本发明公开了一种耐戳穿的复合纸,耐戳穿的复合纸从上至下为4层,第一层为厚度0.5mm~1.5mm的玻璃纸、第二层为厚度0.7mm~1.1mm的聚苯乙烯、第三层为厚度0.8mm~1.2mm的聚碳酸酯、第四层为厚度0.8mm~1.1mm的羊皮纸。得到的复合纸具有耐戳穿的特点,不易损坏,用途较广。

本发明涉及一种复合纸,特别是涉及一种耐戳穿的复合纸。
背景技术
纸张的使用非常多,可以用于包装、书写等。在作为包装纸时,在使用过程中,在受到尖锐、锋利的物品冲击时,纸张如果其不耐戳穿,通常会被刺破,导致包装纸内材料的流出,影响纸张的正常使用。为了避免这种情况的发生,可以通过将不同的材料进行复合,再与纸张进行复合,得到耐戳穿的复合纸,目前关于这方面的报道还较少,具有非常大的研究空间。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:常规的复合纸不耐戳穿的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种耐戳穿的复合纸,耐戳穿的复合纸从上至下为4层,第一层为厚度0.5mm~1.5mm的玻璃纸、第二层为厚度0.7mm~1.1mm的聚苯乙烯、第三层为厚度0.8mm~1.2mm的聚碳酸酯、第四层为厚度0.8mm~1.1mm的羊皮纸。复合纸中玻璃纸厚度优选为1.5mm。复合纸中聚苯乙烯的厚度优选为0.7mm。复合纸中聚碳酸酯的厚度优选为0.8mm。复合纸中羊皮纸的厚度优选为1.1mm。将玻璃纸、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、羊皮纸进行高温压制得到耐戳穿的复合纸。
有益效果:制备的复合纸具有较高的耐戳穿性能,测试方法为GB/T2679.7-2005,复合纸的耐戳穿数值为25J至27J。

实施例1
一种耐戳穿的复合纸,耐戳穿的复合纸从上至下为4层,第一层为厚度0.5mm的玻璃纸1、第二层为厚度0.7mm的聚苯乙烯2、第三层为厚度1.2mm的聚碳酸酯3、第四层为厚度0.8mm的羊皮纸4。将玻璃纸1、聚苯乙烯2、聚碳酸酯3、羊皮纸4进行高温压制得到耐戳穿的复合纸。
实施例2
一种耐戳穿的复合纸,耐戳穿的复合纸从上至下为4层,第一层为厚度1.5mm的玻璃纸1、第二层为厚度0.9mm的聚苯乙烯2、第三层为厚度0.8mm的聚碳酸酯3、第四层为厚度0.9mm的羊皮纸4。将玻璃纸1、聚苯乙烯2、聚碳酸酯3、羊皮纸4进行高温压制得到耐戳穿的复合纸。
实施例3
一种耐戳穿的复合纸,耐戳穿的复合纸从上至下为4层,第一层为厚度1.1mm的玻璃纸1、第二层为厚度1.1mm的聚苯乙烯2、第三层为厚度1.0mm的聚碳酸酯3、第四层为厚度1.1mm的羊皮纸4。将玻璃纸1、聚苯乙烯2、聚碳酸酯3、羊皮纸4进行高温压制得到耐戳穿的复合纸。
测定了实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的戳穿强度,测试标准为GB/T2679.7-2005,测定结果如下。

制备得到的复合纸都具备了较高的戳穿强度,可以用于包装纸中。

1.一种耐戳穿的复合纸,其特征在于,耐戳穿的复合纸从上至下为4层,第一层为厚度1.5mm的玻璃纸(1)、第二层为厚度0.9mm的聚苯乙烯(2)、第三层为厚度0.8mm的聚碳酸酯(3)、第四层为厚度0.9mm的羊皮纸(4);将玻璃纸(1)、聚苯乙烯(2)、聚碳酸酯(3)、羊皮纸(4)进行高温压制得到耐戳穿的复合纸。
