一种耐磨损的混纺织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)混纺织物为竹纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺织物,混纺后制成混纺织物;(2)取氯化聚丙烯树脂加热,再取松香酸加热;(3)将加热后的氯化聚丙烯树脂刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂后氯化聚丙烯树脂的厚度为0.6mm~1.2mm;(4)再将加热后的松香酸分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂松香酸的厚度为0.7mm~1.0mm;(5)将混纺织物在85℃~95℃下烘干,得耐磨损的混纺织物。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种混纺织物的制备方法,特别是涉及一种耐磨损的混纺织物的制备方法。
背景技术
耐磨损的织物用途较广,可以用于工作中和生活中。在经常需要摩擦的地方,可以选择性的穿着耐磨损的衣物。耐磨损的衣服可以降低摩擦对自身衣物的损失,提高工作效率。通常的衣服由于未经过耐摩擦的特殊处理,因此经受不住较大和较频繁的摩擦冲击。提高衣物的耐摩擦性能,通常的做法为选择耐摩擦的面料来进行针织,或者是对针织后的织物进行耐摩擦处理,但是均未取得较好的技术效果。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:普通的织物耐摩擦性能差的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种耐磨损的混纺织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)混纺织物为竹纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺织物,经向为竹纤维,纬向为涤纶纤维,混纺后制成混纺织物;(2)取氯化聚丙烯树脂,加热到80℃~110℃,再取松香酸,加热至170℃~190℃;(3)将混纺织物放置在平板上,用机械刮刀先将加热后的氯化聚丙烯树脂分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂后氯化聚丙烯树脂的厚度为0.6mm~1.2mm;(4)再用机械刮刀将加热后的松香酸分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂松香酸的厚度为0.7mm~1.0mm;(5)将混纺织物在85℃~95℃下烘干,得耐磨损的混纺织物。
其中,所述的竹纤维优选为竹浆纤维。将氯化聚丙烯树脂优选加热到110℃。氯化聚丙烯树脂的厚度优选为1.2mm。将混纺织物优选在95℃下烘干。
有益效果:本发明方法制备得到的混纺织物具有良好的耐磨损特性,在FZ/T01011-91测试标准下,混纺织物的摩擦次数为624至655次,具有耐磨损的特点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)混纺织物为竹纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺织物,经向为竹纤维,纬向为涤纶纤维,混纺后制成混纺织物;(2)取氯化聚丙烯树脂,加热到110℃,再取松香酸,加热至170℃;(3)将混纺织物放置在平板上,用机械刮刀先将加热后的氯化聚丙烯树脂分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂后氯化聚丙烯树脂的厚度为0.6mm;(4)再用机械刮刀将加热后的松香酸分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂松香酸的厚度为1.0mm;(5)将混纺织物在85℃下烘干,得耐磨损的混纺织物。
实施例2
(1)混纺织物为竹纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺织物,经向为竹纤维,纬向为涤纶纤维,混纺后制成混纺织物;(2)取氯化聚丙烯树脂,加热到80℃,再取松香酸,加热至180℃;(3)将混纺织物放置在平板上,用机械刮刀先将加热后的氯化聚丙烯树脂分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂后氯化聚丙烯树脂的厚度为0.8mm;(4)再用机械刮刀将加热后的松香酸分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂松香酸的厚度为0.8mm;(5)将混纺织物在90℃下烘干,得耐磨损的混纺织物。
实施例3
(1)混纺织物为竹纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺织物,经向为竹纤维,纬向为涤纶纤维,混纺后制成混纺织物;(2)取氯化聚丙烯树脂,加热到100℃,再取松香酸,加热至190℃;(3)将混纺织物放置在平板上,用机械刮刀先将加热后的氯化聚丙烯树脂分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂后氯化聚丙烯树脂的厚度为1.2mm;(4)再用机械刮刀将加热后的松香酸分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂松香酸的厚度为0.7mm;(5)将混纺织物在95℃下烘干,得耐磨损的混纺织物。
测定了实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的耐磨损性能。取织物平磨仪对其进行了测定,测定标准为FZ/T01011-91。结果见下表。

本发明制备得到的混纺织物具有优良的耐磨特性,耐磨次数可达到624至655次。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐磨损的混纺织物的制备方法,其特征在于耐磨损的混纺织物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)混纺织物为竹纤维和涤纶纤维的混纺织物,经向为竹纤维,纬向为涤纶纤维,混纺后制成混纺织物;(2)取氯化聚丙烯树脂,加热到80℃~110℃,再取松香酸,加热至170℃~190℃;(3)将混纺织物放置在平板上,用机械刮刀先将加热后的氯化聚丙烯树脂分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂后氯化聚丙烯树脂的厚度为0.6mm~1.2mm;(4)再用机械刮刀将加热后的松香酸分别刮涂在混纺织物的内外表面,刮涂松香酸的厚度为0.7mm~1.0mm;(5)将混纺织物在85℃~95℃下烘干,得耐磨损的混纺织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨损的混纺织物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的竹纤维为竹浆纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨损的混纺织物的制备方法,其特征在于将氯化聚丙烯树脂加热到110℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨损的混纺织物的制备方法,其特征在于氯化聚丙烯树脂的厚度为1.2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨损的混纺织物的制备方法,其特征在于将混纺织物在95℃下烘干。
