本发明提供一种含生姜精华的蜂胶蜜膏及其制备方法,包括如下重量份数的各组分:生姜10-20份;蜂蜜60-80份;蜂胶5-15份;维生素C5-10份。其制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将生姜洗净、切片后进行真空冷冻干燥;(2)进行真空冷冻干燥后的生姜进行粗粉碎;(3)将粗粉碎后的生姜进行超微粉碎;(4)将生姜粉、蜂蜜、蜂胶、维生素C混合后进行均质;(5)均质后进行灌装、巴氏杀菌。本发明的有益效果是有抗氧化,防暑、提神、开胃健脾,促进食欲、杀菌解毒,消肿止痛的功效。特别是对患有痛经的妇女有一定的疗效。

含生姜精华的蜂胶蜜膏及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含生姜精华的蜂胶蜜膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现有的技术中蜂蜜中富含碳水化合物、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素等营养成分,蜂蜜还富含免疫球蛋白,淀粉酶、黄铜化合物,活性多糖等活性因子。生姜中主要成分为姜油萜、水茴香、樟脑萜、姜酚、桉叶油精、淀粉、粘液等。具有抗氧化,抑制肿瘤、防暑、降温、提神、开胃健脾,促进食欲、杀菌解毒,消肿止痛的功效。
发明内容
本发明提供一种含生姜精华的蜂胶蜜膏及其制备方法。含生姜精华的蜂胶蜜膏包括如下重量份数的各组分:
生姜      10-20份;
蜂蜜      60-80份;
蜂胶      5-15份;
维生素C  5-10份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将生姜洗净、切片后进行真空冷冻干燥;
(2)将真空冷冻干燥后的生姜进行粗粉碎;
(3)将粗粉碎后的生姜进行超微粉碎至10-25μm;
(4)将超微粉碎后的生姜、蜂蜜、蜂胶、维生素C混合后进行均质;
(5)均质后进行灌装、巴氏杀菌。
其中巴氏杀菌的条件为55℃杀菌30min。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,蜂蜜安五脏、解百毒,和百药,和蜂胶与生姜配制在一起,提升了产品可食性,同时蜂蜜、蜂胶、生姜中的有效活性成分得以保留。产品具有抗氧化,防暑、提神、开胃健脾,促进食欲、杀菌解毒,消肿止痛的功效。特别是对患有痛经的妇女有一定的疗效。
具体实施方式
实施例一
(1)选择原料:
生姜10g、蜂蜜65g、蜂胶15g、维生素C5g。
(2)制备方法:将生姜洗净,切片后真空冷冻干燥,干燥后进行粗粉碎,再用超微粉碎机进行二次粉碎至10-25μm;按照比例将生姜粉、蜂蜜、蜂胶、维生素C放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,然后用胶体磨进行均质;均质后进行灌装,在55℃,30min的条件下进行巴氏杀菌;杀菌完毕后,贴标签入库。
每份产品含10%的生姜、含15%的蜂胶。
实施例二
(1)选择原料
生姜20g、蜂蜜70g、蜂胶5g、维生素C5g。
(2)制备方法:将生姜洗净,切片后真空冷冻干燥,干燥后进行粗粉碎,再用超微粉碎机进行二次粉碎至10-25μm;按照比例将生姜粉、蜂蜜、蜂胶、维生素C放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,然后用胶体磨进行均质;均质后进行灌装,在55℃,30min的条件下进行巴氏杀菌;杀菌完毕后,贴标签入库。
每份产品含20%的生姜、含5%的蜂胶。
实施例三
(1)选择原料
生姜15g、蜂蜜70g、蜂胶10g、维生素C5g。
(2)制备方法:将生姜洗净,切片后真空冷冻干燥,干燥后进行粗粉碎,再用超微粉碎机进行二次粉碎至10-25μm;按照比例将生姜粉、蜂蜜、蜂胶、维生素C放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,然后用胶体磨进行均质;均质后进行灌装,在55℃,30min的条件下进行巴氏杀菌;杀菌完毕后,贴标签入库。
每份产品含15%的生姜、含10%的蜂胶。
为证实本产品对于缓解痛经具有一定的功效,进行了临床试验,其测试指标的依据为:
显效:食用一个月后痛经症状消失。
有效:食用一个月后痛经症状缓解。
无效:食用一个月后痛经症状无明显改善。
现挑选10名痛经患者,将实施例1-3中蜂胶蜜膏分别给每位患者食用,食用方法为:每日两次,每次10g,连续5天。其治疗效果如下表:

本品对于缓解痛经具有明显功效。

1.含生姜精华的蜂胶蜜膏,其特征在于:包括如下重量份数的各组分:
生姜      10-20份;
蜂蜜      60-80份;
蜂胶      5-15份;
维生素C  5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的含生姜精华的蜂胶蜜膏的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将生姜洗净、切片后进行真空冷冻干燥;
(2)将真空冷冻干燥后的生姜进行粗粉碎;
(3)将粗粉碎后的生姜进行超微粉碎至10-25μm;
(4)将超微粉碎后的生姜、蜂蜜、蜂胶、维生素C混合后进行均质;
(5)均质后进行灌装、巴氏杀菌。
3.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:巴氏杀菌的条件为55℃杀菌30min。
