Abstract
本发明提供一种非机动车专用道，它占用行人道或机动车道的少量空间，形成一条封闭式的非机动车专用道，使非机动车与行人、机动车隔离开来，并在道口设警戒标志。非机动车专用道的特征是：非机动车专用道设在人行道或机动车道之中，位于非机动车专用道二侧的分隔栏总成设在人行道之中，或设在人行道与机动车道之间；非机动车专用道的出入口设标杆，对非机动车驾驶人起警戒作用；非机动车专用道在住宅区出口、商业区、医院等公共区附近设出口，出口的二侧设非机动车停车区。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种非机动车专用道。
背景技术
交通拥堵是目前所有大中城市面临的普遍问题，“行车难、停车难和乘车难”已经成为城市管理者的难题。为缓解城市交通拥堵，政府在优先发展公共交通的同时，也日益重视非机动车在缓解交通拥堵中的作用。
非机动车交通作为一种环保、低能耗、运动型的绿色交通出行方式，与生态文明建设要求是一致的，是政府鼓励的一种出行方式。同时，非机动车交通可以实现“门到门”的便捷性、对道路空间要求不高的“易通过”性和在价格上的“低价”性，使得非机动车交通势必会不断发展。
但非机动车自身存在着稳定性差，容易发生侧到的缺陷。同时，非机动车容易逆行和占道行驶，遇到（雨）雪天骑车人常常只会低头避（雨）雪，匆忙赶路而不太遵守交通法规，当道路情况不好时，非机动车常常占用机动车道或行人道行驶。其次，负重的自行车遇到前方障碍也会不顾后面的来车，而突然改变行驶路线，占道行驶。 因此，非机动车的交通安全状况不佳，还危害到行人和机动车。
发明内容
针对上述的问题，本发明提供一种非机动车专用道，它占用行人道或机动车道的少量空间，形成一条封闭式的非机动车专用道，使非机动车与行人、机动车隔离开来，并在道口设警戒标志。
本发明是这样实现的：非机动车专用道的特征是：非机动车专用道设在人行道或机动车道之中，位于非机动车专用道二侧的分隔栏总成设在人行道之中，或设在人行道与机动车道之间；非机动车专用道的出入口设标杆，对非机动车驾驶人起警戒作用；非机动车专用道在住宅区出口、商业区、医院等公共区附近设出口，出口的二侧设非机动车停车区。
分隔栏总成中的立杆插在地面的孔中，固定爪在斜块的作用下穿过立杆中的出孔将其固定住；立杆与立杆之间由绳索串联起来，绳索的外部套着横杆。
另外，立杆的顶端固定着盖子。
标杆中设警戒标志、警示灯。
本发明的作用是：
1. 它占用行人道或机动车道的少量空间，形成一条封闭式的非机动车专用道，使非机动车与行人、机动车隔离开来，并在道口设警戒标志，能大大提高非机动车的行车安全状况。
2. 位于非机动车二侧的分隔栏，具有抗变型能力强的特征，且现场安装也相当容易。
3. 它也将行人与机动车道隔离起来，能消除行人乱穿机动车道的问题。

具体实施方式
如图所示，非机动车专用道设在人行道或机动车道之中，位于非机动车专用道二侧的分隔栏总成2设在人行道之中，或设在人行道与机动车道1之间；非机动车专用道的出入口设标杆3，标杆3中设警戒标志、警示灯，对非机动车驾驶人起警戒作用；非机动车专用道在住宅区出口、商业区、医院等公共区附近设出口4，出口4的二侧设非机动车停车区5。
分隔栏总成2中的立杆7插在地面的孔中，立杆7的顶端固定着盖子6。固定爪10在斜块11的作用下膨胀穿过立杆7中的出孔12将其固定住；立杆2与立杆2之间由绳索8串联起来，绳索8的外部套着横杆9。
本发明的结构并不限于实施例所述形式，本领域的普通技术人员根据本发明做出的进一步拓展均落入本发明的保护范围。
本发明非机动车专用道非常适合在现有道路中改建，成本低且实效佳。
Claims (4)
1.一种非机动车专用道，其特征是：非机动车专用道设在人行道或机动车道之中，位于非机动车专用道二侧的分隔栏总成（2）设在人行道之中，或设在人行道与机动车道（1）之间；非机动车专用道的出入口设标杆（3），对非机动车驾驶人起警戒作用；非机动车专用道在住宅区出口、商业区、医院等公共区附近设出口（4），出口（4）的二侧设非机动车停车区（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非机动车专用道，其特征是：分隔栏总成（2）中的立杆（7）插在地面的孔中，固定爪（10）在斜块（11）的作用下穿过立杆（7）中的出孔（12）将其固定住；立杆（2）与立杆（2）之间由绳索（8）串联起来，绳索（8）的外部套着横杆（9）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的非机动车专用道，其特征是：立杆（7）的顶端固定着盖子（6）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的非机动车专用道，其特征是：标杆（3）中设警戒标志、警示灯。
