技术领域

具体实施方式

在其正面处(在图3a中的图示中左边)联结件3设有平的容纳面35。在其上端处在容纳孔眼33中成形有袋36,其在其基面处过渡到容纳面34中。在容纳面34的中间区域中设置有保持开口35,其实施为盲孔。防撞板37可安放到容纳面34上并且插入袋36中。由此,袋36以其上棱边防止从容纳面34抬起,亦即在到达弯曲轴承的伸延的止挡位置时还在从前面(在图3a中从左边)的力作用下。防撞板37借助于在其背面处成形的突起(其形状配合地接合到保持开口35中)防止尤其向下移动。
轴螺栓4在接合区域40中具有纵向于其中轴线伸延的分开平面49。其在接合区域40中在两个在直径上相对而置的部位(参见图3a)处与侧面相交。轴螺栓4由此分成两个轴端42、43。两者具有伸出的半轴颈44、45,其组合地在接合区域40中形成轴螺栓4的横截面。
另外,这两个轴端42、43中的每个具有半月形的凹部46、47。其与半轴颈44、45互补地成型,使得它们在轴端插在一起时(对于装配位置,如在图3b中所示)侵入凹部46、47中。在分叉的位置中,半轴颈44、45从凹部46、47中移出,其中,其通过较宽的分开平面49可靠地来引导。由于在平的平面中该较宽的引导,在分叉时既不引起卡住又不引起歪斜;相同的适用于在膝关节假体的校正的情况中的插在一起。轴端42、43的结构详细地在图4中示出。其此外在其侧面处具有促动器开口48,其构造用于容纳分叉装置5。优选地,每个轴端设置有两个促动器开口48,亦即对称于分开平面49。相应地使用一个,亦即视安装位置而定。在所示出的实施例中,轴端42、43形状相同,也就是说是相同的元件不仅可被用作轴端42而且可被用作轴端43。
为了引起轴端42、43的分叉,在容纳孔眼33处构造有两个接近缝隙38。其在与其长形延伸的方向对齐的线上在轴螺栓4的中轴线的方向上取向。在其之上且在它们中间设置有固定开口39。通过接近缝隙38可插入尖的装置,其接合到这两个促动器开口48中的一个中。通过向外移动该装置,使轴端42从另一轴端离开,并且反之亦然。
对此所使用的分叉装置在图5和6中详细地示出。其在其前端处包括带有两个自由端51(其以角度α分叉)的钢丝夹50。其在其后部区域中形成三点回环(滑套54套到其上)。其在其背对端部51的侧面上具有径向地伸出的凸缘56,其设有凹口55。滑套54在其分叉位置之间(如在图5中所示)可向前移动到静止位置中,由此自由端51压到其靠近地处于一起的位置中。对此,需要一定的调节力,使得滑套54作为防止无意移动的保险起作用。凹口55保证凸缘56在移动时不与钢丝夹50碰撞。此外,其负责对固定套筒60的无阻碍的直的接近。
固定套筒60是固定引导部6的部分,其布置在钢丝夹50的端部处。固定套筒在其内部开口61中具有内螺纹62,锁止螺栓63拧入其中。在静止位置中,锁止螺栓63仅勉强地以其尖部64伸出,亦即到该程度使得其以其螺纹咬到开口39中并且固定引导部由此固定在联结件3处。
在装配时为了使轴螺栓4分叉将滑套5向后移动,由此使通过接近缝隙38插到轴端42、43的促动器开口48中的自由端51彼此移离其由此轴端42、43彼此叉开。如果其到达其分叉的位置(参见图3c和7),则将锁止螺栓63进一步旋入,直到其以其尖部进入分开平面49中并且轴端42、43通过夹紧且在存在相应的容纳开口49'的情况下甚至形状配合地固定。如果锁止螺栓63足够远地旋入,其不再与内螺纹62相接合。固定引导部6因此是自由的,并且那么才可取下分叉装置5。因此保证当轴端42、43叉开时那么才可取下分叉装置。
在校正时需要将轴端42、43从分叉的位置(参见图3c)又移回到装配位置中(参见图3b)。对此,校正钳7设置有在后端中的把手70和在前端处在钳口71处的容纳指70(参见图8)。容纳指具有这样的尺寸,使得其可被插过接近缝隙38并且与促动器开口48相接合。优选地,容纳指72收拢地布置。这意味着,其指向彼此地取向,以及围绕大约10度的角度ß。该角度被选择成使得当轴端42、43到达其装配位置(参见图3b)时容纳指72在校正钳7的位置中大约平行以便更简单地取下。
Claims (18)
1.一种带有弯曲铰链的关节假体,所述弯曲铰链由铰链叉和轴螺栓(4)形成,所述轴螺栓(4)包括第一轴端(42)和第二轴端(43),第一轴端(42)和第二轴端(43)为了插入布置在被拉入联结件(3)中的装配位置中并且在植入之后通过在轴向上运动到所述铰链叉的对齐的铰链孔中布置在膨胀的位置中,
其特征在于,
所述轴螺栓(4)在其端部处具有两个轴承区域(41)和处于它们之间的接合区域(40),并且所述轴螺栓(4)在所述接合区域(40)中分开,使得第一轴端和第二轴端之间的接合区域(40)是沿着轴向伸延且在两个位置处与所述轴螺栓(4)的周向表面相交的平面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述平面(49)是所述轴螺栓(4)的中心平面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述平面(49)包括多个子平面。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述第一轴端(42)和第二轴端(43)形状相同。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述第一轴端(42)和第二轴端(43)的接合区域(40)是半轴颈(44,45)。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述第一轴端(42)和第二轴端(43)在横截面中半月形地来构造。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述联结件(3)在它的确定用于容纳所述接合区域(40)的区域中具有带有用于所述第一轴端(42)和第二轴端(43)的非圆的缺口的分离元件(30)。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的关节假体,其特征在于,在所述联结件(3)处构造有用于所述第一轴端(42)和第二轴端(43)的防移动部的容纳部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的关节假体,其特征在于,在所述联结件(3)处对于第一轴端(42)和第二轴端(43)中的每个构造有接近缝隙(38),并且设置有分叉装置(5),其构造用于通过所述接近缝隙(38)接合到所述第一轴端(42)和第二轴端(43)中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述分叉装置(5)具有钢丝夹(50),钢丝夹的自由端(51)构造用于插入所述接近缝隙(38)中。
11.根据权利要求10的关节假体,其特征在于,设置有滑套(54),其能够从所述自由端(51)彼此靠近的静止位置移动到所述自由端(51)彼此移离的分叉位置中。
12.根据权利要求11所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述分叉装置(5)具有固定引导部(6)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的关节假体,其特征在于,在所述固定引导部(6)处布置有螺纹(62),锁止螺栓(63)拧入所述螺纹(62)中。
14.根据权利要求13所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述锁止螺栓(63)的长度大于固定引导部(6)与所述轴螺栓(4)之间的距离。
15.根据权利要求12至14中任一项所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述滑套(54)具有环绕的径向凸缘(56),所述径向凸缘(56)在径向凸缘的指向所述固定引导部的侧面处具有凹口(55)。
16.根据权利要求9至14中任一项所述的关节假体,其特征在于,设置有校正钳(7),其在其后端处具有把手(70)而在其前端处具有容纳指(71),所述容纳指(71)构造用于插入所述接近缝隙(38)中并且在横截面中是椭圆的。
17.根据权利要求10所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述自由端(51)彼此处于30度至70度的角度中。
18.根据权利要求17所述的关节假体,其特征在于,所述钢丝夹在钢丝夹的从自由端(51)指离的后部区域中形成回环。
