Abstract
Title: Double-Gearbox Tubular Motor Abstract The present invention relates to a double-gearbox tubular motor having a gearbox separately arranged at two ends of a motor rotor shaft, comprising a motor main body, a rotor shaft and a tubular housing. The rotor shaft extends from the two ends of the tubular housing, respectively. A gearbox is separately provided at the two ends of the rotor shaft, each of the gearboxes being provided with an output shaft.
Description
Description Double-gearbox Tubular Motor Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a double-gearbox tubular motor having a gearbox separately arranged at two ends of a motor rotor shaft. Background of the Invention In an existing motor, one gearbox is usually provided at one end of a rotor shaft. In some occasions where a motor is required as a power source to drive two wheels to rotate, for example, golf trolleys, the motor rotor shaft usually drives the wheel shafts of two wheels to rotate after being reduced via a gearbox, so as to drive the two wheels to rotate. In such a structure, in terms of overall arrangement, generally the motor cannot be in a same axis as the wheel shafts, and it is necessary to design another space for placing the motor. Therefore, the overall structure is complicated. Summary of the Invention An object of the present invention is to provide a double-gearbox tubular motor having a gearbox separately arranged at two ends of a motor and two output ends, by which the motor and the wheels may be arranged coaxially so that the structure of the motor as a power source is simple. The above technical object of the present invention is mainly solved by the following technical solutions. A double-gearbox tubular motor is provided, including a motor main body, a rotor shaft and a tubular housing; the rotor shaft extends from the two ends of the tubular housing, respectively; and a gearbox is separately provided at the two ends of the rotor shaft, each of the gearboxes being provided with an output shaft. The double-gearbox tubular motor has a 1 gearbox separately arranged at two ends of the motor and two output ends, and the two output ends may be directly connected to the wheels to drive the wheels to rotate. The motor and the wheels may be arranged coaxially so that the structure of the motor as a power source is simple. Preferably, each of the gearboxes includes a gearbox body, a cover and a countershaft combined gear, the countershaft combined gear being disposed on a countershaft and transmitting between the rotor shaft and the output shaft combined gears. Therefore, the present invention features that the double-gearbox tubular motor has a gearbox separately arranged at two ends of the motor and two output ends, and the motor and the wheels may be arranged coaxially so that the structure of the motor as a power source is simple. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of the present invention. Detailed Description of the Invention The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described in details as below with reference to the accompanying drawings by embodiments. Embodiment 1: As shown in Fig. 1, a motor main body 7 is provided in a tubular housing 6, a rotor shaft 8 extends from two ends of the tubular housing 6, and a gearbox is separately provided at two ends of the rotor shaft 8, each of the gearboxes being provided with an output shaft 15. The gearboxes 2 and 4 each include a gearbox body 5, a cover 1 and a countershaft combined gear 3. The gearbox body 5 is connected to the cover 1 by hexagon socket head cap screws 11; the countershaft combined gear 3 is disposed on a countershaft 16 and transmits 2 between the rotor shaft 8 and an output shaft combined gear 10; a hobbing 81 is provided at the end of the rotor shaft 8, by which the rotor shaft 8 is in meshed transmission with the countershaft combined gear 3; and a countershaft hobbing 161 is provided on the countershaft 16, by which the countershaft 16 is in meshed transmission with the countershaft combined gear 3. A framework oil seal 14, a corrugated gasket 13 and a ball bearing 12 are in turn provided between the output shaft 15 and the cover 1 from outside to inside, and a needle bearing 9 is provided between the gearbox body 5 and the output shaft 15. 3
