Abstract
本发明涉及一种超高扭矩同向平行双螺杆挤出机,包括主电动机、传动箱、螺杆、机筒、喂料机、循环冷却水系统以及电器控制系统,传动箱通过主电动机驱动,传动箱带动螺杆运动,喂料机设置在螺杆上方,螺杆外侧设置机筒,机筒包括壳体和整体式衬套,壳体内设置循环冷却水系统,用于冷却机筒温度;电器控制系统用于控制各个电动机的调速以及循环冷却水系统的温控。本发明提供的挤出机适用范围广,控制简单,特别是特殊螺杆装置,提升了输送能力,防止气体、液体以及流动性好的聚合物熔体回流,具有良好的运用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超高扭矩同向平行双螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
同向平行双螺杆挤出机广泛应用于石化聚合装置、工程塑料、改性塑料、木塑型材、弹性体材料、高填充母粒、色母粒、降解片材、功能型片材、电信电缆行业、包装及薄膜等行业。
现有技术中的挤出机由于生产的要求,多样化用途要求比较高,现有的挤出机无法满足多用途生产。
发明内容
为了克服以上不足,本发明提供了一种超高扭矩同向平行双螺杆挤出机。
本发明的主要技术内容如下:
一种超高扭矩同向平行双螺杆挤出机,包括主电动机、传动箱、螺杆、机筒、喂料机、循环冷却水系统以及电器控制系统,所述传动箱通过主电动机驱动,所述传动箱带动螺杆运动,所述喂料机设置在螺杆上方,所述螺杆外侧设置机筒,所述机筒包括壳体和整体式衬套,所述壳体内设置循环冷却水系统,用于冷却机筒温度;所述电器控制系统用于控制各个电动机的调速以及循环冷却水系统的温控。
上述循环冷却水系统包括冷热交换器以及循环水箱,所述冷热交换器与循环水箱连接。
上述螺杆由螺纹元件串联式排列组合,所述螺纹元件为单头螺纹元件,螺旋导程自端面起头,形成的螺棱尺寸与内花键中任意一个键槽尺寸对中。
借由上述技术方案,本发明至少具有下列优点:
本发明提供的挤出机适用范围广,控制简单,特别是特殊螺杆装置,提升了输送能力,防止气体、液体以及流动性好的聚合物熔体回流,具有良好的运用前景。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
如图1所示,一种超高扭矩同向平行双螺杆挤出机,包括主电动机1、传动箱2、螺杆3、机筒、喂料机、循环冷却水系统以及电器控制系统11,传动箱2通过主电动机1驱动,传动箱2带动螺杆3运动,喂料机设置在螺杆3上方,螺杆3外侧设置机筒,机筒包括壳体7和整体式衬套8,壳体7内设置循环冷却水系统,用于冷却机筒7温度;电器控制系统11用于控制各个电动机的调速以及循环冷却水系统的温控。
循环冷却水系统包括冷热交换器10以及循环水箱9,冷热交换器10与循环水箱9连接。
如图2所示,螺杆由螺纹元件31串联式排列组合,螺纹元件31为单头螺纹元件,螺旋导程自端面起头,形成的螺棱32尺寸与内花键33中任意一个键槽尺寸对中。

1.一种超高扭矩同向平行双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:包括主电动机、传动箱、螺杆、机筒、喂料机、循环冷却水系统以及电器控制系统,所述传动箱通过主电动机驱动,所述传动箱带动螺杆运动,所述喂料机设置在螺杆上方,所述螺杆外侧设置机筒,所述机筒包括壳体和整体式衬套,所述壳体内设置循环冷却水系统,用于冷却机筒温度;所述电器控制系统用于控制各个电动机的调速以及循环冷却水系统的温控。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超高扭矩同向平行双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述循环冷却水系统包括冷热交换器以及循环水箱,所述冷热交换器与循环水箱连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超高扭矩同向平行双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述螺杆由螺纹元件串联式排列组合,所述螺纹元件为单头螺纹元件,螺旋导程自端面起头,形成的螺棱尺寸与内花键中任意一个键槽尺寸对中。
