Abstract

本发明涉及一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，由机械伸展装置、电动装置组成，机械伸展装置上设置有电动连杆，其特征是：所述电动装置由电机、电机连接管、电机运动滑块、电机头固定件组成，所述电机采用导轨电机，电机运动滑块安装在电机的导轨上，电机头通过第二转轴与固定在电动连杆上的电机头固定件转动连接，电机连接管与电机运动滑块通过第一转轴转动连接，电机连接管固定在机械伸展装置上。所述电机连接管固定在机械伸展装置的联动件上。所述第一转轴、第二转轴均为插销。本发明改变原有电动驱动方式装置，有利于提高活动沙发电动装置的安装、拆卸、维护和运行效率，提高了沙发的自动化程度和舒适性。

Description

一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，特别是一种搁腿可收拢或展开，靠背角度可进行一定调节的多功能活动沙发电动机械伸展装置。
背景技术
目前现有的活动沙发电动机械伸展装置有四个重大不足的地方：1、市场上，活动沙发电动驱动方式结构过于复杂，影响电机的动能效率；2、市场上，活动沙发电动驱动方式会出现抖动现象，影响活动沙发的舒适性；3、市场上，活动沙发电动驱动方式安装复杂，影响活动沙发的安装效率；4、市场上，活动沙发电动驱动方式电机头凸出电动连杆，腿部完全收拢时可能出现干涉现象，影响沙发的功能及结构稳定。参见图5，市场上现有技术的活动沙发电动驱动方式电动装置包含电动方管10、电动角铁11、传动件12、传动固定支架13、对比电机头固定件（文中的对比两字用来区别本实施例，下同）14、对比电机连杆15、电机固定件16、电机尾固定件17、对比电机运动滑块18、对比电机19、转轴传动件20、转动连杆21、对比电动连杆9，需将对比电机19前后端分别固定在对比电机连杆15、对比电动连杆9，通过将传动件12、传动固定支架13、电机固定件16组合成电动转动连接件，将对比电机19上对比电机运动滑块18的直线运动转换成电动方管10、电动角铁11上的转动运动，从而带动连接在电动方管10上的转轴传动件20、转动连杆21转动，进而带动机械伸展装置的运动。由于转轴传动件20、转动连杆21在转动的过程中会形成铁架自锁的现象，进而导致原电动驱动方式出现抖动的问题。本专利申请在上述现有技术的基础上进行改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足，而提供一种结构简洁，使用方便，新的电动驱动方式功能的活动沙发机械伸展装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，由机械伸展装置、电动装置组成，机械伸展装置上设置有电动连杆，其特征是所述电动装置由电机、电机连接管、电机运动滑块、电机头固定件组成，所述电机采用导轨电机，电机运动滑块安装在电机的导轨上，电机头通过第二转轴与固定在电动连杆上的电机头固定件转动连接，电机连接管与电机运动滑块通过第一转轴转动连接，电机连接管固定在机械伸展装置上。
本发明所述电机连接管固定在机械伸展装置的联动件上。
本发明所述第一转轴、第二转轴均为插销。
本发明所述电机驱动方式结构简单，有利于提高电机的动能效率。
本发明所述电动机械伸展装置结构简单，有利于提高机械伸展装置的安装效率。
本发明解决了市场上活动沙发电动驱动方式抖动的现象，提高了活动沙发的舒适性。
本发明所述电机安装方便，实现了电机上的电机运动滑块与电机头通过插销连接，大大提高了电机的安装维护效率。
本发明解决了市场上电动驱动方式电机头凸出电动连杆的问题，可避免腿部完全收拢时出现的干涉现象，提高了活动沙发的结构稳定性。
本发明增加了活动沙发的电动功能，有利于沙发款式的开发，提高了活动沙发的自动化程度和舒适性，提高了活动沙发电动装置的安装、拆卸、维护和运行效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本实施例活动沙发电动机械伸展装置包括现有技术的机械伸展装置（具有相同的左侧部件、右侧部件，左侧部件与右侧部件通过固定部件固定连接，例如专利号为200920200532.4的专利文件，公开号为102657449A的专利公开文件，专利号为201220668439.8的专利文件），机械伸展装置上安装有电动连杆8，其结构特点是电动装置由电机6、电机连接管2、电机运动滑块5、电机头固定件7组成，电机6采用导轨电机，电机头通过第二转轴4与固定在电动连杆8上的电机头固定件7转动连接，电机连接管2通过螺栓固定在机械伸展装置的联动件3（所述联动件3为现有技术的机械伸展装置中起固定和传动作用的连接件，例如专利号为200920200532.4的专利文件中的联动件，公开号为102657449A的专利公开文件中的联动件，专利号为201220668439.8的专利文件中的坐框支架三，某些文件中也可能采用传动连接件等其他说法）上，与电机运动滑块5通过第一转轴1转动连接，电机运动滑块5在电机6的导轨上运动。
本实施例所述电机运动滑块5沿着电机6导轨运动，使得电机6的驱动力最大限度地与本实施例展开方向一致，从而节约能源，减少机械磨损，增强整体结构。
本实施例的运动原理是通过电机6上的电机运动滑块5在电机导轨上向前（图4的左侧）运动，从而带动通过第一转轴1与电机运动滑块5转动连接的电机连接管2，电机头通过第二转轴4与固定在电动连杆8上的电机头固定件7转动连接，电机连接管2固定在机械伸展装置的联动件3上。由于人的自身重力和电机运动滑块5驱动的电机连接管2的作用力，机械伸展装置首先腿部结构展开，待完全展开到限位与接触面接触时，阻止腿部结构机械展开，从而带动活动沙发电动机械伸展装置的靠背结构完全倾倒，这样活动沙发电动机械伸展装置就实现了从图1到图2再到图3状态的过程。反之，电机运动滑块6反向（向后，即图4的右侧）运动时，活动沙发电动机械伸展装置可实现从图3到图2再到图1状态的过程。当活动沙发电动机械伸展装置再次回到图1状态，即腿部完全收拢状态时，就实现了活动沙发机械伸展装置的一次完整的电动驱动过程。
本实施例第一转轴1与第二转轴4的转动连接方式通过插销式连接，实现了电机6的插销式连接，电机连接管2通过螺栓固定在机械伸展装置的联动件3上，方便了电机6的安装、拆卸和维护。
本实施例取消了转轴传动件20、转动连杆21的转动连接，解决了电动驱动方式抖动的问题。
本实施例增加了活动沙发的电动新驱动方式，取消了原有电动驱动方式装置，有利于提高活动沙发电动装置安装、拆卸、维护和运行效率，提高了沙发的自动化程度和舒适性。

Claims (3)

1.一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，由机械伸展装置、电动装置组成，机械伸展装置上设置有电动连杆，其特征是：所述电动装置由电机、电机连接管、电机运动滑块、电机头固定件组成，所述电机采用导轨电机，电机运动滑块安装在电机的导轨上，电机头通过第二转轴与固定在电动连杆上的电机头固定件转动连接，电机连接管与电机运动滑块通过第一转轴转动连接，电机连接管固定在机械伸展装置上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，其特征是：所述电机连接管固定在机械伸展装置的联动件上。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，其特征是：所述第一转轴、第二转轴均为插销。
