一种散热器辅助打眼装置,它是由滑梯、散热器固定装置、传送带、电机、曲柄连杆固定装置、电机支撑架、曲柄连杆机构、运输装置、振动带、挡板和漏斗式传送管组成的,所述的散热器固定装置按一定间距固定于传送带上,电机固定于电机支撑架,曲柄连杆机构固定于电机上,漏斗式传送管固定于运输装置上,振动带与运输装置相连,挡板固定于振动带上,滑梯分别与漏斗式传送管和传送带相连。本发明的有益之处在于它能够轻松的实现散热器的运输、准确打眼功能。

一种散热器辅助打眼装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热器辅助打眼装置,具体的说是由传送带、振动带、曲柄连杆机构及滑梯等组成的,来实现散热器运输的功能,属于工业自动化技术。
背景技术
目前市场上的散热器的打眼加工工序基本上都由人工操作来完成,劳动强度大、效率低、危险系数大,因此需要一种散热器辅助打眼装置来满足打眼加工工作的要求,而这种散热器辅助打眼装置目前是没有的。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种散热器辅助打眼装置,通过传送带、振动带、曲柄连杆机构及滑梯等能够解决散热器加工不便的问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种散热器辅助打眼装置,它是由滑梯、散热器固定装置、传送带、电机、曲柄连杆固定装置、电机支撑架、曲柄连杆机构、运输装置、振动带、挡板和漏斗式传送管组成的,所述的散热器固定装置按一定间距固定于传送带上,电机固定于电机支撑架,曲柄连杆机构固定于电机上,漏斗式传送管固定于运输装置上,振动带与运输装置相连,挡板固定于振动带上,滑梯分别与漏斗式传送管和传送带相连。
本发明的有益之处在于它能够轻松的实现散热器的运输、准确打眼功能。

具体实施方式
一种散热器辅助打眼装置,它是由滑梯1、散热器固定装置2、传送带3、电机4、曲柄连杆固定装置5、电机支撑架6、曲柄连杆机构7、运输装置8、振动带9、挡板10和漏斗式传送管11组成的,所述的散热器固定装置2按一定间距固定于传送带3上,电机4固定于电机支撑架6,曲柄连杆机构7固定于电机4上,漏斗式传送管11固定于运输装置8上,振动带9与运输装置8相连,挡板10固定于振动带9上,滑梯1分别与漏斗式传送管11和传送带3相连。
散热器由运输装置8运送至振动带9上,通过振动带9的振动使散热器震平,通过限高挡板10阻止未放平的散热器的通过,震平的散热器经过运输装置8的另一端和漏斗式传送管11传至滑梯1底部,通过电机4带动曲柄连杆机构7运动使散热器准确打入散热器固定装置2中,通过传送带3的运输使打眼装置准确打眼。

1.一种散热器辅助打眼装置,由滑梯、散热器固定装置、传送带、电机、曲柄连杆固定装置、电机支撑架、曲柄连杆机构、运输装置、振动带、挡板和漏斗式传送管组成的,其特征在于:所述的散热器固定装置按一定间距固定于传送带上,电机固定于电机支撑架,曲柄连杆机构固定于电机上,漏斗式传送管固定于运输装置上,振动带与运输装置相连,挡板固定于振动带上,滑梯分别与漏斗式传送管和传送带相连。
