本发明总体上涉及连接两个轴与离合器轴毂。
背景技术
在自动变速器中,主轴可以形成有多个成角度间隔开的轴向流体通道,以用于将驱动压力传递至各个控制元件,如沿着轴位于轴向隔开的位置上的离合器和制动器。
这些通道必须被机械加工到轴中。
本行业中需要提供一种允许在轴中形成通道而不过度增加轴的直径的技术。该技术必须保持一体式轴的结构完整性且不会引入由于转动惯量产生的涡转。
发明内容
变速器部件的总成包括:具有第一和第二表面、第二表面上的轴向切割花键齿的第一轴、通过压入配合连接至第一轴的第二轴、以及通过压入配合连接至第二轴并与切割花键齿接合的离合器轴毂。
用于连接部件的方法包括:(a)形成具有第一和第二表面以及第二表面上的切割花键齿的第一轴、(b)在第二轴与第一表面之间形成压入配合连接、(c)在第二轴与离合器轴毂之间形成压入配合连接以及(d)压迫切割花键齿以在离合器轴毂中切割出齿,并与所述切割齿保持接合。
所述连接能使轴制造更容易,并且与那些一体式轴相比提供了扭力和轴向的连续性以及结构刚性。

具体实施方式
图1中的总成10包括输入轴12;输出轴14;中间轴16。第一行星齿轮组20具有第一太阳齿轮22、第一环形齿轮24、第一支架26以及一组支承在支架26上并与太阳齿轮22和环形齿轮24处于持续啮合中的行星小齿轮30。
第二行星齿轮组32包括固定耦接至太阳齿轮22的第二太阳齿轮34;第二环形齿轮36;固定耦接至输入轴12的第二支架38;以及一组支承在支架38上并与太阳齿轮34和环形齿轮36处于持续啮合中的行星小齿轮40。
第三行星齿轮组42包括固定耦接至环形齿轮36的第三太阳齿轮44;第三环形齿轮46;第三支架48;以及一组支承在支架48上并与太阳齿轮44和环形齿轮46处于持续啮合中的行星小齿轮50。
第四行星齿轮组52包括固定耦接至环形齿轮46的第四太阳齿轮54;通过壳体58固定耦接至支架26的第四环形齿轮56;固定耦接至输出14的第四支架60;以及一组支承在支架60上并与太阳齿轮54和环形齿轮56处于持续啮合中的行星齿轮62。
第一制动器64选择性地阻止环形齿轮24旋转。
第二制动器66选择性地阻止太阳齿轮22、34在变速器箱124上的旋转。
第一离合器68选择性地将环形齿轮36耦接至离合器外壳70,也在变速器箱124上旋转。
第二离合器72选择性地将支架48耦接至离合器外壳70。
第三离合器74选择性地将环形齿轮46耦接至输入轴12。
第四离合器76选择性地将壳体58耦接至离合器外壳70。
图2示出了支架38由盘80固定在壳体58上。
离合器外壳70包括形成有内花键齿的轴向臂82,离合器68的隔板84上的外齿固定至该内花键齿,以随着离合器外壳70旋转。离合器68的摩擦板用花键连接至在形成有环形齿轮36的环84上形成的外花键齿。
沿着输入轴12的径向外侧上的轴线86延伸的中间轴16固定在环85上,其中卡环88完成该连接。离合器外壳70由在中间轴16的径向外表面上轴向隔开的衬套90、92支承。
离合器外壳70包括另一形成有外花键齿的轴向臂94,离合器76的隔板96上的内齿固定至该外花键齿,以随着离合器外壳70旋转。离合器76的摩擦板用花键连接至形成在壳体58上的内花键齿。
离合器72的隔板上的外齿98接合在离合器外壳70的臂94上形成的内花键齿。离合器72的摩擦板用花键连接至在支架48上形成的外花键齿。
位于衬套90、92之间并在离合器外壳70的轴毂100中形成的是四个供给回路。单个平衡油供给(balance oil feed)将自动变速器流体(ATF)供应至离合器68、72、76的压力平衡室102、104、106。平衡隔障103、105、107在离合器68、72、76的活塞110、112、114处密封压力平衡室102、104、106。
离合器68、72、76的每个伺服缸69、73、77都通过在离合器外壳70中形成的专用回路被供应驱动压力。当没有驱动压力施加在离合器68、72、76上时,离合器外壳70与总成10的任何其他部件都不存在固定连接。
变速器箱124含有运动总成。
图3示出了输入轴延伸部126在输入轴12的内表面128上被引导为与输入轴形成压入配合的接合,输入轴叠盖到输入轴延伸部126。该压入配合在输入轴延伸部126与输入轴12之间提供了扭力的连续性。
离合器74包括离合器外壳130,其用花键连接至隔板132并且包括轴毂134,该轴毂叠盖到输入轴延伸部126。离合器外壳130形成有含有活塞138的缸136。当离合器应用压力存在于缸136中时,活塞138将隔板132推至与用花键连接在壳体142上的隔板140摩擦接合。
轴毂134、输入轴延伸部126与输入轴12互相连接。输入轴延伸部126通过沿着轴线86移动被引导到位,与形成压入配合连接的输入轴12的内表面143接触。
轴毂134在输入轴延伸部126的外表面上被引导为与输入轴延伸部形成压入配合的接合。
优选地,输入轴12由钢材构成,并且轴毂134由铝或铸铁或者比钢材更软的金属构成。外切割花键齿144在输入轴12的外表面上形成。由于轴毂在输入轴延伸部126的外表面上被轴向引导至它的装配位置,外切割花键齿144在轴毂134的配合圆柱表面上形成配合的内花键齿,如图3中所示。互相接合的花键齿在轴毂134与输入轴12之间提供了扭力的连续性。

Claims (6)

通过压入配合连接至第二轴并与切割花键齿接合的离合器轴毂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其特征在于,第一表面位于第一轴的径向内表面,并且切割花键齿由第二表面径向地向外延伸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其特征在于,第二轴的径向外表面通过压入配合连接至第一轴的径向内表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其特征在于,第二轴的径向外表面通过压入配合连接至离合器轴毂的径向内表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其特征在于:
切割花键齿由金属构成;并且
离合器轴毂由具有小于切割花键齿的硬度的金属构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其特征在于:
切割花键齿由钢材构成;并且
离合器轴毂由具有小于钢材的硬度的铝构成。
