本发明涉及一种橡胶交联电缆二用三层共挤机头,属于电缆生产技术领域。其包括机头体,机头体内从做到右依次设有外屏蔽层分流体、绝缘层分流体和内屏蔽层分流体;外屏蔽层分流体内滑动安装模口,绝缘层分流体内滑动安装模套,内屏蔽层分流体内滑动安装模芯;在机头体上从左到右依次设有外屏蔽层进胶口、绝缘层进胶口和内屏蔽层进胶口,内屏蔽层进胶口与内屏蔽层分流体内胶道连通,绝缘层进胶口与绝缘层分流体内胶道连通,外屏蔽层进胶口与外屏蔽层分流体内胶道连通。本发明通过更换拆卸式的分流体,从而实现交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆和橡胶绝缘电线电缆的通用生产,降低了生产成本,提高了工作效率,更换方便快捷。

本发明涉及一种橡胶交联电缆二用三层共挤机头,属于电缆生产技术领域。
背景技术
在交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆和橡胶绝缘电线电缆的生产过程中,需要使用两套不同的专用挤出机头,不仅生产的成本较高,而且生产效率较低,不能满足通用化生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种橡胶交联电缆二用三层共挤机头,通过更换拆卸式的分流体,从而实现交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆和橡胶绝缘电线电缆的通用生产,降低了生产成本,提高了工作效率。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,橡胶交联电缆二用三层共挤机头包括机头体,其特征是:机头体内从做到右依次设有外屏蔽层分流体、绝缘层分流体和内屏蔽层分流体;外屏蔽层分流体内滑动安装模口,绝缘层分流体内滑动安装模套,内屏蔽层分流体内滑动安装模芯;在机头体上从左到右依次设有外屏蔽层进胶口、绝缘层进胶口和内屏蔽层进胶口,内屏蔽层进胶口与内屏蔽层分流体内胶道连通,绝缘层进胶口与绝缘层分流体内胶道连通,外屏蔽层进胶口与外屏蔽层分流体内胶道连通。
进一步的,模芯位于模套内圈中,模套位于模口内圈中。

本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,通过更换拆卸式的分流体,从而实现交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆和橡胶绝缘电线电缆的通用生产,降低了生产成本,提高了工作效率,更换方便快捷。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1所示,本发明主要包括机头体3,机头体3内从做到右依次设有外屏蔽层分流体2、绝缘层分流体5和内屏蔽层分流体7。
外屏蔽层分流体2内滑动安装模口8,绝缘层分流体5内滑动安装模套9,内屏蔽层分流体7内滑动安装模芯10,模芯10位于模套9内圈中,模套9位于模口8内圈中。
在机头体3上从左到右依次设有外屏蔽层进胶口1、绝缘层进胶口4和内屏蔽层进胶口6,内屏蔽层进胶口6与内屏蔽层分流体7内胶道连通,挤出机的出胶口内的电缆内屏蔽料通过内屏蔽层进胶口6进入内屏蔽层分流体7内胶道,然后通过模芯10挤包在电缆线芯上形成电缆内屏蔽层。绝缘层进胶口4与绝缘层分流体5内胶道连通,挤出机的出胶口内的电缆绝缘料通过绝缘层进胶口4进入绝缘层分流体5内胶道,然后通过模套9挤包在电缆的内屏蔽层上。外屏蔽层进胶口1与外屏蔽层分流体2内胶道连通,挤出机的出胶口内的电缆外屏蔽料通过外屏蔽层进胶口1进入外屏蔽层分流体2内胶道,然后通过模口8挤包在电缆绝缘层上。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,通用户根据生产需要,通过更换拆卸式的分流体,从而实现交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆和橡胶绝缘电线电缆的通用生产,降低了生产成本,提高了工作效率。

1.一种橡胶交联电缆二用三层共挤机头,包括机头体(3),其特征是:机头体(3)内从做到右依次设有外屏蔽层分流体(2)、绝缘层分流体(5)和内屏蔽层分流体(7);外屏蔽层分流体(2)内滑动安装模口(8),绝缘层分流体(5)内滑动安装模套(9),内屏蔽层分流体(7)内滑动安装模芯(10);在机头体(3)上从左到右依次设有外屏蔽层进胶口(1)、绝缘层进胶口(4)和内屏蔽层进胶口(6),内屏蔽层进胶口(6)与内屏蔽层分流体(7)内胶道连通,绝缘层进胶口(4)与绝缘层分流体(5)内胶道连通,外屏蔽层进胶口(1)与外屏蔽层分流体(2)内胶道连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的橡胶交联电缆二用三层共挤机头,其特征是:所述模芯(10)位于模套(9)内圈中,模套(9)位于模口(8)内圈中。
