采用的技术方案是：
一种辅料添加装置，包括料斗、送料管、电机和减速机。
其技术要点在于：
料斗的出口连接送料管的入口。
送料管内设置有搅龙。
电机的输出轴连接减速机的输入轴。
减速机的输出轴连接搅龙轴。
送料管的出口设有挡料板。
所述的电机和减速机设置在底板上。底板下部可设置有轮子。
所述的搅龙轴轴线和底板的夹角A为锐角。所述的夹角A可为40度。
所述的料斗入口还设置有筛网。所述的筛网目数可为10目或20目。
固体聚羧酸盐产品中要添加一定的固体辅料，固体辅料由于要求不同要求添加量也有不同，所以要求辅料添加设备要流量稳定并且能够对流量进行调节控制。电机外接变频器可以方便调速。
因此设计了一种通过螺旋输送设备并配备调频电机通过控制螺旋杆转速调整辅料流量。可以较为精确控制流量。
其优点在于：
本装置可以较为精确控制流量。结构简单，使用方便。

料斗1的出口连接送料管2的入口。
送料管2内设置有搅龙5。
电机3的输出轴上的第一皮带轮通过皮带连接减速机4的输入轴上的第二皮带轮。
减速机4的输出轴连接搅龙轴。
送料管2的出口设有挡料板6。
所述的电机3和减速机4设置在底板7上。底板7下部设置有轮子8。
所述的搅龙轴轴线和底板7的夹角A为40度。
所述的料斗1入口设置有筛网9，所述的筛网9目数为10目。
所述的减速机4为已知技术，故不重复叙述。
搅龙轴两端分别通过轴承支撑在送料管2内。

减速机（4）的输出轴连接搅龙轴；
送料管（2）的出口设有挡料板（6）。
