Abstract

本发明公开了一种难燃的多层管,难燃的多层管分为三层,最外层为厚度2.6mm~2.9mm的ABS树脂层、第二层为厚度1.7mm~2.2mm的聚苯硫醚层、第三层为厚度2.5mm~2.6mm的聚缩醛树脂层。多层管具有难燃的特点,氧指数达到35至37。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层管,特别是涉及一种难燃的多层管。
背景技术
塑料管在遇到高温或明火时,部分塑料管由于其材料组成的原因,会容易引发火灾造成人员和财产损失。塑料管的燃烧特性在其中起着主要作用。常规的塑料管多为单一材质,若材质为易燃的材质,则在使用过程中会有较大的火灾风险。通过将不同材质进行复合,可能使管材具有良好的难燃特性,常规的塑料管材的氧指数都较低,通常只有20至25,这种特性不能完全降低火灾的风险。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:常规的塑料管材易燃的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种难燃的多层管,难燃的多层管分为三层,最外层为厚度2.6mm~2.9mm的ABS树脂层、第二层为厚度1.7mm~2.2mm的聚苯硫醚层、第三层为厚度2.5mm~2.6mm的聚缩醛树脂层。多层管中ABS树脂层的厚度优选为1.3mm。多层管中聚苯硫醚层的厚度优选为0.6mm。多层管中聚缩醛树脂层厚度优选为2.7mm。多层管中最内层直径优选为8cm~12cm。多层管各层不同的塑材在高温下通过挤出成型,冷却后形成多层的结构。
有益效果:制备的多层管具有良好的难燃特性,测试标准为GB/T 2406-1993,本技术方案获得的难燃多层管氧指数为35至37,可以有效的降低发生火灾的风险。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种难燃的多层管,难燃的多层管分为三层,最外层为厚度2.6mm的ABS树脂层1、第二层为厚度2.2mm的聚苯硫醚层2、第三层为厚度2.5mm的聚缩醛树脂层3。多层管中最内层直径为12cm。多层管各层不同的塑材在高温下通过挤出成型,冷却后形成多层的结构。
实施例2
一种难燃的多层管,难燃的多层管分为三层,最外层为厚度2.8mm的ABS树脂层1、第二层为厚度1.7mm的聚苯硫醚层2、第三层为厚度2.6mm的聚缩醛树脂层3。多层管中最内层直径为8cm。多层管各层不同的塑材在高温下通过挤出成型,冷却后形成多层的结构。
实施例3
一种难燃的多层管,难燃的多层管分为三层,最外层为厚度2.9mm的ABS树脂层1、第二层为厚度2.0mm的聚苯硫醚层2、第三层为厚度2.5mm的聚缩醛树脂层3。多层管中最内层直径为10cm。多层管各层不同的塑材在高温下通过挤出成型,冷却后形成多层的结构。
测定了实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的多层管的氧指数,测定标准为GB/T 2406-1993,测定结果如下表。

本技术方案获得的多层管具有难燃的特性,可以有效的降低发生火灾的风险。

1.一种难燃的多层管,其特征在于难燃的多层管分为三层,最外层为厚度2.6mm~2.9mm的ABS树脂层(1)、第二层为厚度1.7mm~2.2mm的聚苯硫醚层(2)、第三层为厚度2.5mm~2.6mm的聚缩醛树脂层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种难燃的多层管,其特征在于多层管中最内层直径为8cm~12cm。
