Abstract

本发明公开了一种全自动混凝土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,该搅拌装置由分别具有搅拌和输送功能的水平设置的I级搅拌系统和竖直设置的II级搅拌系统组成,II级搅拌系统的下端连接有混料输送装置,干粉砂料和水依次通过I级搅拌系统和II级搅拌系统通过混料输送装置输出。本发明利用水平设置的I级搅拌系统和竖直设置的II级搅拌系统对干粉和砂料进行搅拌,解决了单级搅拌喷涂机由于混合搅拌砂料不均匀,容易造成浆料脱落,使施工墙面易出现空鼓现象的弊端,达到了充分混合搅拌砂料的效果,提高了施工质量。

全自动混凝土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种全自动混凝土高速喷涂机,具体地说涉及一种全自动混凝土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,属于建筑工程机械技术领域。
背景技术
现有的混凝土喷涂机的搅拌装置都为一级搅拌,在混凝土搅拌过程中,对混凝土砂料混合搅拌不均匀,导致喷涂效果不佳,浆料易脱落,造成能源浪费,严重情况还会导致施工墙面出现空鼓现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种两级搅拌,能够均匀混合混凝土砂料,提高混凝土砂料混合质量的全自动混凝土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种全自动混凝土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,该搅拌装置由分别具有搅拌和输送功能的水平设置的I级搅拌系统和竖直设置的II级搅拌系统组成,II级搅拌系统的下端连接有混料输送装置,干粉砂料和水依次通过I级搅拌系统和II级搅拌系统通过混料输送装置输出。
以下是本发明对上述方案的进一步改进:所述II级搅拌系统包括竖直设置的并与I级搅拌系统连通的II级搅拌仓,II级搅拌仓上设有液位观察孔和液位探测仪,所述液位探测仪与I级搅拌系统之间通过PLC控制系统自动控制。
当II级搅拌仓的液位过高时,液位探测仪将信号传送至PLC控制系统, PLC控制系统控制I级搅拌系统中的输料电机停止工作,当II级搅拌仓的液位低于设定值时,液位探测仪将信号传送至PLC控制系统, PLC控制系统控制I级搅拌系统中的输料电机开启,进行输送,防止了浆料堵塞II级搅拌仓,保证了设备的安全以及浆料的顺利输送。
进一步改进:所述II级搅拌仓内安装有II级搅拌轴和搅拌叶片;II级搅拌仓的上端安装有泵送电机,所述泵送电机与II级搅拌轴传动连接。
进一步改进:混料输送装置包括安装在II级搅拌仓下端并与II级搅拌仓连通的螺杆泵;螺杆泵内安装有螺杆泵转子,所述螺杆泵转子的上端伸入到II级搅拌仓内并与II级搅拌轴的下端传动连接。
进一步改进:I级搅拌系统包括水平设置的I级搅拌仓,I级搅拌仓的其中一端与II级搅拌仓连通,I级搅拌仓内安装有搅拌输料装置。
进一步改进:搅拌输料装置包括安装在I级搅拌仓内的输料螺杆和I级搅拌轴,输料螺杆和I级搅拌轴相连接并位于同一轴线上,所述I级搅拌仓远离II级搅拌仓的一端安装有输料电机,所述输料电机与输料螺杆传动连接。
进一步改进:I级搅拌仓上靠近输料螺杆上方的位置设有进料口。
进一步改进:I级搅拌仓上靠近I级搅拌轴上方的位置设有注水接头。
进一步改进:I级搅拌仓内靠近II级搅拌仓的位置安装有支座,所述I级搅拌轴的其中一端与输料螺杆传动连接,另一端与支座转动连接。
进一步改进:I级搅拌轴上安装有螺旋形搅拌叶片。
工作时,将干粉砂料通过加料口加入I级搅拌仓,启动输料电机,输料电机通过连接套带动输料螺杆和I级搅拌轴一同旋转,输料螺杆将干粉砂料输送到I级搅拌仓的搅拌装置部分,启动水泵,水通过注水接头及通水管路注入I级搅拌仓中,干粉砂料与水在I级搅拌轴及螺旋形搅拌叶片作用下,进行一次混合搅拌,同时将一次搅拌后的混合砂料送入II级搅拌仓中,启动泵送电机,泵送电机通过轴套带动II级搅拌轴、螺杆泵转子一同旋转,II级搅拌轴将输入的混合砂料在II级搅拌仓中进行二次混合搅拌,后经螺杆泵泵送到输料管路,即实现了全自动混凝土高速喷涂机的混合搅拌功能。
本发明利用水平设置的I级搅拌系统和竖直设置的II级搅拌系统对干粉和砂料进行搅拌,解决了单级搅拌喷涂机由于混合搅拌砂料不均匀,容易造成浆料脱落,使施工墙面易出现空鼓现象的弊端,达到了充分混合搅拌砂料的效果,提高了施工质量。

实施例,如图1所示,一种全自动混凝土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:该搅拌装置由分别具有搅拌和输送功能的水平设置的I级搅拌系统和竖直设置的II级搅拌系统组成,II级搅拌系统的下端连接有混料输送装置,干粉砂料和水依次通过I级搅拌系统和II级搅拌系统通过混料输送装置输出。
所述II级搅拌系统包括竖直设置的并与I级搅拌系统连通的II级搅拌仓3, 
所述II级搅拌仓3内安装有II级搅拌轴4和搅拌叶片14;II级搅拌仓3的上端安装有泵送电机12,所述泵送电机12与II级搅拌轴4传动连接。
混料输送装置包括安装在II级搅拌仓3下端并与II级搅拌仓3连通的螺杆泵13;螺杆泵13内安装有螺杆泵转子9,所述螺杆泵转子9的上端伸入到II级搅拌仓3内并与II级搅拌轴4的下端传动连接。
I级搅拌系统包括水平设置的I级搅拌仓1,I级搅拌仓1的其中一端与II级搅拌仓3连通,I级搅拌仓1内安装有搅拌输料装置。
搅拌输料装置包括安装在I级搅拌仓1内的输料螺杆6和I级搅拌轴2,输料螺杆6和I级搅拌轴2相连接并位于同一轴线上,所述I级搅拌仓1远离II级搅拌仓3的一端安装有输料电机11,所述输料电机11与输料螺杆6传动连接。I级搅拌仓1上靠近输料螺杆6上方的位置设有进料口18。I级搅拌仓1上靠近I级搅拌轴2上方的位置设有注水接头10。
I级搅拌仓1内靠近II级搅拌仓3的位置安装有支座5,所述I级搅拌轴2的其中一端与输料螺杆6传动连接,另一端与支座5转动连接。I级搅拌轴2上安装有螺旋形搅拌叶片17。
II级搅拌仓3上设有液位观察孔15和液位探测仪16,所述液位探测仪16与I级搅拌系统之间通过PLC控制系统自动控制。
当II级搅拌仓3的液位过高时,液位探测仪16将信号传送至PLC控制系统, PLC控制系统控制I级搅拌系统中的输料电机11停止工作,当II级搅拌仓3的液位低于设定值时,液位探测仪16将信号传送至PLC控制系统, PLC控制系统控制I级搅拌系统中的输料电机11开启,进行输送,防止了浆料堵塞II级搅拌仓3,保证了设备的安全以及浆料的顺利输送。
工作时,将干粉砂料通过加料口18加入I级搅拌仓1,启动输料电机11,输料电机11通过连接套7带动输料螺杆6和I级搅拌轴2一同旋转,输料螺杆6将干粉砂料输送到I级搅拌仓1的搅拌装置部分,启动水泵,水通过注水接头10及通水管路注入I级搅拌仓1中,干粉砂料与水在I级搅拌轴2及螺旋形搅拌叶片17作用下,进行一次混合搅拌,同时将一次搅拌后的混合砂料送入II级搅拌仓3中,启动泵送电机12,泵送电机12通过轴套8带动II级搅拌轴4、螺杆泵转子9一同旋转,II级搅拌轴4将输入的混合砂料在II级搅拌仓3中进行二次混合搅拌,后经螺杆泵13泵送到输料管路,即实现了全自动混凝土高速喷涂机的混合搅拌功能。

Claims (10)

1.一种全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:该搅拌装置由分别具有搅拌和输送功能的水平设置的I级搅拌系统和竖直设置的II级搅拌系统组成,II级搅拌系统的下端连接有混料输送装置,干粉砂料和水依次通过I级搅拌系统和II级搅拌系统通过混料输送装置输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述II级搅拌系统包括竖直设置的并与I级搅拌系统连通的II级搅拌仓(3),II级搅拌仓(3)上设有液位观察孔(15)和液位探测仪(16),所述液位探测仪(16)与I级搅拌系统之间通过PLC控制系统自动控制。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述II级搅拌仓(3)内安装有II级搅拌轴(4)和搅拌叶片(14);II级搅拌仓(3)的上端安装有泵送电机(12),所述泵送电机(12)与II级搅拌轴(4)传动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:混料输送装置包括安装在II级搅拌仓(3)下端并与II级搅拌仓(3)连通的螺杆泵(13);螺杆泵(13)内安装有螺杆泵转子(9),所述螺杆泵转子(9)的上端伸入到II级搅拌仓(3)内并与II级搅拌轴(4)的下端传动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:I级搅拌系统包括水平设置的I级搅拌仓(1),I级搅拌仓(1)的其中一端与II级搅拌仓(3)连通,I级搅拌仓(1)内安装有搅拌输料装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:搅拌输料装置包括安装在I级搅拌仓(1)内的输料螺杆(6)和I级搅拌轴(2),输料螺杆(6)和I级搅拌轴(2)相连接并位于同一轴线上,所述I级搅拌仓(1)远离II级搅拌仓(3)的一端安装有输料电机(11),所述输料电机(11)与输料螺杆(6)传动连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:I级搅拌仓(1)上靠近输料螺杆(6)上方的位置设有进料口(18)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:I级搅拌仓(1)上靠近I级搅拌轴(2)上方的位置设有注水接头(10)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:I级搅拌仓(1)内靠近II级搅拌仓(3)的位置安装有支座(5),所述I级搅拌轴(2)的其中一端与输料螺杆(6)传动连接,另一端与支座(5)转动连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的全自动混泥土高速喷涂机的搅拌装置,其特征在于:I级搅拌轴(2)上安装有螺旋形搅拌叶片(17)。
