Abstract

一种轮毂钻孔机自动上下料机构,包括一C型钻孔机(1),用一组送料辊道Ⅰ(3)架设在C型钻孔机(1)一侧,来输送待钻孔轮毂;用一组送料辊道Ⅱ(4)架设在C型钻孔机(1)的另一侧,来输送已经钻完孔的轮毂;其特征在于:所述的送料辊道Ⅰ(3)上设置一组可移动夹爪Ⅰ(5):通过汽缸Ⅰ(7)驱动升降,通过丝杆传动Ⅰ(9)驱动横移,夹取轮毂从送料辊道Ⅰ(3)上送至C型钻孔机台夹具(2)上,等待钻孔。本发明结构,利用C型钻孔机的特殊结构而发明的自动上下料机构,和流水线辊道组成实现自动化无人化操作。

轮毂钻孔机自动上下料机构
技术领域
本发明属于C型轮毂钻孔机技术领域,具体提供一种铝合金轮毂钻孔机自动上下料机构。
背景技术
在铝合金轮圈钻孔机加工领域,目前的机床设备在面对多个不同尺寸轮圈需要加工的情况下,大多采用更换定位盘的方式,以满足其尺寸定位并完成钻孔加工。由于C型轮毂钻孔机的特殊结构,三面开放,在铸造完成的轮毂中心钻出一个预制孔,需要人工搬运至C型钻孔机夹具上,钻完孔后,再人工搬运离开机台,把轮毂投入流水线。这样工人的劳动强度非常大,而且要耗费大量的人工成本、时间成本,还降低了整个作业流程的效率。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种轮毂钻孔机自动上下料机构,是针对C型钻孔机的特殊结构而发明的自动上下料机构,实现无人化操作和流水线辊道组成自动化集成。
本发明的技术方案是通过以上方式实现的:一种轮毂钻孔机自动上下料机构,包括一C型钻孔机,用一组送料辊道Ⅰ架设在C型钻孔机一侧,来输送待钻孔轮毂;用一组送料辊道Ⅱ架设在C型钻孔机的另一侧,来输送已经钻完孔的轮毂;其特征在于:所述的送料辊道Ⅰ上设置一组可移动夹爪Ⅰ:通过汽缸Ⅰ驱动升降,通过丝杆传动Ⅰ驱动横移,夹取轮毂从送料辊道Ⅰ上送至C型钻孔机台的轮毂夹具上,等待钻孔。
所述的送料辊道Ⅱ上设置一组可移动夹爪Ⅱ:通过汽缸Ⅱ驱动升降,通过丝杆传动Ⅱ驱动横移,夹取已钻孔的轮毂从C型钻孔机台的轮毂夹具上,送至送料辊道Ⅱ上,通过送料辊道Ⅱ流经下一道工序。
所述的C型钻孔机的上方还设有设有钻头主轴,C型钻孔机台夹具设在钻头主轴的正下方,钻头主轴上下移动,带动切削工具对C型钻孔机台夹具上的轮毂实施钻孔。
本发明结构,利用C型钻孔机的特殊结构而发明的自动上下料机构,和流水线辊道组成实现自动化无人化操作。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2、图3知,一种轮毂钻孔机自动上下料机构,C型钻孔机身1的上部横向设有钻头主轴12,在钻头主轴12的正下方、C型钻孔机台中心夹具的上方设有C型钻孔机台夹具2,C型钻孔机台夹具2的二侧对称设有送料辊道Ⅰ3、送料辊道Ⅱ4,送料辊道Ⅰ3的正上方设有汽缸Ⅰ7,送料辊道Ⅱ4的正上方设有汽缸Ⅱ8,汽缸Ⅰ7和汽缸Ⅱ8带动丝杆传动Ⅰ9、丝杆传动Ⅱ10横向移动,排屑机11用于排屑。
其工作过程是:
1、送料辊道Ⅰ3上检测到有轮毂,可移动夹爪Ⅰ5通过丝杆传动Ⅰ9,移动到轮毂位置;
2、可移动夹爪Ⅰ5夹紧轮毂,在汽缸Ⅰ7驱动下上升,使轮毂脱离辊道面;可移动夹爪Ⅰ5通过丝杆传动Ⅰ9,搬运待钻孔轮毂至C型钻孔机台中心夹具上方;
3、可移动夹爪Ⅰ5在汽缸Ⅰ7驱动下下降,可移动夹爪Ⅰ5松开轮毂,放置轮毂于C型钻孔机台夹具2上,夹具夹紧轮毂,可移动夹爪Ⅰ5通过丝杆传动Ⅰ9,复位移动到送料辊道Ⅰ3上等待位置,同时C型钻孔机开始工作,轮毂钻孔工序开始;
4、待轮毂钻孔结束后,夹具松开轮毂,可移动夹爪Ⅰ5通过丝杆传动Ⅱ10,移动到C型钻孔机台中心;
5、可移动夹爪Ⅱ6夹紧轮毂,在汽缸汽缸Ⅱ8驱动下上升,使轮毂脱离夹具面;
6、可移动夹爪Ⅱ6通过丝杆传动Ⅱ10,搬运已钻孔轮毂至送料辊道Ⅱ4上方,使轮毂离开C型钻孔机台;
7、可移动夹爪Ⅱ6在汽缸汽缸Ⅱ8驱动下下降,可移动夹爪Ⅱ6松开轮毂,放置轮毂于松开辊道Ⅱ4的辊道面上,轮毂通过送料辊道Ⅱ4流经下一道工序。

1.一种轮毂钻孔机自动上下料机构,包括一C型钻孔机(1),用一组送料辊道Ⅰ(3)架设在C型钻孔机(1)一侧,来输送待钻孔轮毂;用一组送料辊道Ⅱ(4)架设在C型钻孔机(1)的另一侧,来输送已经钻完孔的轮毂;所述的送料辊道Ⅰ(3)上设置一组可移动夹爪Ⅰ(5):通过汽缸Ⅰ(7)驱动升降,通过丝杆传动Ⅰ(9)驱动横移,夹取轮毂从送料辊道Ⅰ(3)上送至C型钻孔机台夹具(2)上,等待钻孔;其特征在于:所述的送料辊道Ⅱ(4)上设置一组可移动夹爪Ⅱ(6):通过汽缸Ⅱ(8)驱动升降,通过丝杆传动Ⅱ(10)驱动横移,夹取已钻孔的轮毂从C型钻孔机台夹具(2)上,送至送料辊道Ⅱ(4)上,通过送料辊道Ⅱ(4)流经下一道工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮毂钻孔机自动上下料机构,其特征在于:所述的C型钻孔机(1)的上方还设有设有钻头主轴(12),C型钻孔机台夹具(2)设在钻头主轴(12)的正下方,钻头主轴(12)上下移动,带动切削工具对C型钻孔机台夹具(2)上的轮毂实施钻孔。
