摩擦焊机无油轴承套筒防滑夹紧装置,涉及摩擦焊机无油轴承焊接领域,包括一端外套于套筒外的外弹簧夹头以及一端内套于套筒内的内弹簧夹头,所述内外弹簧夹头为套筒式,其套于套筒内的端部为锥形结构,所述锥形端部至少分剖为两瓣;所述外弹簧夹头的锥形端部内套于一液压油缸的活塞杆套内,活塞杆套推挤外弹簧夹头,锥形端部向内收缩夹紧套筒外表面;所述内弹簧夹头内设置有拉杆,拉杆头部为与内弹簧夹头的锥形端部相配的锥头,拉杆末端连接另一液压油缸,拉杆伸缩,内弹簧夹头锥形端部撑开向外夹紧套筒内表面。对轴承套筒夹紧可靠,不打滑,无损伤,提高产品合格率,装夹时间短,效率高、减少成本,无浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及摩擦焊机无油轴承焊接领域,尤其涉及轴承套筒的夹持装置。
背景技术
轴承套筒由内壁镀一层耐磨的铜基粉末冶金的薄钢板滚压成形,要求夹紧时,内孔和外圆无损伤。
现有同类产品,只是对套筒的外圆进行夹紧,套筒的内孔增加一个芯棒,并在内孔里放一层防滑的沙皮。由于其为单向夹持,其夹紧效果不可靠,套筒经常打滑,造成夹具损伤,产品出现伤痕,质量不合格。并且装夹套筒工序繁琐,时间长,效率低。增加成本,浪费掉大量的沙皮。有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种双向夹持,夹持效果好,装夹工序简单,不需要增加沙皮的摩擦焊机无油轴承套筒防滑夹紧装置。
本发明的技术关键在于在轴承套筒内增设一内弹簧夹头,使其对轴承套筒内表面进行夹持,达到与外内弹簧夹头配合形成双向夹持,夹持效果好,有效防止夹具损伤。其具体技术方案为:摩擦焊机无油轴承套筒防滑夹紧装置,其特征在于包括一端外套于套筒外的外弹簧夹头以及一端内套于套筒内的内弹簧夹头,所述内外弹簧夹头为套筒式,其套于套筒内的端部为锥形结构,所述锥形端部至少分剖为两瓣;所述外弹簧夹头的锥形端部内套于一液压油缸的活塞杆套内,活塞杆套推挤外弹簧夹头,锥形端部向内收缩夹紧套筒外表面;所述内弹簧夹头内设置有拉杆,拉杆头部为与内弹簧夹头的锥形端部相配的锥头,拉杆末端连接另一液压油缸,拉杆伸缩,内弹簧夹头锥形端部撑开向外夹紧套筒内表面。
作为优选,所述拉杆末端设置有螺纹,与液压油缸旋接。
作为优选,锥形端部分剖为四瓣。
本发明的有益效果:本发明对轴承套筒夹紧可靠,不打滑,无损伤,提高产品合格率,装夹时间短,效率高、减少成本,无浪费。

具体实施方式
摩擦焊机无油轴承套筒防滑夹紧装置,包括一端外套于套筒001外的外弹簧夹头002以及一端内套于套筒001内的内弹簧夹头003,所述内外弹簧夹头003为套筒式,其套于套筒001内的端部(021、031)为锥形结构,所述锥形端部(021、031)分剖为四瓣;所述外弹簧夹头002的锥形端部021内套于一液压油缸的活塞杆套内,活塞杆套推挤外弹簧夹头002,锥形端部021向内收缩夹紧套筒001外表面;所述内弹簧夹头003内设置有拉杆004,拉杆头部041为与内弹簧夹头003的锥形端部021相配的锥头,拉杆末端042连接另一液压油缸,拉杆004伸缩,内弹簧夹头003锥形端部031撑开,向外夹紧套筒01内表面。所述拉杆004末端设置有螺纹,与液压油缸旋接。

1.摩擦焊机无油轴承套筒防滑夹紧装置,其特征在于包括一端外套于套筒外的外弹簧夹头以及一端内套于套筒内的内弹簧夹头,所述内外弹簧夹头为套筒式,其套于套筒内的端部为锥形结构,所述锥形端部至少分剖为两瓣;所述外弹簧夹头的锥形端部内套于一液压油缸的活塞杆套内,活塞杆套推挤外弹簧夹头,锥形端部向内收缩夹紧套筒外表面;所述内弹簧夹头内设置有拉杆,拉杆头部为与内弹簧夹头的锥形端部相配的锥头,拉杆末端连接另一液压油缸,拉杆伸缩,内弹簧夹头锥形端部撑开向外夹紧套筒内表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩擦焊机无油轴承套筒防滑夹紧装置,其特征在于所述拉杆末端设置有螺纹,与液压油缸旋接。
