Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明通常涉及车座。更具体地,本发明涉及被稳定以增强车座悬挂性能的使用剪式悬挂组件和具有整体的隔离器系统的车座悬挂。
背景技术
现在,在车座技术中提供减少由前方、后方和侧方所输入到车座的不期望力作用的机构或系统是常见的。这些所谓的隔离器,有“前后”和“侧”向类型,通常具有带侧轨道的隔离器板,其以往复的方式在一组滚轮上行进。然而,这些常规的隔离器具有一些缺陷。因为尺度和公差的限制,这些现有技术的隔离器系统有倾斜或“振动”的倾向,增加了轨道和滚轮之间的干扰和摩擦。此外,当车辆在不平坦的地带行进时,这常常是越野车辆遇到的情况,隔离器轨道可以承靠滚轮的侧面,再次产生不期望的干扰和摩擦。这些问题中的任何一个或两个可以减少悬挂的使用寿命或者要求维修。最后,现有技术隔离器可以引起车座乘坐中觉察到的“松动”,这是乘客所不期望的。
最近,具有侧稳定性的改进型车座已经投放到市场,并且在美国专利号7,922,142中被公开。尽管所公开的设备在功能上是令人满意的,但是所公开的剪式悬挂组件和隔离器是分开的构件,因此增加了其成本及空间需要。
发明内容
本发明涉及具有稳定或引导的隔离器系统的车座悬挂,其克服了现有技术的缺陷。而且,本发明通过机械上简单、可靠和便宜的设计提供了增强的隔离器性能。重要地,本发明在剪式悬挂组件中整合了隔离器功能,这样整个设备更紧凑,并且需要更小的工作封套。

具体实施方式
参考图1和图2,本发明改进的车座悬挂通常标记为10,并且包括下部壳体或基座12,上部壳体或平台14以及剪式连杆组件16。剪式连杆组件对本领域技术人员而言众所周知,这里不再详细地公开。然而,它通常包括两对剪式连杆,外部这对连杆中每个连杆标记为20,内部这对连杆中每个连杆标记为22。此外,前横构件或轴24连接内侧连杆22的上端,而后横构件或轴26连接外侧连杆20的上端。侧滚轮30定位于邻接连杆20和22的上端,并且沿着通常水平旋转轴线从这些连杆侧向向外延伸。上部壳体14包括安装侧滚轮30的纵向延伸侧轨道32,因此允许上部壳体沿着前后行进路径,相对于下部壳体12往复或前后移动。上部壳体14也通过一对弹簧36和缓冲器38机械地连接剪式连杆组件,以在车辆经过不平坦表面时,提供上部壳体,由该壳体所支撑的车座和车辆操作者与所输入到车座悬挂的不期望力的阻尼隔离。通过这种方式,根据本发明的优选实施方式,隔离器和剪式悬挂结构是整体的,提供了更紧凑和有效的车座悬挂组件。
前述美国专利号7,922,142描述了当设备在不平坦乘车条件下,车座隔离装置存在的问题。输入到隔离装置的侧负载可以引起结构中或隔离器倾斜中所使用滚轮的过早损坏。通过精确地设定装置的尺寸和细致的制造技术可以改善问题,但是这些方法是困难的和成本高的。根据本发明和如优选实施方式中所示,通过安装在上部壳体14下侧的长形导引元件或槽道40以及安装到剪式悬挂的横臂24和26的一对配合的导引滚轮42的使用,如果不能完全排除侧负载问题,则可以最小化它。优选地,导引元件40包括沿着上部壳体的下侧纵向延伸的两个槽道段41和43,但是这两个槽道段相互地侧向移位。即,这两个槽道段41和43定位在不同的侧向位置。因为,导引滚轮42以间隔的纵向位置接合导引元件40,这种布置稳定了在通常垂直于上部壳体前后行进路径的方向上稳定上部壳体。这接着减少了侧滚轮30的过早磨损,并且最小化倾斜隔离器的可能性。这在图5A和5B中示例了,其表示即使当车座悬挂位于相对严重侧角度时,轨道32内侧和导引滚轮30外侧之间轻微的间隔。
如图4、5A和5B、6A和6B中最清楚地示例的,横臂24和26分别包括中间偏移部分44和46,并且导引滚轮42安装于这些偏移部分,带有通常垂直的旋转轴线。然而,因为剪式悬浮垂直地移动上部壳体,横臂24和26通过小弧形转动,接着引起滚轮42从真正的垂直位置移动,包括轻微地朝向组件的前或后。这在图6A和6B中示例了。为了容纳滚轮42的这种倾斜,每个滚轮都配置有通常凸形上外表面48。并且,横臂24和26的偏移允许滚轮42的行进经过整个弧形,定位在和剪式悬挂移动的侧滚轮30大约相同的水平面中。
图3示例了简单的锁定装置,其可以用于解除隔离器功能。锁定装置包括相对于后横臂26安装在固定位置中的锁销50,安装到上部壳体下侧的枢转锁闩机构52。锁闩机构52绕着枢销54枢转和具有偏动弹簧56,其迫使锁闩向锁销50接合。致动杆58作用于连杆59以将锁闩52移动到接合或脱离的位置之一。

Claims (7)
1.一种车座悬挂设备,包括:
下部壳体;
上部壳体,其适于支撑车座和具有纵向延伸的侧轨道;
剪式连杆组件,其连接下部壳体和上部壳体以及允许上部壳体相对于下部壳体的垂直移动,所述剪式连杆组件包括两对连杆和侧向延伸的前横构件和后横构件,它们接合连杆的上端;
往复装置,用于允许上部壳体相对于下部壳体沿着前后行进路径移动,所述往复装置包括多个侧滚轮,每个侧滚轮沿着水平轴线设置,所述侧滚轮安装到剪式连杆组件上或由其支撑,并且被接收在上部壳体的侧轨道内;
