本发明公开了一种茶酱,其特征在于:向每500毫升比重为1∶1000-1∶1的茶溶液中,加入1-500g蜂蜜或者饴糖。这种方法保持了茶本身拥有的降血脂、提神醒脑等功效,而且由于加入了蜂蜜或者饴糖,大幅度地改善了口感,营养均衡、有益健康。此外,由于食用方式多样,能够兼顾中西方饮食习惯,使人们的饮食生活丰富多元。

本发明涉及一种茶产品,特别是一种食用方式多样的茶食品——茶酱。
背景技术
茶作为一种文化载体,在中国的历史上扮演着非常重要的角色。可以说茶历经中华文化几千年的发展与传承,长盛不衰。同时又是国际社会公认的健康饮品,因其具有降血脂、提神醒脑等保健功效一直成为人们不断研制开发的重要课题。但值得注意的是,目前市场上的茶产品仍停留开水冲泡或者开盖即饮的瓶装饮料阶段,无法满足人们对茶产品多元化的需求。
发明内容
本发明致力于提供一种茶酱,这种茶酱由于保持了茶本身拥有的降血脂、提神醒脑等功效,而且由于加入了蜂蜜或者饴糖,大幅度地改善了口感,营养均衡、有益健康。此外,由于食用方式多样,能够兼顾中西方饮食习惯,满足人们对茶产品多元化的需求。
本发明通过以下方法实现:向每500毫升比重为1:1000-1:1的茶溶液中,加入1-500g蜂蜜或者饴糖。
为了得到最佳口感,茶溶液的最佳比重为1:100-1:5,所加蜂蜜或者饴糖的重量为50-300g。所使用的茶溶液最好为红茶、绿茶或者乌龙茶。
茶酱的具体制作方法如下:用开水冲泡茶叶2-5小时,后经过滤或者浓缩得到不同比重的茶溶液;在茶溶液中加入蜂蜜或者饴糖,加热至60-80℃,不断搅拌,待溶液呈现粘稠厚重状态,即得茶酱。
具体实施方式
将乌龙茶用沸水冲泡3小时,经过滤浓缩得到不同比重的茶溶液;向比重为1:100的茶溶液中加入蜂蜜200g,加热至60℃,不断搅拌,待溶液呈现粘稠厚重状态,装入事前消毒过的瓶中,即得茶酱。

1.一种茶酱,其特征在于:向每500毫升比重为1:1000-1:1的茶溶液中,加入1-500g蜂蜜或者饴糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶酱,其特征在于茶溶液的最佳比重为1:100-1:5,所加蜂蜜或者饴糖的重量为50-300g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的茶酱,其特征在于所述的茶溶液为红茶、绿茶或者乌龙茶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的茶酱,其特征在于,加工方法如下:用开水冲泡茶叶2-5小时,后经过滤或者浓缩得到不同比重的茶溶液;在茶溶液中加入蜂蜜或者饴糖,加热至60-80℃,不断搅拌,待溶液呈现粘稠厚重状态,即得茶酱。
