Abstract
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种耐老化阻燃改性聚烯烃弹性体电缆护套料,该材料包含以下重量份的原料:聚烯烃弹性体24-28,聚氯乙烯18-22,硅藻土12-15,高岭土8-10,氯铂酸1-2,氧化铈0.1-0.2,氧化镧0.2-0.4,三氧化二铋2-3,二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2-3,柠檬酸三丁酯15-20,石油树脂8-10,氢氧化铝15-20,促进剂TMTD1-2,二氨基二苯甲烷3-4,助剂14-16;该绝缘材料结合了聚烯烃弹性体、聚氯乙烯等原料的优点,制备的材料坚固耐磨,耐高温低温老化,耐化学腐蚀,低温韧性好,阻燃安全,使用寿命长,能够广泛的用于制作各类电缆护套绝缘材料,市场需求前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种耐老化阻燃改性聚烯烃弹性体电缆护套料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,需要使用电缆的场所变得多样化,对电缆用护套材料的性能指标有了更加严格和多样的要求,比如绝缘性、拉伸强度、使用温度、阻燃性能等指标均有严格的要求,不断的提高护套材料的性能,是经济和社会发展的迫切需求,传统的护套材料多存在阻燃性差、化学稳定性差,高温易变形、力学性能差、使用寿命短等问题,给实际使用带来很多不便,甚至威胁到人们的生命财产安全,因此,急需改变原有护套材料配方,改进材料性能,以适应电缆市场多样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐老化阻燃改性聚烯烃弹性体电缆护套料,提升了传统聚氯乙烯共混材料的性能,使其具备良好的力学性能和加工性能,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐老化阻燃改性聚烯烃弹性体电缆护套料,其特征在于,本发明材料包含以下重量份的组分:聚烯烃弹性体24-28,聚氯乙烯18-22,硅藻土12-15,高岭土8-10,氯铂酸1-2,氧化铈0.1-0.2,氧化镧0.2-0.4,三氧化二铋2-3,二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2-3,柠檬酸三丁酯15-20,石油树脂8-10,氢氧化铝15-20,促进剂TMTD 1-2,二氨基二苯甲烷3-4,助剂14-16。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石20-24,粘土20-24,1,6-己二异氰酸酯3-4,二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯4-5,三聚磷酸钠5-6,聚四氟乙烯4-5,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 2-3,氧化锌8-10,促进剂TMTD 1-2,硬脂酸锌1-2,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-2,花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将天青石,粘土放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石,粘土粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
所述的一种耐老化阻燃改性聚烯烃弹性体电缆护套料,其制备方法为:将聚烯烃弹性体、聚氯乙烯、石油树脂共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在80-110℃下捏合6-15min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明结合了聚烯烃弹性体、聚氯乙烯、石油树脂等原料的优点,提升了传统聚烯烃弹性体共混材料的性能,使其具有良好的加工性能和机械性能,制备的材料坚固耐磨,耐高温低温老化,耐化学腐蚀,低温韧性好,阻燃安全,使用寿命长,能够满足特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例包含以下重量份的原料:聚烯烃弹性体28,聚氯乙烯22,硅藻土15,高岭土10,氯铂酸2,氧化铈0.2,氧化镧0.4,三氧化二铋3,二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯3,柠檬酸三丁酯20,石油树脂10,氢氧化铝20,促进剂TMTD 2,二氨基二苯甲烷4,助剂15。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石24,粘土24,1,6-己二异氰酸酯4,二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯5,三聚磷酸钠6,聚四氟乙烯5,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 3,氧化锌10,促进剂TMTD 2,硬脂酸锌2,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2,花椒籽油2;制备方法是将天青石,粘土放入煅烧炉中在570℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,粉碎成100目后放入15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3小时,过滤出天青石,粘土粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散2小时,即得。
所述的一种耐老化阻燃改性聚烯烃弹性体电缆护套料,其制备方法为:将聚烯烃弹性体、聚氯乙烯、石油树脂共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在110℃下捏合12min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明材料的性能测试结果为:拉伸强度为17.5Mpa,断裂伸长率为426%,经IRM902油90℃×70h处理后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为16.8Mpa、392%,经136℃×168h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率97.8%,断裂伸长率保持率为98.3%,20℃体积电阻率为1.23×1014Ω·m,经过80℃甲苯溶剂浸泡7天后,无明显溶胀和开裂现象,在-50℃条件下弯曲后不开裂,氧指数为41%。

1.一种耐老化阻燃改性聚烯烃弹性体电缆护套料,其特征在于,该绝缘料由以下重量份的原料组成:聚烯烃弹性体24-28,聚氯乙烯18-22,硅藻土12-15,高岭土8-10,氯铂酸1-2,氧化铈0.1-0.2,氧化镧0.2-0.4,三氧化二铋2-3,二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2-3,柠檬酸三丁酯15-20,石油树脂8-10,氢氧化铝15-20,促进剂TMTD 1-2,二氨基二苯甲烷3-4,助剂14-16;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐老化阻燃改性聚烯烃弹性体电缆护套料,其制作工艺为:将聚烯烃弹性体、聚氯乙烯、石油树脂共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在80-110℃下捏合6-15min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
