技术领域
本发明涉及一种为了阿基里斯腱、腰、大腿及小腿肌肉的伸展及姿势矫正而改进为便于使用人员使用的伸展器材。
背景技术
如今，在不具有进行体力劳动或频繁移动的职业的情况下，很少会移动身体，尤其，主要从事内勤工作的上班族或老弱者，活动量非常少，并随着身体各部分肌肉的虚弱，身体的活动将变得更加萎缩，从而回避运动，而这有可能引起各种成人病。
近来，随着对健康的关注，进行锻炼的人越来越增加，经常能够看到爬山或在运动场、公园跑步的人，并且，由于生活条件的原因，很难去野外或运动场运动的人也在利用各种运动器材在家或公司周边的健身房进行健康管理，而在普通家庭也有很多人购买跑步机或卧推之类的运动器材并进行使用。
但是，这种运动器材不仅具有费用昂贵、占有空间大的问题，还具有老弱者不便使用的问题。
尤其，身体部位中的腿由于在支撑体重的同时，使身体移动，因此腿部肌肉的虚弱不仅会使反应力降低，且稍有不慎就会引发致命的负伤，而且现代上班族由于经常穿着后跟较高的皮鞋或高跟鞋，使得腿部肌肉过度处于长时间保持萎缩的状态，因而需要使腿部肌肉得到适当的运动或伸展。并且，随着老龄化人口剧增，且老人们由于肌肉的虚弱，移动变得迟钝，应对瞬间危机的应付能力低，受伤的危险也会增加，因而需要一种能够既便捷又安全地进行伸展的装置。
对此，提出了如下的伸展器材，该伸展器材使用倾斜的踏板，在室内也能方便地使用，还便于老弱者使用，经济负担也不大，还能强化腰部肌肉。
作为一例，韩国实用新型登录第20-0199661号(2000年10月02日公告)公开了借助配置于底板上的底座来倾斜地设置脚踏板的木质结构的肌肉、关节伸展运动器材。
但是，上述的现有伸展运动器材由于底座在底板上通过狭小的区域来支撑脚踏板，因而存在支撑脚踏板的方面不稳定的问题，且为了底座的设置，需要额外设置前方和旁边的隔板，具有复杂的结构，这还会造成制作费用上升的问题。
作为另一例，在韩国公开专利公报第10-2006-0100018号(2006年09月20日公开)公开了“小腿伸展兼用腰部旋转运动器材( )”，其包括倾斜踏板体和倾斜调节装置，上述倾斜调节装置设置于以能够旋转的方式设置于本体的旋转板上，上述倾斜调节装置具有用于调节倾斜踏板体的倾斜度的不同高度的支撑棒。
但是，这种现有的复合运动器材，由于在旋转板上设置倾斜踏板，在使用人员为了伸展腰部、小腿或大腿肌肉而站在倾斜踏板体上的情况下，旋转板有可能会无意间旋转，因此如果是运动神经较弱的老弱者，存在使用过程中因摔倒而受伤的危险。
尤其，在现有的旋转踏板的情况下，若老弱者在旋转的瞬间失去身体重心，则会存在受伤的危险，因而需要让旋转受限。
因此，需要对伸展器材的结构进行改进，以便使用人员能够更加稳定且方便地伸展腿部及腰部肌肉。
发明内容
要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于，提供为了解决上述的现有伸展运动器材的稳定性和结构上的方便性的问题而进行了如下改进的伸展器材，即，能够利用倾斜踏板伸展脚踝的阿基里斯腱、大腿、小腿等的腿部肌肉，同时能够利用弹簧的圆周方向上的受限的弹性旋转，来安全地伸展腰部肌肉。
解决问题的手段
为了达成上述目的，本发明构成一种伸展器材，其踏板部具有倾斜踏板，其特征在于，上述踏板部具有：底板，配置于底面，倾斜踏板，以从上述底板向上方分隔的方式倾斜地进行配置；在上述踏板部的中央配置供使用人员把持的支柱部，上述支柱部具有：管形态的下部管形部件，下端部固定在上述底板，上部管形部件，以能够进行上下高度调整的方式插入于上述下部管形部件的内侧，在上述上部管形部件的上端形成把手，以及固定件，用于将上部管形部件固定于上述下部管形部件；上述倾斜踏板以能够相对于支柱部旋转的方式进行配置。
优选地，还包括弹簧，上述弹簧以上下两端部分别配置于倾斜踏板和底板的方式配置于上述倾斜踏板和底板之间，用于沿着上下方向弹性地支撑倾斜踏板。
上述上部管形部件朝向沿着倾斜的踏板的上方向倾斜的方向弯曲，当使用时，由于下部管形部件从两脚之间向上方延伸，因而在上述上部管形部件同样向上方延伸的状态下，能够伸手握住，在上述上部管形部件的上端形成向两侧突出的把手。
发明的效果
利用本发明的伸展器材，使用人员以使脚后跟与突出部14相接触的方式站到倾斜踏板11的倾斜的上表面，然后伸手握住把手36站立时，脚后跟在倾斜踏板向下，从而阿基里斯腱和小腿肌肉得到拉伸进而伸展，且倾斜踏板借助弹簧能够弹性地上下移动，因而不仅具有使肌肉的紧张度发生变化的伸展效果，还具有使使用人员的整个身体上下运动的效果，并且，由于倾斜踏板11能够相对于上部管形部件32左右旋转，使用人员在握住把手的状态下能够左右旋转身体，从而还能够进行腰部肌肉的伸展，因此具有通过利用简单的倾斜踏板的伸展器材也能轻易进行全身运动的效果，尤其，老弱者也能方便地使用，因此能够以简单的结构获得最大的实用性。

如图1及图2所示，本发明的伸展器材1包括：踏板部10；以及支柱部30，配置于上述踏板部的中央，供使用人员用手握住，而不会失去重心。

在上述倾斜踏板11的倾斜的下侧端部形成向上方突出的突出部14，从而当使用时支撑使用人员的脚后跟，在上述倾斜踏板11的倾斜的上侧的端部形成有向下方弯曲的突出部15，从而在整体上增加相对于倾斜踏板的变形的支撑刚性。并且，虽然未图示，但上述倾斜踏板11的上表面可形成用于防滑的刮痕或多个指压用突起。上述倾斜踏板的底面形成有中央凸台部17和环形的凸台部18，管形态的支柱部30以贯通方式插入于中央凸台部17，环形的凸台部18形成于上述中央凸台部17的半径方向的外侧。上述倾斜踏板11以能够相对于支柱部30旋转的方式进行配置。上述环形的凸台部18的内侧形成有支撑台肩19，来支撑弹簧13的上端部，上述弹簧13配置于倾斜踏板12和底板12之间。
在上述底板12的上表面形成以环形方式突出的凸台部20，并在其内侧配置弹簧的下端部，来使弹簧维持在原位置，在中央突出地形成的凸台部21的内侧形成有螺丝，从而与形成于下部管形部件31的下端的螺纹部以螺纹方式进行紧固，在上述下部管形部件31的下端部插入塞子37。
未说明的附图中的附图标记38为使用人员用于容易移动本发明的伸展器材的轮子，上述轮子安装于在底板的至少一侧端部以突出的方式形成的托架39，附图中虽然图示为仅在一侧形成，但可在其相反的一侧形成轮子是理所当然的，并且，上述轮子为了倾斜踏板的使用稳定性，仅以轮子的下端与底面相接触的程度进行配置，而以相对于底面不会被抬起的方式构成底板也是理所当然的。
由此，使用人员使脚后跟与突出部14相接触的方式站到倾斜踏板11的倾斜的上表面，然后伸手握住把手36站立时，脚后跟在倾斜踏板中向下，从而阿基里斯腱和小腿肌肉得到拉伸进而伸展。
并且，若使用人员在倾斜踏板11上向上下方向施力，借助配置于倾斜踏板的下侧的弹簧的弹力，倾斜踏板能够上下弹性移动，由此，不仅能够使阿基里斯腱和小腿肌肉的紧张度发生变化，来增加伸展效果，还借助倾斜踏板的弹性的上下移动，使用人员的整个身体进行上下运动，从而方便地获得与进行全身运动相同的效果。
并且，倾斜踏板11能够相对于上部管形部件32左右旋转自如，因此使用人员能够在握住把手的情况下向左右旋转身体，从而能够伸展腰部肌肉。

Claims (1)

1.一种伸展器材，其踏板部具有倾斜踏板，其特征在于，
上述踏板部(10)具有：
底板(12)，配置于底面，
倾斜踏板(11)，以从上述底板向上方分隔的方式倾斜地进行配置；
在上述踏板部的中央配置供使用人员把持的支柱部(30)，上述支柱部(30)具有：
管形态的下部管形部件(31)，下端部固定在上述底板(12)，
上部管形部件(32)，以能够进行上下高度调整的方式插入于上述下部管形部件(31)的内侧，在上述上部管形部件(32)的上端形成把手(36)，以及
固定件(33)，用于将上部管形部件(32)固定于上述下部管形部件(31)；
上述倾斜踏板(11)以能够相对于支柱部(30)旋转的方式进行配置；
上述伸展器材还包括弹簧(13)，上述弹簧(13)以上下两端部分别配置于倾斜踏板(11)和底板(12)的方式配置于上述倾斜踏板(11)和底板(12)之间，用于沿着上下方向弹性地支撑倾斜踏板；
上述倾斜踏板(11)的底面形成有中央凸台部(17)和环形的凸台部(18)，管形态的支柱部(30)以贯通方式插入于上述中央凸台部(17)，上述环形的凸台部(18)形成于上述中央凸台部(17)的半径方向的外侧，上述环形的凸台部(18)的内侧形成有支撑台肩(19)，来支撑弹簧(13)的上端部，上述弹簧(13)配置于倾斜踏板(12)和底板(12)之间；
在上述倾斜踏板(11)的倾斜的下侧端部形成向上方突出的突出部(14)，在上述倾斜踏板(11)的倾斜的上侧的端部形成有向下方弯曲的突出部(15)；
上述上部管形部件(32)朝向沿着倾斜的踏板的上方向倾斜的方向弯曲，当使用时，由于下部管形部件从两脚之间向上方延伸，因而在上述上部管形部件(32)同样向上方延伸的状态下，能够伸手握住，在上述上部管形部件(32)的上端形成向两侧突出的把手(36)。
