一种银耳保健饮料的制作方法,主要由银耳、椰子水制成, 称取50-100kg银耳放入装有搅拌机和蒸汽加热盘管的不锈钢容器中,再加入1000-2500kg椰子水,升温到70℃,缓慢搅拌3h,挤压过滤得提取液。采用该提取液100kg,放人同样容器中,再添加砂糖10-30kg、70%的山梨糖醇水溶液1kg、柠檬酸500g和作为稳定剂的藻肮酸钠600g,在40℃下进行搅拌混合,再经装瓶灭菌,制成银耳保健饮料,嫩肤美容的效果。银耳能提高肝脏解毒能力,起保肝作用;银耳对老年慢性支气管炎、肺原性心脏病有一定疗效。

本发明涉及一种银耳保健饮料的制作方法。
背景技术
银耳有“强精、补肾、润肺、生津、止咳、清热、养胃、补气、和血、强心、壮身、补脑、提神”之功。作为营养滋补品,它适用于一切老弱妇孺和病后体虚者,还具有扶正强壮作用,并常用于治疗老年慢性气管炎等病症,对高血压、血管硬化患者,尤为适宜。近年来的医学研究还证明,从银耳中分离出来的多种糖类物质,对恶性肿瘤也有明显的抑制作用。常服银耳汤,还可起到嫩肤美容的效果。银耳能提高肝脏解毒能力,起保肝作用;银耳对老年慢性支气管炎、肺原性心脏病有一定疗效;银耳富含维生素D,能防止钙的流失,对生长发育十分有益;因富含硒等微量元素,它可以增强机体抗肿瘤的免疫力;银耳富有天然植物性胶质,加上它的滋阴作用,长期服用可以润肤,并有祛除脸部黄褐斑、雀斑的功效;银耳中的有效成分酸性多糖类物质,能增强人体的免疫力,调动淋巴细胞,加强白细胞的吞噬能力,兴奋骨髓造血功能;银耳多糖具有抗肿瘤作用。银耳中的膳食纤维可助胃肠蠕动,减少脂肪吸收,从而达到减肥的效果。银耳还能增强肿瘤患者对放疗、化疗的耐受力。

本发明的目的是提供一种银耳保健饮料的制作方法。
本发明是这样实现的:一种银耳保健饮料的制作方法,主要由银耳、椰子水制成, 称取50-100kg银耳放入装有搅拌机和蒸汽加热盘管的不锈钢容器中,再加入1000-2500kg椰子水,升温到70℃,缓慢搅拌3h,挤压过滤得提取液。采用该提取液100kg,放人同样容器中,再添加砂糖10-30kg、70%的山梨糖醇水溶液1kg、柠檬酸500g和作为稳定剂的藻肮酸钠600g,在40℃下进行搅拌混合,再经装瓶灭菌,制成银耳保健饮料。   
本发明的优点在于:
1、含有丰富的营养成分;
2、价格便宜,适合各种人群;
3、嫩肤美容的效果。银耳能提高肝脏解毒能力,起保肝作用;银耳对老年慢性支气管炎、肺原性心脏病有一定疗效。
具体实施方式:
实施例1、 称取100kg银耳放入装有搅拌机和蒸汽加热盘管的不锈钢容器中,再加入2500kg椰子水,升温到70℃,缓慢搅拌3h,挤压过滤得提取液。采用该提取液100kg,放人同样容器中,再添加砂糖30kg、70%的山梨糖醇水溶液1kg、柠檬酸500g和作为稳定剂的藻肮酸钠600g,在40℃下进行搅拌混合,再经装瓶灭菌,制成银耳保健饮料。
