本实用新型涉及一种海洋水产品工厂化养殖装置,尤其是能对养殖池内海水热量进行回收利用的装置。其特征是控温池经输水管与调温池连通,养殖池经输水管与调温池相连,控温池内设有控温管,其技术特点是,控温池经输水管与换热池连通,换热池内设有热交换管,热交换管的输入端与养殖池相连,热交换管的输出端的为排水口。控温管与锅炉或制冷机相连。本实用新型可将养殖池内的废水进行回收利用。

本实用新型涉及一种海洋水产品工厂化养殖装置,尤其是能对养殖池内海水热量进行回收利用的装置。
背景技术
目前,在进行海水鱼类或贝类工厂化养殖过程中,水温调节是一个重要的方面。尤其是我国北方地区,夏季海水温度较高,一般在24-26℃,冬季水温则较低,一般在1-2℃。因此,工厂化养殖的鱼类,如大菱鲆等在夏季需降低水温来度夏;冬季则需要升高水温以越冬。在调温过程中,各养殖场一般用制冷机或锅炉来降低或升高水温,调温装置包括经管道相连的控温池、调温池及养殖池,水交换使用后从养殖池内直接排放掉,造成能源浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有的工厂化海水养殖中热能不能充分利用的不足,本实用新型提供一种海水工厂化养殖的热量回收装置,该热量回收装置利用养殖池与外界水温的温度差进行热量回收,节约了能源,降低了水产养殖的生产成本。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:控温池经输水管与调温池连通,养殖池经输水管与调温池相连,控温池内设有控温管,其技术特点是,控温池经输水管与换热池连通,换热池内设有热交换管,热交换管的输入端与养殖池相连,热交换管的输出端为排水口。控温管与锅炉或制冷机相连。从养殖池内排出的海水经管道进入换热管,利用换热管使从养殖池内排出的废水与换热池内的原海水产生热交换,经热交换(预热或预冷)的海水进入控温池,经控温管的作用使海水进一步升温或降温,并进入调温池与原海水进行混合并使温度调到适宜于水产养殖的数值,最后经管道注入养殖池内用于海产品的养殖。
本实用新型的有益效果是,从养殖池内排出的海水经热交换管在换热池内与原海水进行热交换,使原海水升温或降温,从而节约了能源,降低养殖成本。

具体实施方式
在图1中,控温池(2)经输水管(3)与调温池(4)连通,调温池(4)与养殖池(5)之间、控温池(2)与换热池(6)之间分别连有输水管(3),控温池(2)内铺设有控温管(1),控温管(1)与锅炉或制冷机连接,换热池(6)内铺设有换热管(7),换热管(7)的输入端经输水管(3)与养殖池(5)连通,换热管(7)的输出端为排水口8,养殖池(5)内的废水经排水口8排出,换热池(6)以及调温池(4)内注有原海水,换热池(6)内的原海水与换热管(7)内的废水产生热交换后进入控温池(2),并由控温管(1)进一步进行升温或降温。
