Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗气滞血瘀型IgA肾病的中药制剂。IgA肾病可归属于中医“尿血”、“虚劳”等范畴。气滞血瘀型IgA肾病病机为脾肾俱虚导致脏腑功能失调，而脏腑功能失调又可生湿化热，气滞血瘀。本发明选择具有养血止血，活血化瘀，清热利湿，理气养肾的中药山海棠、野素馨、东风菜根、龙船花根、毛冬瓜、赤楠、刺老鸦、莲子、柠条根、地菍，水煎成汤剂，经我院临床试验，总有效率达到97.5％，治疗过程中患者没有明显不良反应。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗气滞血瘀型IgA肾病的中药制剂。
背景技术
气滞血瘀型IgA肾病是一组多病因引起的具有相同免疫病理学特征的慢性肾小球疾病。临床上约40％-45％的患者表现为肉眼或显微镜下血尿，35％-40％的患者表现为显微镜下血尿伴蛋白尿，其余表现为肾病综合征和肾功能衰竭。西医常使用激素治疗该病，副作用大，易产生药物依赖性。中医针对气滞血瘀型IgA肾病的病机，强调人身气血不仅需要允盛，更“贵在通调”，在养血止血的前提下，佐以活血散瘀治疗，取得了显著成绩。而且价格低，无副作用，不易复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗气滞血瘀型IgA肾病的中药制剂。IgA肾病可归属于中医“尿血”、“虚劳”等范畴。气滞血瘀型IgA肾病病机为脾肾俱虚导致脏腑功能失调，而脏腑功能失调又可生湿化热，气滞血瘀。中医治疗宜养血止血，活血化瘀，清热利湿，理气养肾。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗气滞血瘀型IgA肾病的中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：山海棠3-9份、野素馨15-25份、东风菜根20-24份、龙船花根30-40份、毛冬瓜35-45份、赤楠22-26份、刺老鸦15-25份、莲子6-12份、柠条根25-35份、地菍9-15份。
优选的，山海棠6份、野素馨20份、东风菜根22份、龙船花根35份、毛冬瓜40份、赤楠24份、刺老鸦20份、莲子9份、柠条根30份、地菍12份。
制备方法将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
方中：山海棠理气止痛、活血化瘀；野素馨行气止痛、活血；东风菜根行气止痛、活血祛风；龙船花根降气止痛、活血通络；毛冬瓜清热利湿、活血消肿；赤楠健脾利湿、化瘀生新；刺老鸦补气安神、强精补肾、祛风活络；莲子养心益肾、补肾涩肠；柠条根养血滋阴；地菍止血、活血、清热解毒。
临床资料
1、一般资料40例患者均符合气滞血瘀型IgA肾病诊断标准，男27例，女13例，年龄20～57岁，平均35.9岁，病程5个月～7年。
2、诊断标准主要症状为腰腹疼痛，神疲乏力，或面色无华，少气懒言，耳鸣不聪，舌苔薄白，舌质紫暗，舌边有瘀点，脉细涩。尿检有持续镜下血尿，蛋白尿。
3、治疗方法本组患者服用本发明所述的中药制剂，称取山海棠6g、野素馨20g、东风菜根22g、龙船花根35g、毛冬瓜40g、赤楠24g、刺老鸦20g、莲子9g、柠条根30g、地菍12g。水煎成汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚2次服用。30天一疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。
4、疗效标准(1)完全缓解：尿沉渣镜检红细胞少于0.8万／毫升或3个／高倍视野，肾功能正常。(2)显效：尿沉渣镜检红细胞数较前减少50％，肾功能正常。(3)有效：尿沉渣镜检红细胞数较前减少25％-49％，肾功能正常。(4)无效：上述实验检查均无明显改善或反加重者。
5、治疗结果40例患者治疗2个疗程后观察疗效，其中完全缓解21例(52.5％)，显效10例(25％)，有效8例(20％)，无效1例(2.5％)，总有效率97.5％。治疗过程中患者没有明显不良反应。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取山海棠6g、野素馨20g、东风菜根22g、龙船花根35g、毛冬瓜40g、赤楠24g、刺老鸦20g、莲子9g、柠条根30g、地菍12g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例二：称取山海棠9g、野素馨15g、东风菜根24g、龙船花根30g、毛冬瓜45g、赤楠22g、刺老鸦25g、莲子6g、柠条根35g、地菍9g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例三：称取山海棠3g、野素馨25g、东风菜根20g、龙船花根40g、毛冬瓜35g、赤楠26g、刺老鸦15g、莲子12g、柠条根25g、地菍15g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗气滞血瘀型IgA肾病的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：山海棠3-9份、野素馨15-25份、东风菜根20-24份、龙船花根30-40份、毛冬瓜35-45份、赤楠22-26份、刺老鸦15-25份、莲子6-12份、柠条根25-35份、地菍9-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗气滞血瘀型IgA肾病的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：山海棠6份、野素馨20份、东风菜根22份、龙船花根35份、毛冬瓜40份、赤楠24份、刺老鸦20份、莲子9份、柠条根30份、地菍12份。
