本实用新型涉及一种工厂化育苗室利用太阳能蓄热装置,主要用于北方水产品的养殖繁育过程中,对养殖水的加温装置。
背景技术
原养殖繁育大棚一般采用保温板、稻草帘、保温棉等方式保暖,保温效果差,棚内温度不稳定,一方面浪费大量能源用于升温等;另一方面影响繁育养殖品种生长。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种工厂化育苗室利用太阳能蓄热装置,该蓄热装置能够有效的利用太阳能,无需其它热源,即可使海水升温,达到海水养殖所需的温度,节能环保。
为解决以上问题,本实用新型的具体技术方案如下:一种工厂化育苗室利用太阳能蓄热装置,水泵的一端与海水源连接,另一端通过管路与热交换器的输入端连接,热交换器的输出端与各育苗室通过管路连接;其中,热交换器还与循环储能水箱通过管路连接,循环储能水箱与太阳能集热器通过管路连接。
所述的循环储能水箱上还设有给水电磁阀。
该工厂化育苗室利用太阳能蓄热装置采用上述结构,使海水通过热交换器,与循环蓄能水箱的高温度水进行热交换,从而到达指定的温度范围。
所述的循环储能水箱上还设有给水电磁阀,以保证水箱中的水位高度,及时补充水源。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种工厂化育苗室利用太阳能蓄热装置,水泵1的一端与海水源连接,另一端通过管路与热交换器2的输入端连接,热交换器2的输出端与各育苗室3通过管路连接;其中,热交换器2还与循环储能水箱4通过管路连接,该连接保证了循环储能水箱4与热交换器2的热量转换,循环储能水箱4与太阳能集热器5通过管路连接,来保证太阳能的热量传递给循环储能水箱4。
所述的循环储能水箱4上还设有给水电磁阀6。
其动态的工作过程为:太阳能集热器5为将光能转换为热能的真空集热管,其管内为循环蓄能水箱4中的水往复循环,将其内的水进行了加热,同时,当循环蓄能水箱4的水位较低时,给水电磁阀6可将所损失的水得到及时地补充。加热后的水在热交换器2内循环,使水泵1引入的海水在热交换器内进行了加温,保证了14~16℃,然后海水在分别进入育苗室3,为所养殖的海洋生物制造人工生长环境。

1.一种工厂化育苗室利用太阳能蓄热装置,其特征在于:水泵(1)的一端与海水源连接,另一端通过管路与热交换器(2)的输入端连接,热交换器(2)的输出端与各育苗室(3)通过管路连接;其中,热交换器(2)还与循环储能水箱(4)通过管路连接,循环储能水箱(4)与太阳能集热器(5)通过管路连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓄热装置,其特征在于:所述的循环储能水箱(4)上还设有给水电磁阀(6)。
