现有的饮液,即液态饮品,例如康师傅、统一品牌旗下的各种饮料,功能往往仅仅是解渴降火等,添加很多防腐剂、色素等。又如可乐类碳酸饮料或者茶类饮品,口感单一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新的饮液及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁5至15份、生姜汁5至15份、柠檬汁5至15份、食醋8至20份。
优选的,所述饮液中,所述食醋为果醋。
优选的,所述饮液中,所述食醋为酿造果醋。
优选的,所述饮液中,所述食醋为苹果醋。
优选的,所述饮液中,所述蒜头汁、所述生姜汁、所述柠檬汁与所述食醋的质量比例为1:1:1:1至1:1:1:1.4。

一种饮液的制备方法,其应用于上述任一饮液,其包括以下步骤:分别打碎固体材料;分别过滤取滤液;各滤液混和后与液体材料混和;加热熬制至剩余50%至70%。
采用上述方案,本发明采用蒜头汁、生姜汁、柠檬汁与食醋组合,口感新颖独特,具有很高的市场应用价值。

本发明的一个实施例是,一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁5至15份、生姜汁5至15份、柠檬汁5至15份、食醋8至20份。美国科研人员早在1987年就发现大蒜可降低血浆胆固醇,英国医学家发现大蒜头能降低胆固醇,使动脉粥样斑块减少,因而可以预防动脉硬化及冠心病。生姜起的是一个强壮血管的功能,因为它富含姜辣素,对心脏和血管有一定的刺激作用,可使心跳加快,血管扩张,从而使脉络通畅,供给正常。柠檬富含维生素C和维生素P,能增强血管弹性和韧性,收缩、增固毛细血管,降低通透性,提高凝血功能及血小板数量,可缩短凝血时间和出血时间31%-71%,具有止血作用,可预防和治疗高血压和心肌梗死。食醋的作用主要是软化血管。例如,一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁5份、生姜汁8份、柠檬汁12份、食醋18份。又如,一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁10份、生姜汁9份、柠檬汁11份、食醋20份。又如,一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁14份、生姜汁6份、柠檬汁15份、食醋13份。
优选的,所述饮液中,所述蒜头汁、所述生姜汁、所述柠檬汁与所述食醋的质量比例为1:1:1:1至1:1:1:1.4。例如,所述蒜头汁、所述生姜汁、所述柠檬汁与所述食醋的质量比例为1:1:1:1.2。又如,所述饮液的原料中,所述蒜头、所述生姜、所述柠檬与所述食醋的质量比例为1:1:1:1,在制汁过程中加入适量纯净水。所述食醋为市场上任意选购的食醋,优选为酿造醋,优选的,其乙酸含量为2%至6%,优选的,其乙酸含量为4%。优选的,所述食醋为果醋。优选的,所述食醋为酿造果醋。例如,所述食醋为苹果醋或者山楂醋,例如,市售苹果醋、山楂醋、红枣醋、橙子醋、蜜桃醋等。优选的,所述食醋为苹果醋、山楂醋与红枣醋的混和液,苹果醋、山楂醋与红枣醋的质量比例为3:1:1,苹果醋的作用主要是软化血管,其苹果酸成分还能保持心肌的能量代谢,对心肌梗塞的缺血性心肌层起到保护作用,这样,苹果酸的含量略高一些,并且,山楂与红枣能够提供额外的帮助。

优选的,所述饮液还包括苦瓜汁1至4份、芹菜汁2至6份。苦瓜的具有清热祛暑、利尿凉血、解劳清心、益气壮阳之功效,苦瓜性寒味苦、入心、肺、胃,能够清暑解渴、降血压、血脂、养颜美容、促进新陈代谢。苦瓜含丰富的维生素B1、维生素C及矿物质,长期食用,能保持精力旺盛。芹菜含有丰富的维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和维生素P,钙,铁,磷等矿物质含量也多,此外还有蛋白质、甘露醇和食物纤维等成分。叶茎中还含有药效成分的芹菜苷、佛手苷内酯和挥发油,具有降血压、降血脂、防治动脉粥样硬化的作用;对神经衰弱、月经失调、痛风、抗肌肉痉挛也有一定的辅助食疗作用;它还能促进胃液分泌,增加食欲。特别是老年人,由于身体活动量小、饮食量少、饮水量不足而易患大便干燥,经常吃点芹菜可刺激胃肠蠕动利于排便。实验发现,上述各例,加入苦瓜汁与芹菜汁,对于心血管具有较佳的效果,但是尚需进一步实验测试确定。例如苦瓜汁与芹菜汁的质量比为1:1.5至1:2时,效果较佳。例如,一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁13份、生姜汁14份、柠檬汁15份、食醋18份、蜂蜜45份、苦瓜汁3份以及芹菜汁5份。又如,一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁9份、生姜汁6份、柠檬汁5份、食醋10份、蜂蜜33份、液体木糖醇28份、苦瓜汁1份以及芹菜汁6份。
优选的,所述芹菜汁为意大利冬芹,经实验测试效果尤佳。
优选的,所述饮液还包括川穹汁0.1至0.3份、当归汁0.3至0.5份。川穹性温,有活血顺气的作用,川芎嗪能扩张冠状动脉,增加冠状动脉血流量,改善心肌的血氧供应,并降低心肌的耗氧量;川芎嗪可扩张脑血管,降低血管阻力,显著增加脑及肢体血流量,改善微循环;能降低血小板表面活性,抑制血小板凝集,预防血栓的形成,;所含阿魏酸的中性成分小剂量促进,大剂量抑制子宫平滑肌;水煎剂对动物中枢神经系统有镇静作用,并有明显而持久的降压作用;可加速骨折局部血肿的吸收,促进骨痂形成;有抗维生素E缺乏作用;能抑制多种杆菌;有抗组织胺和利胆作用。当归味甘而重,故专能补血,其气轻而辛,故又能行血,补中有动,行中有补,为血中之要药。因而,它既能补血,又能活血,既可通经,又能活络。据江苏新医学院的研究资料,当归粉对大鼠及家兔实验性高血脂症有降低血脂作用,其降血脂作用不是由于阻碍胆固醇的吸收所致。含当归粉的食物及相当于此量的当归油及其它提取物,取实验性动脉硬化大白鼠的主动脉病变有一定保护作用。沈阳军区总医院的报道表明当归能增强麻醉犬及离体兔心冠脉流量、预防垂体后叶素引起的T波增高及对抗其所致心率减慢,降低实验性高脂血兔甘油三酯。还能明显增高冠心病及脑动脉硬化病人纤维蛋白溶酶活性;并且具有抑制血小板聚集作用、抗血栓作用。经多例志愿者试用,上述各实施例,加入少量川穹汁与当归汁,对于血管具有意料之外的良好效果,但是尚需进一步实验测试确定,其中,优选的,川穹汁与当归汁的质量比为1:2±10%时,效果较佳。例如,一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁14份、生姜汁7份、柠檬汁13份、食醋12份、蜂蜜18份、液体木糖醇22份、苦瓜汁2.3份、芹菜汁4.5份、川穹汁0.16份以及当归汁0.38份。又如,一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁9份、生姜汁14份、柠檬汁10份、食醋19份、蜂蜜68份、苦瓜汁1.5份、芹菜汁5份、川穹汁0.3份以及当归汁0.5份。又如,一种饮液,其包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁12份、生姜汁12份、柠檬汁12份、食醋12份、蜂蜜24份、苦瓜汁1.2份、芹菜汁3.6份、川穹汁0.24份以及当归汁0.48份。优选的,川穹汁与当归汁的质量比例为1:2。

优选的,上述各实施例的各种汁,例如,蒜头汁、生姜汁、苦瓜汁等;其计量为各固体材料采用冷冻干燥法获得粉末,然后按质量比例,加上同等质量比例的纯净水获得。例如,冰干得到的生姜粉末1g,加上10毫升的水,作为1份生姜汁,冰干得到的蒜头粉末1g,加上10毫升的水,作为1份蒜头汁,以此类推。但在实际应用中,这样成本太高,廉价的替代方案是采用大致的质量比例即可,通常不需要特别精确。例如,采用1000g生姜配1000g的纯净水作为1份,对应地,采用1000g蒜头配1000g的纯净水作为1份,以此类推。
上述各实施例的饮液,经多例志愿者测试,对于血管堵塞有显著改善作用。
如图1所示,一种饮液的制备方法,其应用于上述任一实施例所述饮液,该制备方法包括以下步骤:分别打碎固体材料;分别过滤取滤液;各滤液混和后与液体材料混和;加热熬制至剩余50%至70%。优选的,在各滤液混和后,与液体材料混和之前,还煮沸各滤液的混和液。例如,一种饮液的制备方法,当不存在蜂蜜或者液体木糖醇时,包括以下步骤:分别打碎固体材料;分别过滤取滤液;各滤液混和后与液体材料混和;加热熬制至剩余50%至70%;当存在蜂蜜或者液体木糖醇时,包括以下步骤:分别打碎固体材料;分别过滤取滤液;各滤液混和后与除蜂蜜或者液体木糖醇之外的其他液体材料混和;加热熬制至剩余50%至70%;然后与蜂蜜或者液体木糖醇混和。其中,对于固体材料,根据干燥程度,打碎成粉状或者粉团或者大致碎成直径小于3毫米的颗粒即可;对于干粉,可以适当根据1:1的质量比例添加纯净水,然后过滤取滤液。例如,采用豆浆机来完成上述步骤。
进一步地,本发明的实施例还包括,上述各实施例的各技术特征,相互组合形成的饮液及其制备方法,经实施测试,该饮液口感新奇,对于血管堵塞有特殊效果。
需要说明的是,上述各技术特征继续相互组合,形成未在上面列举的各种实施例,均视为本发明说明书记载的范围;并且,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种饮液,其特征在于,包括以下质量比例组分:蒜头汁5至15份、生姜汁5至15份、柠檬汁5至15份、食醋8至20份;
所述蒜头汁、所述生姜汁、所述柠檬汁与所述食醋的质量比例为1:1:1:1至1:1:1:1.4;
所述食醋为苹果醋、山楂醋与红枣醋的混和液,苹果醋、山楂醋与红枣醋的质量比例为3:1:1,其乙酸含量为4%;
还包括蜂蜜15至50份以及液体木糖醇10至65份;
还包括苦瓜汁1至4份、芹菜汁2至6份;
所述芹菜汁采用意大利冬芹;
还包括葛根汁0.7至1.2份;
上述的各种汁,其计量为各固体材料采用冷冻干燥法获得粉末,然后按质量比例,加上同等质量比例的纯净水获得。
2.根据权利要求1所述饮液,其特征在于,还包括川穹汁0.1至0.3份、当归汁0.3至0.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述饮液,其特征在于,还包括丹参汁0.2至0.4份。
