Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤出机螺杆,其包括一个挤出轴和至少一个挤出段。挤出轴包括一个带有外齿和心轴纵轴线的棱柱形心轴。挤出段具有内齿和内齿纵轴线并且能够套装在心轴上,使得该挤出段可以与心轴抗扭转地相连接。内齿具有一种带啮合轮廓的轮廓并且在挤出段的第一端侧与第二端侧之间的内部区域中具有一种棱柱形的基本轮廓,该基本轮廓具有一基本横截面。

背景技术
通常挤出机具有一个带外齿的心轴,挤出段抗扭转地设置在该心轴上。这就允许在需要时可以交换或替换挤出段。所期望的是,使挤出机以尽可能高的扭矩运行,从而可实现高的生产能力。然而,由于超过一定的临界扭矩将会损坏挤出段,所以扭矩的提高是受限制的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,在同样心轴的情况下提高扭矩,也就是说,提供一种扭矩容量得以提高的挤出机螺杆或挤出机。
本发明通过一种前述同类型的挤出机螺杆解决了这个问题,对于该挤出机螺杆,挤出段的内齿在与该挤出段的至少一个端侧邻近之处具有一种边缘轮廓,与基本轮廓相比,该边缘轮廓至少在啮合轮廓的区域内具有更小的边缘横截面,其中,内齿纵轴线与心轴纵轴线同轴地延伸,并且内齿与外齿啮合,使得挤出段与心轴抗扭转(drehfest,即二者不能相对转动)地相连接。
根据第二方面,本发明通过一种前述同类型的挤出机解决了这个问题,其包括至少一个本发明的挤出机螺杆。
根据第三方面,本发明通过一种用于制造本发明的挤出机螺杆的方法解决了这个问题,包括如下步骤:(a)利用锤锻工具(Hammerwerkzeug,锤锻模)通过锤锻制作出带有外齿的棱柱形心轴,(b)制作出具有棱柱形内齿的预制挤出段,(c)利用锤锻工具制作出腐蚀工具(Erodierwerkzeug,腐蚀模),以及(d)利用腐蚀工具通过沉凹腐蚀(Senkerodieren)制作出内齿的轮廓偏差或者说轮廓修正部。
本发明的优点在于:使挤出机螺杆在它受损之前可被加载更高的扭矩。
另一个优点在于,能够以很小的费用实施本发明。这样,只需要对挤出段在其边缘进行加工,而不必改变挤出机的其他设计。
本发明的思想在于:使用传统的、棱柱形的、带有外齿的心轴,并且如此地构造一个或多个可套装在所述心轴上的、带有内齿的挤出段,即,它们虽然与心轴抗扭转地连接,但是在挤出段的至少一个端侧的区域中在内部齿与外部齿的齿面之间、亦即在齿的侧面产生一种大致呈楔形的中间空隙。然而这些中间空隙的长度只是要使得心轴和挤出段能够抗扭转地连接。挤出段的内部齿的齿面在所述中间空隙的区域内有益地具有一定弯曲度,以获得内齿的一种顺滑的轮廓。同时本发明认识到:将内齿局部削弱是有益的,这样总体上可产生较高的耐磨强度。这一认识借助于挤出段的磨损情况分布图而获得。也就是说业已证实:不仅心轴而且还有挤出段均为纯粹棱柱形轮廓的情况下,会直接在挤出段的端侧处出现负荷峰值,该负荷峰值导致产生可能发展成裂缝的微细裂口。
关于在本说明书范围内所说的特征:与基本轮廓相比,边缘轮廓具有更小的边缘横截面,应理解为,边缘横截面沿着心轴纵轴线在垂直于该心轴纵轴线的平面上的投影至少在啮合轮廓的区域内小于边缘轮廓。有可能存在超出该投影延伸的基本轮廓区域,而决定性的是:边缘轮廓在啮合轮廓的区域内具有更小的边缘横截面。啮合轮廓是轮廓的下述那个部分,即,通过该部分来传递沿周向作用的负荷。
关于所说的轮廓,是指内齿在相应区域内的二维表面。基本轮廓是所述轮廓在内部区域中的那部分。边缘轮廓是所述轮廓邻近于端侧的那部分。
关于相应的横截面,亦即基本横截面或边缘横截面,是指在相应轮廓的区域内垂直于内齿的内齿纵轴线剖切该内齿得到的横截面。
根据一种优选的实施方式,内齿具有一齿形纵轴线,其中,所述轮廓在啮合轮廓纵向曲线内与一假想的圆柱面相交,该圆柱面的纵轴线与内齿的内齿纵轴线同轴地并且在一半的齿高上延伸,其中,啮合轮廓纵向曲线在数学意义上是光滑的。对此应作如下理解:所述啮合轮廓纵向曲线始终是连续可微的。这一点的确定涉及到圆柱坐标系,其轴是沿着齿形纵轴线延伸。
所述啮合轮廓纵向曲线在内部区域中直线地延伸,也就是说,因为基本轮廓是棱柱形的,所以它是一条直线。在邻近至少一个端侧处,啮合轮廓纵向曲线弯曲地延伸,其中特别是曲率半径随着离端侧的距离的增加而变大。由此有益的是:高的切口应力集中效应的危险被降至最低。
优选所述轮廓关于一个对称面镜像对称,该对称面垂直于内齿纵轴线并且优选在此端侧和与第二端侧之间一半路段上延伸。
优选所述内齿具有轮廓修正部,该轮廓修正部描述的是边缘横截面与基本横截面的偏差,由此是与离最近端面的边缘距离相关地描述的,其中,所述轮廓修正部延伸直至离最近端面的边缘距离为至少2mm、特别是至少5mm。
因而,所述轮廓修正部在给定边缘距离的情况下通过这样的量所形成,该量是由基本横截面沿着心轴纵轴线在垂直于心轴的平面上的投影减去边缘横截面而产生的。因此所述轮廓修正部对于离最近端面的每个距离来说是一个与边缘距离相关的面。
轮廓修正部的面积优选随着离最近端面的距离的增加而减小,特别是严格单调地减小。以此方式,挤出段便能在承载情况下通过一个较宽的区域紧贴到外齿上,从而产生一种特别好的力导入,这样就减少了磨损可能性。
优选所述轮廓修正部在这样的轮廓修正部长度上延伸,该轮廓修正部长度至多为挤出段宽度的三分之一。事实表明更长的轮廓修正部长度是不利的。
优选所述轮廓修正部具有这样的轮廓修正部高度,该轮廓修正部高度小于内齿的齿高扣除根部倒圆半径。这就保证了:不会由于引入轮廓修正部而带来不希望有的小的缺口半径。
优选所述内齿为渐开线齿形。已经证明,这样的齿形导致故障的可能性特别小。对于制造挤出段的方法来说,通过沉凹腐蚀制得轮廓偏差被证明是特别有益的。由此能够实现特别高的尺寸精确性,这一点又降低了挤出段的故障可能性。
特别有益的是:利用腐蚀工具来实施沉凹腐蚀,该腐蚀工具利用如同挤出机的心轴那样相同的锤锻工具制成。这样就保证了内齿的每个齿的轮廓偏差是相同的,因而使负载特别均匀地分布。

具体实施方式
图1示出的是本发明的挤出段10,该挤出段具有内齿12,它借助该内齿可以抗扭转地套装在一个挤出轴的心轴的互补的外齿上。内齿12具有一种啮合轮廓P,在图1c中示出了该啮合轮廓。
图1a示出:挤出段10包括外部螺旋14。或者,作为可选方案,挤出段10可以具有例如输送结构、塑形结构或混合结构。

边缘轮廓PR与离端面16的距离x相关。图1c示出的是x=0的情况,亦即直接就在第一端侧16上。可以看到所述轮廓修正部D,该轮廓修正部表示处于基本横截面与边缘横截面之间的面。对轮廓修正部D的描述就等效于基本轮廓在边缘距离x内在垂直于内齿纵轴线L12的平面上的投影和边缘轮廓与这个平面相交处之间的面。
因此,所述轮廓修正部D与所述边缘距离x相关。轮廓修正部D从端面16延伸,直至一定的边缘距离x,该边缘距离被称为轮廓修正部长度LD。在图1d中画出了该轮廓修正部长度LD。它至多为在图1a中画出的挤出段宽度B10的三分之一。
另外,轮廓修正部D具有这样的轮廓修正部高度HD,该轮廓修正部高度表示沿着径向轴线r的延伸大小,所述轮廓修正部D便是存在于其高度上。轮廓修正部高度HD优选小于齿高Z扣除根部倒圆半径R,所述基本轮廓PG的啮合轮廓PE以该根部倒圆半径过渡到根部区域PF中。
图2a示出的是本发明的挤出机的挤出轴的心轴30的横截面示图。心轴30包括外齿32,该外齿构造成与内齿12互补。所述心轴30具有心轴纵轴线L30,该心轴纵轴线与内齿纵轴线L12(参照图1a)重合。
图2b示出了心轴30的局部纵向视图,其中可以看到所述外齿32。
本发明的挤出段10特别是通过如下方式制成:首先制作出带有棱柱形内齿的预制挤出段。接着通过沉凹腐蚀制作出轮廓修正部D。为进行腐蚀处理,优选使用一腐蚀工具,该腐蚀工具也可用于制作心轴30的外齿32。

Claims (9)

1.挤出机螺杆,其包括:
挤出轴,该挤出轴包括棱柱形心轴(30),所述心轴具有外齿(32)和心轴纵轴线(L30),和
至少一个能够套装在所述心轴(30)上的挤出段(10),所述挤出段具有内齿(12)和内齿纵轴线(L12),
其中,所述内齿(12)具有一种带啮合轮廓(PE)的轮廓(P)并且在第一端侧(16)与第二端侧(18)之间的内部区域(22)中具有一种带基本横截面的棱柱形基本轮廓(PG),
其中,所述内齿纵轴线(L12)与所述心轴纵轴线(L30)同轴延伸以及所述内齿(12)与所述外齿(32)啮合,使得所述挤出段(10)与所述心轴(30)抗扭转地相连接,
其中,所述内齿(12)在邻近至少一个端侧处具有一种边缘轮廓(PR),与所述基本轮廓(PG)相比,该边缘轮廓至少在所述啮合轮廓(PE)的区域内具有更小的边缘横截面。
2.如权利要求1所述的挤出机螺杆,其特征在于,
所述轮廓(P)在啮合轮廓纵向曲线(k(x))内与一假想的圆柱面(26)相交,该圆柱面的纵轴线与所述内齿(12)的内齿纵轴线(L12)同轴地并且在一半的齿高上延伸,以及
所述啮合轮廓纵向曲线(k(x))在数学意义上是光滑的。
3.如前述权利要求之任一项所述的挤出机螺杆,其特征在于,
所述内齿(12)具有轮廓修正部(D),该轮廓修正部与离最近端面(16)的边缘距离(x)相关地描述所述边缘横截面与所述基本横截面的偏差,以及
所述轮廓修正部(D)延伸直至离最近端面(16)的边缘距离(x)为至少2毫米。
4.如前述权利要求之任一项所述的挤出机螺杆,其特征在于,
所述轮廓修正部(D)在这样的轮廓修正部长度(LD)上延伸,该轮廓修正部长度至多为挤出段宽度(B10)的三分之一。
5.如前述权利要求之任一项所述的挤出机螺杆,其特征在于,
所述轮廓修正部(D)具有这样的轮廓修正部高度(HD),该轮廓修正部高度小于所述内齿(12)的齿高(Z)扣除根部倒圆半径(R)。
6.如前述权利要求之任一项所述的挤出机螺杆,其特征在于,
所述内齿(12)为渐开线齿形。
7.如前述权利要求之任一项所述的挤出机螺杆,其特征在于,
所述轮廓(P)关于一个对称面镜像对称,该对称面垂直于所述内齿纵轴线(L12)并且居中地在所述第一端侧(16)和与该第一端侧(16)相对置的第二端侧(18)之间延伸。
8.挤出机,特别是双螺杆挤出机,其包括:
至少一个如权利要求1至7之任一项所述的挤出机螺杆。
9.用于制造如权利要求1至7之任一项所述的挤出机螺杆的方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)利用锤锻工具通过锤锻制作出带有外齿(32)的棱柱形心轴(30),
(b)制作出带有棱柱形内齿(12)的预制挤出段,
(c)利用所述锤锻工具制作出腐蚀工具,和
(d)利用所述腐蚀工具通过沉凹腐蚀制作出所述内齿(12)的轮廓修正部(D)。
