本发明公开了一种爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)玉米淀粉疏水性的改进:将玉米淀粉碱化,无水乙醇和辛烯基琥珀酸酐以1:4~1:3的比例喷洒在碱化淀粉上,将碱化淀粉装入反应器,密封反应,(2)玉米淀粉流动性的改进:将(1)中所得的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯中加铝离子进行金属离子的交联,调节pH值至8-9,静置后依次进行水洗、醇洗、抽滤和干燥,即获得高流动性玉米淀粉;与现有技术相比,本发明方法制备的爽身粉用玉米淀粉具有优良的流动性及良好的疏水性,粉体细腻,肤感温和;本发明既能够保证原料无害,也不会对人体造成损伤,而且,以玉米淀粉为原料进行深加工,原料成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玉米淀粉的制备方法,特别涉及一种具有高流动性和强疏水性爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法。
背景技术
爽身粉按照成分其粉类主要有包括三种:滑石粉类,玉米粉类,松花粉类,传统爽身粉主要是滑石粉为原料的,在市场上也占据主导地位,为主流产品,此种爽身粉价格便宜,易于推广。滑石粉的主要成分是硅酸镁,由于其独特的六边片状晶体结构使之具有良好的润滑性,其在爽身粉中的添加量相当高,滑石粉是由天然矿石粉碎而成,其天然杂质为石棉,石棉是一种可以致癌的物质,严重危害人体的身体健康。
发明内容
针对爽身粉用滑石粉中的石棉是一种危害人体身体健康的致癌物质的问题,本发明提供一种爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法,本方法通过对玉米淀粉进行疏水性和流动性的改进制得爽身粉专用粉,能够保证原料无害,不会对人体造成损伤。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是以下述方式实现的:
一种爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)玉米淀粉疏水性的改进:将玉米淀粉碱化,无水乙醇和辛烯基琥珀酸酐以1:4~1:3的比例喷洒在碱化淀粉上,将碱化淀粉装入反应器,密封反应,80℃条件下反应时间1h,然后在温度100℃时对所得产物进行干燥5-30分钟,得到干燥的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,(2)玉米淀粉流动性的改进:将(1)中所得的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯中加铝离子进行金属离子的交联,调节pH值至8-9,静置后依次进行水洗、醇洗、抽滤和干燥,即获得高流动性玉米淀粉。
所述步骤(1)中玉米淀粉碱化时,用Na2CO3将玉米淀粉调pH值至8-10,以保持适宜的碱性环境。
所述步骤(2)中,铝离子以硫酸铝的方式加入,进行金属离子的交联,能够屏蔽掉淀粉分子上亲水性较强的基团,从而使淀粉具有流动性和疏水性。
所述步骤(2)中的水洗为九级旋流洗涤,洗水温度28-32℃,洗涤时间30分钟,出料温度36-42℃;醇洗时,乙醇浓度60%,水浴温度60℃,料水比1:20,时间1h;然后采用离心机抽滤脱水,来料浓度39-40BX,温度35-40℃;最后用气流烘干,烘干温度130-145℃,出料温度55-65℃,成品水分7-9%。
与现有技术相比,本发明方法制备的爽身粉用玉米淀粉具有优良的流动性及良好的疏水性,粉体细腻,肤感温和;本发明既能够保证原料无害,也不会对人体造成损伤,玉米淀粉作为商业淀粉最主要的来源在我国分布非常广泛,因而也能够保证原料的充足供应;另外,本发明采用干法生产,除有少量洗罐水外,无其它工艺废水排放,也没有其它污染物,无三废产生,环保清洁,而且,以玉米淀粉为原料进行深加工,原料成本较低。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)玉米淀粉疏水性的改进:将玉米淀粉碱化,碱化时,用Na2CO3将玉米淀粉调pH值至8,Na2CO3用量为淀粉质量分数的2%,然后将无水乙醇和辛烯基琥珀酸酐以1:4的比例喷洒在碱化淀粉上,将碱化淀粉装入反应器,压实压紧,将反应器中的空气排尽,进口一定要封死,密封反应,80℃条件下反应时间1h,然后在温度100℃时对所得产物进行干燥5分钟,得到干燥的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,(2)玉米淀粉流动性的改进:将(1)中所得的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯中加铝离子进行金属离子的交联,其中,铝离子以硫酸铝的方式加入,调节pH值至8,静置后首先进行九级旋流洗涤,洗水温度28℃,洗涤时间30分钟,出料温度36℃,然后进行醇洗,乙醇浓度为60%,水浴温度60℃,料水比1:20,醇洗1h,醇洗后采用离心机抽滤脱水,其来料浓度39BX,温度35℃,最后用气流烘干,烘干温度130℃,出料温度55℃,成品水分7%,即获得高流动性玉米淀粉。
实施例2
本实施例爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)专用粉疏水性的改进:将玉米淀粉碱化,碱化时,用Na2CO3将玉米淀粉调pH值至8.5,Na2CO3用量为淀粉质量分数的2%,然后将无水乙醇和辛烯基琥珀酸酐以1:3.5的比例喷洒在碱化淀粉上,将碱化淀粉装入反应器,压实压紧,将反应器中的空气排尽,进口一定要封死,密封反应,80℃条件下反应时间1h,然后在温度100℃时对所得产物进行干燥10分钟,得到干燥的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,(2)专用粉流动性的改进:将(1)中所得的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯中加铝离子进行金属离子的交联,其中,铝离子以硫酸铝的方式加入,调节pH值至8.5,静置后首先进行九级旋流洗涤,洗水温度29℃,洗涤时间30分钟,出料温度37℃,然后进行醇洗,乙醇浓度为60%,水浴温度60℃,料水比1:20,醇洗1h,醇洗后采用离心机抽滤脱水,其来料浓度39BX,温度36℃,最后用气流烘干,烘干温度132℃,出料温度57℃,成品水分7%,即获得高流动性玉米淀粉。
实施例3
本实施例爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)专用粉疏水性的改进:将玉米淀粉碱化,碱化时,用Na2CO3将玉米淀粉调pH值至9,Na2CO3用量为淀粉质量分数的2%,然后将无水乙醇和辛烯基琥珀酸酐以1:3.2的比例喷洒在碱化淀粉上,将碱化淀粉装入反应器,压实压紧,将反应器中的空气排尽,进口一定要封死,密封反应,80℃条件下反应时间1h,然后在温度100℃时对所得产物进行干燥15分钟,得到干燥的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,(2)专用粉流动性的改进:将(1)中所得的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯中加铝离子进行金属离子的交联,其中,铝离子以硫酸铝的方式加入,调节pH值至8.7,静置后首先进行九级旋流洗涤,洗水温度30℃,洗涤时间30分钟,出料温度38℃,然后进行醇洗,乙醇浓度为60%,水浴温度60℃,料水比1:20,醇洗1h,醇洗后采用离心机抽滤脱水,其来料浓度39BX,温度37℃,最后用气流烘干,烘干温度135℃,出料温度59℃,成品水分8%,即获得高流动性玉米淀粉。
实施例4
本实施例爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)专用粉疏水性的改进:将玉米淀粉碱化,碱化时,用Na2CO3将玉米淀粉调pH值至9.5,Na2CO3用量为淀粉质量分数的2%,然后将无水乙醇和辛烯基琥珀酸酐以1:3的比例喷洒在碱化淀粉上,将碱化淀粉装入反应器,压实压紧,将反应器中的空气排尽,进口一定要封死,密封反应,80℃条件下反应时间1h,然后在温度100℃时对所得产物进行干燥20分钟,得到干燥的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,(2)专用粉流动性的改进:将(1)中所得的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯中加铝离子进行金属离子的交联,其中,铝离子以硫酸铝的方式加入,调节pH值至8.8,静置后首先进行九级旋流洗涤,洗水温度31℃,洗涤时间30分钟,出料温度40℃,然后进行醇洗,乙醇浓度为60%,水浴温度60℃,料水比1:20,醇洗1h,醇洗后采用离心机抽滤脱水,其来料浓度40BX,温度38℃,最后用气流烘干,烘干温度140℃,出料温度62℃,成品水分8%,即获得高流动性玉米淀粉。
实施例5
本实施例爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)专用粉疏水性的改进:将玉米淀粉碱化,碱化时,用Na2CO3将玉米淀粉调pH值至10,Na2CO3用量为淀粉质量分数的2%,然后将无水乙醇和辛烯基琥珀酸酐以1:3的比例喷洒在碱化淀粉上,将碱化淀粉装入反应器,压实压紧,将反应器中的空气排尽,进口一定要封死,密封反应,80℃条件下反应时间1h,然后在温度100℃时对所得产物进行干燥30分钟,得到干燥的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,(2)专用粉流动性的改进:将(1)中所得的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯中加铝离子进行金属离子的交联,其中,铝离子以硫酸铝的方式加入,调节pH值至9,静置后首先进行九级旋流洗涤,洗水温度32℃,洗涤时间30分钟,出料温度42℃,然后进行醇洗,乙醇浓度为60%,水浴温度60℃,料水比1:20,醇洗1h,醇洗后采用离心机抽滤脱水,其来料浓度40BX,温度40℃,最后用气流烘干,烘干温度145℃,出料温度65℃,成品水分9%,即获得高流动性玉米淀粉。

Claims (1)

1.一种爽身粉用玉米淀粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)玉米淀粉疏水性的改进:将玉米淀粉碱化,无水乙醇和辛烯基琥珀酸酐以1:4~1:3的比例喷洒在碱化淀粉上,将碱化淀粉装入反应器,密封反应,80℃条件下反应时间1h,然后在温度100℃时对所得产物进行干燥5-30分钟,得到干燥的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯,(2)玉米淀粉流动性的改进:将(1)中所得的辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯中加铝离子进行金属离子的交联,调节pH值至8-9,静置后依次进行水洗、醇洗、抽滤和干燥,即获得高流动性玉米淀粉;所述步骤(1)中玉米淀粉碱化时,用Na2CO3将玉米淀粉调pH值至8-10;所述步骤(2)中,铝离子以硫酸铝的方式加入,进行金属离子的交联;
所述步骤(2)中的水洗为九级旋流洗涤,洗水温度28-32℃,洗涤时间30分钟,出料温度36-42℃;醇洗时,乙醇浓度60%,水浴温度60℃,料水比1:20,时间1h;然后采用离心机抽滤脱水,来料浓度39-40BX,温度35-40℃;最后用气流烘干,烘干温度130-145℃,出料温度55-65℃,成品水分7-9%。
