本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合米及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的大米,均是将稻谷收割后,采用米机先将稻谷脱壳成糙米,再将糙米经米机加工成精米,由于精米外观光亮,手感好,口感也好,一直被人们所接受,但是其稻谷在由糙米被加工成精米时,米中绝大部分的营养价值均被机器加工时洗去了,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。市场上复合营养米的出现,因可以满足不同人群对于营养物质的需求而受到青睐。目前市场上的配合营养米品种主要包括:降血糖营养米、谷物配合营养米、荞麦配合营养米等等,均是利用现有的优势作物资源为原料,与大米进行复配,从而提供给米制品特殊的营养价值。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,以确保能够满足人们对于高营养方便米的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种营养均衡保健米饭及其制备方法,以增加复合米的品种,促进人体健康、丰富人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:营养均衡保健米饭由以下重量份的原料组成:南瓜180-190、燕麦60-64、赤小豆32-35、黑大豆20-22、胡萝卜25-28、石耳12-14、路边菊20-22、鸡蛋粉15-16、冬虫夏草1-2、红景天2-3、向日葵根2-3、红葡萄酒6-8、紫云英花粉5-6、保健添加剂4-5、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:薏仁粉30-35、洋葱冻干粉10-12、老姜粉8-10、白参粉2-3、玉米须10-12、冬瓜籽7-8、芹菜根1-2、夏枯草5-6、罗汉果2-3、蜀葵根3-4、莱菔子5-6、炒大麦芽10-12、水适量。
本发明的营养均衡保健米饭制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)南瓜、胡萝卜用清水洗净后取果肉,加8-10倍量水煮熟后捞出,捣烂成泥状,得料a;
(2)燕麦、赤小豆、黑大豆洗净晾干,磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)石耳、路边菊分别用清水冲洗,加4-5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)冬虫夏草、红景天、向日葵根加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、鸡蛋粉、红葡萄酒、紫云英花粉、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分和适量的水,倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
    另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将玉米须、冬瓜籽、芹菜根、夏枯草、罗汉果、蜀葵根、莱菔子、炒大麦芽加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

具体实施方式
营养均衡保健米饭,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
南瓜180、燕麦60、赤小豆32、黑大豆22、胡萝卜25、石耳14、路边菊20、鸡蛋粉16、冬虫夏草1、红景天2、向日葵根3、红葡萄酒6、紫云英花粉5、保健添加剂4、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:薏仁粉30、洋葱冻干粉12、老姜粉10、白参粉2、玉米须12、冬瓜籽7、芹菜根2、夏枯草6、罗汉果2、蜀葵根4、莱菔子5、炒大麦芽12、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)南瓜、胡萝卜用清水洗净后取果肉,加10倍量水煮熟后捞出,捣烂成泥状,得料a;
(2)燕麦、赤小豆、黑大豆洗净晾干,磨粉过80目筛,得料b;
(3)石耳、路边菊分别用清水冲洗,加5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)冬虫夏草、红景天、向日葵根加8倍量水煎煮1小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、鸡蛋粉、红葡萄酒、紫云英花粉、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分和适量的水,倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将玉米须、冬瓜籽、芹菜根、夏枯草、罗汉果、蜀葵根、莱菔子、炒大麦芽加适量水煎煮1小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

1.一种营养均衡保健米饭,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:南瓜180-190、燕麦60-64、赤小豆32-35、黑大豆20-22、胡萝卜25-28、石耳12-14、路边菊20-22、鸡蛋粉15-16、冬虫夏草1-2、红景天2-3、向日葵根2-3、红葡萄酒6-8、紫云英花粉5-6、保健添加剂4-5、水适量;其中保健添加剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:薏仁粉30-35、洋葱冻干粉10-12、老姜粉8-10、白参粉2-3、玉米须10-12、冬瓜籽7-8、芹菜根1-2、夏枯草5-6、罗汉果2-3、蜀葵根3-4、莱菔子5-6、炒大麦芽10-12、水适量;制备方法为:将玉米须、冬瓜籽、芹菜根、夏枯草、罗汉果、蜀葵根、莱菔子、炒大麦芽加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的营养均衡保健米饭的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)南瓜、胡萝卜用清水洗净后取果肉,加8-10倍量水煮熟后捞出,捣烂成泥状,得料a;
(2)燕麦、赤小豆、黑大豆洗净晾干,磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)石耳、路边菊分别用清水冲洗,加4-5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)冬虫夏草、红景天、向日葵根加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、鸡蛋粉、红葡萄酒、紫云英花粉、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分和适量的水,倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
