本发明涉及一种驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,属于驱动技术领域。驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构包括驱动杆一,驱动杆二,夹具,合盖轴,驱动电机;驱动杆一与驱动杆二相互平行设置,驱动杆一的一端与夹具连接、另一端与驱动电机连接;合盖轴的一端与夹具连接、另一端与驱动杆一连接;驱动电机通过齿轮组驱动驱动杆一与驱动杆二的转动。本发明提供的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机,能够支持夹具完成两种不同的动作。提高了生产效率。其够较为简单方便日常维修。

本发明涉及一种驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,属于驱动技术领域。
背景技术
目前生产线上驱动夹具的驱动部件,驱动夹具的动作较为单一,只能在一组驱动部件中完成一个动作,不能连续驱动夹具完成不同的动作,这造成了生产效率下降,不能满足现在高效率的生产工作。多种作动器协调完成工作的驱动结构又非常复杂,不便于移动和维修。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足提供了一种驱动夹具翻转的驱动机。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明一种驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,包括驱动杆一,驱动杆二,夹具,合盖轴,驱动电机;所述的驱动杆一与驱动杆二相互平行设置,驱动杆一的一端与夹具连接、另一端与驱动电机连接;合盖轴的一端与夹具连接、另一端与驱动杆一连接;驱动电机通过齿轮组驱动驱动杆一与驱动杆二的转动。
本发明所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,所述的驱动杆一的顶端设有锥形齿轮,合盖轴与驱动杆一的连接端设有锥形齿轮一,锥形齿轮与锥形齿轮一啮合;驱动杆一远离锥形齿轮一的另一端设有齿轮二。
本发明所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,所述的驱动杆二远离夹具的杆身上设有齿轮一。
本发明所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,所述的驱动电机的驱动杆的杆身上设有齿轮三,驱动杆顶端设有齿轮四。
本发明所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,所述的齿轮四与齿轮二的位置相配合;齿轮一与齿轮四相啮合。
本发明所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,还包括滑轨,气缸;驱动电机布置在滑轨上,气缸驱动驱动电机在滑轨上滑动。

本发明提供的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,能够支持夹具完成两种不同的动作。提高了生产效率。其够较为简单方便日常维修。

如图所示:一种驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,包括驱动杆一1,驱动杆二2,夹具4,合盖轴7,驱动电机9;所述的驱动杆一1与驱动杆二2相互平行设置,驱动杆一1的一端与夹具4连接、另一端与驱动电机9连接;合盖轴7的一端与夹具4连接、另一端与驱动杆一1连接;驱动电机9通过齿轮组驱动驱动杆一1与驱动杆二2的转动。所述的驱动杆一1的顶端设有锥形齿轮6,合盖轴7与驱动杆一1的连接端设有锥形齿轮一8,锥形齿轮6与锥形齿轮一8啮合;驱动杆一1远离锥形齿轮一8的另一端设有齿轮二5。驱动杆二2远离夹具4的杆身上设有齿轮一3。驱动电机9的驱动杆10的杆身上设有齿轮三11,驱动杆10顶端设有齿轮四12。齿轮四12与齿轮二5的位置相配合;齿轮一3与齿轮四12相啮合。驱动电机9布置在滑轨13上,气缸14驱动驱动电机9在滑轨13上滑动。

1.一种驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,其特征在于:包括驱动杆一(1),驱动杆二(2),夹具(4),合盖轴(7),驱动电机(9);所述的驱动杆一(1)与驱动杆二(2)相互平行设置,驱动杆一(1)的一端与夹具(4)连接、另一端与驱动电机(9)连接;合盖轴(7)的一端与夹具(4)连接、另一端与驱动杆一(1)连接;驱动电机(9)通过齿轮组驱动驱动杆一(1)与驱动杆二(2)的转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的驱动杆一(1)的顶端设有锥形齿轮(6),合盖轴(7)与驱动杆一(1)的连接端设有锥形齿轮一(8),锥形齿轮(6)与锥形齿轮一(8)啮合;驱动杆一(1)远离锥形齿轮一(8)的另一端设有齿轮二(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的驱动杆二(2)远离夹具(4)的杆身上设有齿轮一(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的驱动电机(9)的驱动杆(10)的杆身上设有齿轮三(11),驱动杆(10)顶端设有齿轮四(12)。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述的齿轮四(12)与齿轮二(5)的位置相配合;齿轮一(3)与齿轮四(12)相啮合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的驱动夹具翻转的驱动机构,其特征在于:还包括滑轨(13),气缸(14);驱动电机(9)布置在滑轨(13)上,气缸(14)驱动驱动电机(9)在滑轨(13)上滑动。
