本实用新型公开了一种多功能卡盘扳手由卡盘扳手块、通孔、套管、扳手杆、销、长槽、横槽组成；卡盘扳手块上设有通孔，相邻孔间错开一定角度，扳手杆上套有可移动的套管，在套管上设有长槽，并设有横槽，扳手杆和套管通过销连接在一起，以固定扳手杆伸出套管的长度，也防止在使用过程中套管丢失，在加工装夹工件过程中，人适宜的装夹姿势是能水平用力扳转卡盘扳手夹紧工件，并不受周围机床部件或工件形状的限制，这样不同长度的扳手杆与套管就得到了扳紧过程中不同的力臂，就能得到所需的不同力矩，经济效益相当可观，本实用新型具有结构简单、操作方便、可靠性强、使用寿命长等优点，具有极大的推广价值。

本实用新型涉及一种夹紧工件的机械装置，尤其涉及一种成本低廉、能够灵活使用的多功能卡盘扳手。
背景技术：
卡盘扳手是普通车床与数控车床等机床上卡盘必备的装夹工具，市场需求极大，通常在机床采购时，附带的卡盘扳手是插有一根扳杆的圆柱体，在数控机床上装夹工件时，由于数控机床加工区域是封闭的，卡盘扳手往往会受到周围机床罩壳等部件的限制，导致无法灵活地扳紧卡盘，影响生产，且厂家提供的卡盘扳手一般无套管，当需要大点的装夹力矩时，需要用户自己配套管，从而会增加成本。
发明内容：
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种成本低廉、能够灵活使用的多功能卡盘扳手。
实现以上目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种多功能卡盘扳手，由卡盘扳手块、通孔、套管、扳手杆、销、长槽、横槽组成；卡盘扳手块上设有通孔，相邻孔间错开一定角度，扳手杆上套有可移动的套管，在套管上设有长槽，并设有横槽，扳手杆和套管通过销连接在一起，以固定扳手杆伸出套管的长度，也防止在使用过程中套管丢失。
本实用新型采用卡盘扳手块上设有通孔，相邻孔间错开一定角度，在加工装夹工件过程中，人适宜的装夹姿势是能水平用力扳转卡盘扳手夹紧工件，并不受周围机床部件或工件形状的限制，扳手杆上套有可移动的套管，用户在使用过程中，不用再去配，扳手杆和套管通过销连接在一起，扳手杆伸出套管的长度可调节，这样不同长度的扳手杆与套管就得到了扳紧过程中不同的力臂，就能得到所需的不同力矩，经济效益相当可观。

具体实施方式：
如图1、图2所示，一种多功能卡盘扳手由卡盘扳手块1、通孔2、套管3、扳手杆4、销5、长槽6、横槽7组成；卡盘扳手块1上设有通孔2，相邻孔2间错开一定角度，扳手杆4上套有可移动的套管3，在套管3上设有长槽6，并设横槽7，扳手杆4和套管3通过销5连接在一起，操作实施时，先根据装夹工件所需力矩的大小，在套管3中旋转伸缩扳手杆4，扳手杆4上的销5在长槽6中滑动，当达到所需要的扳手杆4伸出套管3的长度时，旋转扳手杆4，使销5卡在横槽7中，然后把扳手杆4插入卡盘扳手块1上最适宜装夹姿势的那个通孔2，扳紧卡盘，夹住工件。
本实用新型具有结构简单、操作方便、可靠性强、使用寿命长等优点，具有极大的推广价值。
