本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足问题,提供一种腐竹保鲜的方法。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种腐竹保鲜的方法,包括:将含有水分的腐竹晾晒,使水分降低到13~15%;装入保鲜袋,放入蒜瓣、姜片,扎紧袋口;置于30℃以下的阴凉、通风、干燥处。
