成的构件(图中未示出)中。如图1中虚线所示,端子板1也可以锁定到U字形的安装架27上,安装架27的侧壁28形成锁定耳锁定到端子板1中。
绝缘取代式的触点元件10可与导线截面为0.40至0.64的电缆线制成的电缆对相连接。串话衰减为42至48分贝。
图6至图11中所示的第二实施例的端子板31与图1至图5中所示的端子板1的第一实施例的区别在于,一对中的绝缘取代式触点元件10处在壳体32的上部分33中的位置比对面一排的那对绝缘取代式触点元件10的位置和比同一排的两个横向相邻的绝缘取代式触点元件10的位置都更深,触指15、35的长度不同,如图9中所示。这里,串话在46和52分贝之间。
在图12至图17中所示的端子板41的第三实施例中,一对中的绝缘取代式触点元件10分别位于由两个几乎完全相同的上部分43和下部分44组成的壳体42的对置着的上下侧。配置在一排中的两对绝缘取代式触点元件10之间的间距D在这里为19.5毫米。各对绝缘取代式触点元件10分别设在壳体42的下部分44或上部分43分别对置的各侧上,如图16和17的剖面图所示。具有触指15的绝缘取代式触点元件10的结构基本上与图4的有关结构相当。图15所示端子板41的第三实施例的绝缘取代式触点元件10在径向上偏移。端子板41可转动180度,以便在其两侧配线。
按图1至图5的第一实施例,在传输率大约为100兆赫的情况下,其串话衰减可达-49分贝左右。

Claims (7)

1.电信和数据技术中的一种高传输率端子板,包括一个塑料壳体和许多绝缘取代式金属触点元件,这些触点元件以至少两平行排的形式成对插入塑料壳体中,与触点元件连接的触指形成弹性触点,其特征在于,所述绝缘取代式触点元件(10)为扁平的,由非常窄的侧臂(12)和狭窄的底臂(13)组成,侧臂(12)之间有一接触槽(11),底臂(13)只起连接侧臂(12)的作用,一排中相邻两对绝缘取代式触点元件(10)之间的间距(D)大于一对中两绝缘取代式触点元件(10)之间的间距(d);所述触指(15)在紧靠绝缘取代式触点元件(10)的底臂(13)处向内弯成近90度角,所述弹性触点(15)有尽可能小的宽度;而所述壳体(2)的下部分(4)有支撑臂(21)作为短的绝缘取代式触点元件(10)的反向支撑件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的端子板,其特征在于,所述一对中两绝缘取代式触点元件(10)之间的间距(d)约为3毫米,相邻对之间的间距(D)约为9至10毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的端子板,其特征在于,所述支撑臂(21)突出到超过所述下部分(4)的包绕外壁(23)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的端子板,其特征在于,所述支撑臂(21)形成连续的支撑壁(22)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的端子板,其特征在于,所述一对中的绝缘取代式触点元件(10)处在壳体(32)中的位置比对面一排的绝缘取代式触点元件(10)的位置和比同一排的两个横向相邻对的绝缘取代式触点元件(10)的位置都更为深,且附有长度不同的触指(15,35)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的端子板,其特征在于,所述一对中的绝缘取代式触点元件(10)处在壳体(42)的对置着的上下侧(43,44)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的端子板,其特征在于,所述壳体(42)的上部分(43)和下部分(44)完全相同。
