本实用新型涉及机械设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种双螺杆挤出机的温控系统。
背景技术
双螺杆挤出机作为一种通用的塑料母粒制造设备,在PE、PP、ABS、PA等母粒生产中具有非常优异的加工性能。尤其是填充料的制造,改变了以往捏合再造粒的间歇式生产的缺点。现有的双螺杆挤出机通过安装在螺杆下方的换热器进行换热,该换热器两端设有一进水管和一出水管,其管道均为弯管,通过一端进水,另一端出水的流动水流进行换热,换热器的储水塔只可储存一百多公斤的水,换热时间稍长,其水温居高不下,且在实践过程中,经常会发生因结垢造成换热效果差,进而导致在一些热敏性材料加工过程中因过热分解,产品的质量得不到保证。同时,由于该换热系统易结垢,所以对水源的质量要求高,这样需要浪费大量的水资源,不环保。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的换热器易结垢、浪费水资源的不足,本实用新型提供了一种双螺杆挤出机的温控系统。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双螺杆挤出机的温控系统,包括双螺杆挤出机,在双螺杆挤出机的螺杆的下方设有换热水池,换热水池内设有管道,换热水池和冷却塔配套连接。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述的管道为U型或者S型。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述的管道上装有散热片。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述的换热水池的体积为3~8m3

如图1是本实用新型一个实施例的结构示意图,一种双螺杆挤出机的温控系统,包括双螺杆挤出机,在双螺杆挤出机的螺杆1的下方设有换热水池2,换热水池2内设有管道3,换热水池2和冷却塔5配套连接。所述的管道3为U型。所述的管道3上装有散热片4。所述的换热水池2的体积为3~8m3
由于双螺杆挤出机上的换热装置因体积及配置的限制,现通过加长管道从原挤出机中引出,在设备旁安装体积较大的换热水池2,换热水池2内设有U型管道3,所述的U型管道3上装有散热片4,换热水池2和冷却塔5配套连接。
如图2是本实用新型另一个实施例的结构示意图,一种双螺杆挤出机的温控系统,包括双螺杆挤出机,在双螺杆挤出机的螺杆1的下方设有换热水池2,换热水池2内设有管道3,换热水池2和冷却塔5配套连接。所述的管道3为S型。所述的管道3上装有散热片4。所述的换热水池2的体积为3~8m3
由于双螺杆挤出机上的换热装置因体积及配置的限制,现通过加长管道从原挤出机中引出,在设备旁安装体积较大的换热水池2,换热水池2内设有S型管道3,所述的S型管道3上装有散热片4,换热水池2和冷却塔5配套连接。
如图1和图2所示,由于该温控系统对水源的质量要求不高,可以将河水引入换热水池2进行循环利用,通过U型或者S型的管道3来增加换热面积,通过在所述的U型或者S型管道3上装有散热片4,散热片4的加装,也增大了换热面积。所述的换热水池2的体积为3~8m3,实际生产中换热水池2内可容纳水量一般为5~6m3,可以根据实际需要换热的情况来确定换热水池内的水量。同时换热水池2和冷却塔5配套连接,可以方便地控制换热水池2内水的温度,确保了热敏性基材母粒的生产。
