参考图6,符合本发明的各实施例的系统可包括诸如计算设备600等计算设备。在一基本配置中,计算设备600可以包括至少一个处理单元602和系统存储器604。取决于计算设备的配置和类型,系统存储器604可以包括,但不限于,易失性存储器(例如,随机存取存储器(RAM))、非易失性存储器(例如,只读存储器(ROM))、闪存或任何组合。系统存储器604可包括操作系统605、一个或多个编程模块606,并可包括具有充足的计算机可执行指令的对话主题检测、生成、以及存储系统200,该指令在被执行时执行本文所描述的功能。例如,操作系统605可适用于控制计算设备600的操作。此外,本发明的各实施例可以结合图形库、其他操作系统、或任何其他应用程序来实践,且不限于任何特定应用程序或系统。该基本配置在图6中由虚线608内的那些组件示出。
计算设备600可以具有附加特征或功能。例如,计算设备600还可包括附加数据存储设备(可移动和/或不可移动),诸如例如磁盘、光盘或磁带。这些附加存储在图6中由可移动存储609和不可移动存储610示出。计算设备600还可包含可允许设备600诸如通过例如内联网或因特网等分布式计算环境中的网络来与其他计算设备618进行通信的通信连接616。通信连接616是通信介质的一个示例。
如上所述,多个程序模块和数据文件可被存储在包括操作系统605在内的系统存储器604中。在执行在处理单元602上时,编程模块606可包括任务和日历项提取系统200,任务和日历项提取系统200可包括包含充足的计算机可执行指令的程序模块,在该指令被执行时执行本文所描述的功能。前述过程是示例,且处理单元602可执行其他过程。根据本发明的各实施方式可以使用的其他编程模块可以包括电子邮件和联系人应用、字处理应用、电子数据表应用、数据库应用、幻灯片演示应用、绘图或计算机辅助应用程序等。
一般而言,根据本发明的各实施方式,程序模块可以包括可以执行特定任务或可以实现特定抽象数据类型的例程、程序、组件、数据结构和其他类型的结构。此外,本发明的各实施方式可用其他计算机系统配置来实践,包括手持式设备、多处理器系统、基于微处理器的系统或可编程消费电子产品、小型机、大型计算机等。本发明的各实施方式也可以在其中任务由通过通信网络链接的远程处理设备执行的分布式计算环境中实现。在分布式计算环境中,程序模块可位于本地和远程存储器存储设备两者中。
此外,本发明的各实施例可在包括分立电子元件的电路、包含逻辑门的封装或集成电子芯片、利用微处理器的电路、或在包含电子元件或微处理器的单个芯片上实现。本发明的各实施例还可以使用能够执行诸如,例如,AND(与)、OR(或)和NOT(非)等逻辑运算的其他技术来实践,包括但不限于,机械、光学、流体和量子技术。另外,本发明的各实施例可以在通用计算机或任何其他电路或系统中实现。

Claims (10)
1.一种从电子通信中自动提取任务项的方法,包括:
接收电子通信项;
处理所述电子通信项,使得构成所述电子通信项的文本分量能被用来生成所提取的任务项;
将所述文本分量中的一个或多个与关联于任务项的预定义模式进行比较;
如果所述文本分量中的一个或多个与关联于任务项的预定义模式相匹配,则将所述文本分量中的所述一个或多个指定为所提取的任务项;以及
经由计算机生成的用户界面组件将所指定的任务项呈现给用户。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括从接收到的电子通信项中提取与所指定的任务项相关联的一个或多个任务槽,并且经由所述计算机生成的用户界面组件向所述用户呈现所指定的任务槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,如果所述用户接受了所指定的任务项,则用所提取的任务来填充电子任务列表。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
从所述电子通信项提取一个或多个特征;
基于所提取的一个或多个特征来确定所指定的任务项是否与一个或多个其他用户相关联;以及
如果基于所提取的一个或多个特征所指定的任务项与一个或多个其他用户相关联,则经由计算机生成的用户界面组件将所指定的任务项呈现给所述一个或多个其他用户。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述文本分量中的一个或多个指定为所指定的任务项之前,还包括:
从所述电子通信项提取一个或多个特征;
基于所提取的一个或多个特征来确定所述一个或多个文本分量包括任务项的概率;以及
如果所确定的概率超过阈值概率,则将所述文本分量中的该一个或多个指定为所提取的任务项。
6.一种从电子通信中自动提取日历项的方法,包括:
接收电子通信项;
处理所述电子通信项,使得构成所述电子通信项的文本分量能被用来生成所提取的日历项;
将所述文本分量中的一个或多个与关联于日历项的预定义模式进行比较;
如果所述文本分量中的一个或多个与关联于日历项的预定义模式相匹配,则将所述文本分量中的所述一个或多个指定为所提取的日历项;以及
经由计算机生成的用户界面组件将所指定的日历项呈现给用户。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括从接收到的电子通信项中提取与所指定的日历项相关联的一个或多个日历槽,并且经由所述计算机生成的用户界面组件向所述用户呈现所指定的日历槽。
8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,如果所述用户接受了所指定的日历项,则用所指定的日历项来填充电子日历。
9.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
从所述电子通信项提取一个或多个特征;
基于所提取的一个或多个特征来确定所指定的日历项是否与一个或多个其他用户相关联;以及
如果基于所提取的一个或多个特征所指定的日历项与一个或多个其他用户相关联,则经由计算机生成的用户界面组件将所指定的日历项呈现给所述一个或多个其他用户。
10.一种包含计算机可执行指令的计算机可读介质,当所述指令由计算机执行时,执行一种从电子通信自动提取任务项的方法,所述方法包括:
接收电子通信项;
处理所述电子通信项,使得构成所述电子通信项的文本分量能被用来生成所提取的任务项;
从所述电子通信项提取一个或多个特征;
基于所提取的一个或多个特征来确定所述一个或多个文本分量包括任务项的概率;以及
如果所确定的概率超过阈值概率,则将所述文本分量中的一个或多个与关联于任务项的预定义模式进行比较;
如果所述文本分量中的一个或多个与关联于任务项的预定义模式相匹配,则将所述文本分量中的所述一个或多个指定为所提取的任务项;以及
将所提取的任务项呈现给用户以供所述用户接受所述所提取的任务项。
