Abstract

本发明涉及一种宽温度高转速的多头传动器,包括壳体、输入轴、输出轴,以及设在壳体内的主动齿轮和从动齿轮,所述的从动齿轮设有多个,均与主动齿轮啮合,所述的输入轴由壳体的一侧端面伸入,并与主动齿轮连接,所述的输出轴的数量与从动齿轮相同,输出轴连接从动齿轮,并由壳体的另一侧端面伸出。与现有技术相比,本发明可以在宽温度高转速的工况下长久运行而无需在中途添加润滑剂。

宽温度高转速的多头传动器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传动机构,尤其是涉及一种宽温度高转速的多头传动器。
背景技术
传动器一般用于将动力设备的功率传递给被驱动的设备,由于传动机在各行各业中的应用十分广泛,因此其所处的工作环境也相对来说较为复杂。传动器在从高温环境到低温环境下都有运动,而且其运转时的转速也根据工况需要进行大幅变动,但是目前大部分的传动器在环境温度变动较大,或者转速较高时,需要经常添加润滑剂来保证运转的正常,因此造成工作效率降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种高效的多头传动器,该多头传动器可以在宽温度高转速的工况下长久运行而无需在中途添加润滑剂。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种宽温度高转速的多头传动器,包括壳体、输入轴、输出轴,以及设在壳体内的主动齿轮和从动齿轮,所述的从动齿轮设有多个,均与主动齿轮啮合,所述的输入轴由壳体的一侧端面伸入,并与主动齿轮连接,所述的输出轴的数量与从动齿轮相同,输出轴连接从动齿轮,并由壳体的另一侧端面伸出。
所述的从动齿轮至少设有3个,均匀分布于在主动齿轮的周围。
所述的壳体的端面上设有用于固定输入轴和输出轴的轴承。
所述的壳体的下方设有支座,该支座上设有定位孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明可以在-40℃至120℃的环境中,以转速为60转/分钟至8000转/分钟的转速,长时间变速运行,且无需在中途添加润滑剂,有利于提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种宽温度高转速的多头传动器,包括壳体1、输入轴2、输出轴3、主动齿轮4和从动齿轮5。主动齿轮4和从动齿轮5都安装在壳体1内,从动齿轮5设有3个,均匀分布于在主动齿轮4的周围,并与主动齿轮4啮合。
输入轴2由壳体1的一侧端面伸入,并与主动齿轮4连接。输出轴3的数量与从动齿轮5相同,与从动齿轮5连接,并由壳体1的另一侧端面伸出。
壳体1的端面上设有用于固定输入轴2和输出轴4的轴承,其到减小摩擦的作用,在壳体1的下方设有支座12,该支座12上设有定位孔13,用于固定整个多头传动器。
本发明可以在-40℃至120℃的环境中,以转速为60转/分钟至8000转/分钟的转速,长时间变速运行,且无需在中途添加润滑剂,有利于提高工作效率。

Claims (4)

1.一种宽温度高转速的多头传动器,其特征在于,包括壳体、输入轴、输出轴,以及设在壳体内的主动齿轮和从动齿轮,所述的从动齿轮设有多个,均与主动齿轮啮合,所述的输入轴由壳体的一侧端面伸入,并与主动齿轮连接,所述的输出轴的数量与从动齿轮相同,输出轴连接从动齿轮,并由壳体的另一侧端面伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽温度高转速的多头传动器,其特征在于,所述的从动齿轮至少设有3个,均匀分布于在主动齿轮的周围。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽温度高转速的多头传动器,其特征在于,所述的壳体的端面上设有用于固定输入轴和输出轴的轴承。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽温度高转速的多头传动器,其特征在于,所述的壳体的下方设有支座,该支座上设有定位孔。
