Abstract
一种挤出机机头,包括套筒、挤塑机和挤橡机,套筒内套装有与其同心设置的过胶管,套筒一端的内部设置有用于材料挤出的内模和外模,挤塑机和挤橡机分别置于套筒两侧;过胶管内部为与挤橡机连通的橡胶流道,套筒与过胶管之间设有与挤塑机连通的塑料流道;内模内部的空心锥筒与橡胶流道连通,外模套装在内模外部,且内模与外模之间的锥形空隙与塑料流道连通。本新型所公开的这种挤出机机头实现了橡胶和塑料共挤,保证了电缆缆芯的完全密封填充,共挤时保证电缆的圆整性,能够有效密实的进行电缆缆芯的填充密封,避免由于内护层和线芯之间的缝隙致使水气进入电缆影响电缆的正常使用。由于橡胶材料具有良好的弹性,提高了电缆的弯曲性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电力电缆制造行业中广泛使用的挤出设备,特别是一种改造之后的Φ200的挤出机机头。
背景技术
现在生产电缆的挤出机设备大致分塑料挤出机和橡胶挤出机,一般只能塑料和塑料、橡胶和橡胶共挤,而不能实现橡胶与塑料同时挤出。这样就给电缆制造方面出了难题,如一棵电缆既有橡胶又有塑料挤出时,必须分两次挤出,不仅工序繁琐,而且挤出的外径不易控制,外观不圆整,增加了人工、水电等成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是针对现有电缆制造过程中塑料和橡胶分别挤出的缺陷,提供一种能够实现塑料和橡胶共挤的挤出机机头。
实现上述目的采用的技术方案是:一种挤出机机头,包括与挤出机连接的套筒、用于挤出塑料的挤塑机和用于挤出橡胶的挤橡机,套筒内套装有与其同心设置的过胶管,套筒一端的内部设置有用于材料挤出的内模和外模,所述挤塑机和挤橡机分别置于套筒两侧;所述过胶管内部为与挤橡机连通的橡胶流道,套筒与过胶管之间设有与挤塑机连通的塑料流道;所述内模内部的空心锥筒与橡胶流道连通,外模套装在内模外部,且内模与外模之间的锥形空隙与塑料流道连通。
挤塑机和挤橡机分别通过与挤出端口连通的弧形流道依次与塑料流道和橡胶流道连通。
外模的外部为实心圆柱体、中心内部为空心锥形筒;所述内模的外部为实心锥体、中心内部为空心锥形筒;所述外模和内模的空心锥形筒的端口同心设置且端口平齐。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型所公开的这种挤出机机头实现了橡胶和塑料共挤,保证了电缆缆芯的完全密封填充,共挤时保证电缆的圆整性,能够有效密实的进行电缆缆芯的填充密封,避免由于内护层和线芯之间的缝隙致使水气进入电缆,而影响电缆的正常使用。由于橡胶材料具有良好的弹性,提高了电缆的弯曲性能。本实用新型提高了电缆整体结构防水性能,电性能和机械性能良好,经济实用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
参见附图1,本实用新型所公开的这种挤出机机头是对原始的Φ200挤出机机头的改造。这种挤出机机头包括与挤出机连接的套筒4、用于挤出塑料的挤塑机9和用于挤出橡胶的挤橡机10,套筒4内套装有与其同心设置的过胶管7,套筒4一端的内部设置有用于材料挤出的内模3和外模2。挤塑机9和挤橡机10分别置于套筒4两侧,两挤出机的挤出端口与套筒4相对设置。过胶管7内部为与挤橡机10连通的橡胶流道6,套筒4与过胶管7之间设有与挤塑机9连通的塑料流道5。内模3内部的空心锥筒与橡胶流道6连通,外模2套装在内模3外部,且内模3与外模2之间的锥形空隙1与塑料流道5连通。
作为优选方案:挤塑机9和挤橡机10分别通过与挤出端口连通的弧形流道依次与塑料流道5和橡胶流道6连通。即挤塑机9的挤出端口通过弧形流道与塑料流道连通,弧形流道进口与挤塑机的挤出端口连通,它的出口与塑料流道连通;挤橡机10的挤出端口通过弧形流道与橡胶流道连通,弧形流道进口与挤橡机的挤出端口连通,它的出口与橡胶流道连通。
外模2的外部为实心圆柱体、中心内部为空心锥形筒。内模3的外部为实心锥体、中心内部为空心锥形筒。外模2和内模3的两个空心锥形筒的端口同心设置且端口平齐。锥形空隙1与塑料流道5连通,而内模3的外部实心锥体包括前段锥体和后段圆柱体,前段锥体的底边与外膜中心空心锥形筒的底边平齐,后段圆柱体的直径与过胶管直径相同,即内模3的外部实心锥体既是挤出橡胶的外模,又是挤出塑料的内模。
挤出生产过程:塑料颗粒经Φ200塑料挤出机进料口进料,经螺杆熔融后输送至挤塑机挤出端口内;橡胶经Φ150挤橡机进料口进料,经螺杆熔融后输送至挤橡机挤出端口内。在机头内橡胶和PVC塑料按照各自模具流道依次填满电缆线芯(过胶管内部,即橡胶流道)和包覆在电缆表面(套筒和过胶管之间,即塑料流道),由于橡胶未添加硫化剂,所以,机头温度对橡胶没有影响(如果加了硫化剂,机头温度高了可能使橡胶硫化而不能熔融),然后橡胶和塑料在挤出机的作用下,同时由内模的空心锥形筒和锥形空隙被挤出,塑料包裹在橡胶的外部,实现塑料和橡胶的共挤。

1. 一种挤出机机头,包括与挤出机连接的套筒、用于挤出塑料的挤塑机和用于挤出橡胶的挤橡机,套筒内套装有与其同心设置的过胶管,套筒一端的内部设置有用于材料挤出的内模和外模,其特征在于,所述挤塑机和挤橡机分别置于套筒两侧;所述过胶管内部为与挤橡机连通的橡胶流道,套筒与过胶管之间设有与挤塑机连通的塑料流道;所述内模内部的空心锥筒与橡胶流道连通,外模套装在内模外部,且内模与外模之间的锥形空隙与塑料流道连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤出机机头,其特征在于,所述挤塑机和挤橡机分别通过与挤出端口连通的弧形流道依次与塑料流道和橡胶流道连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的挤出机机头,其特征在于,所述外模的外部为实心圆柱体、中心内部为空心锥形筒;所述内模的外部为实心锥体、中心内部为空心锥形筒;所述外模和内模的空心锥形筒的端口同心设置且端口平齐。
