Description

具有自动的发动机停机功能的机动车运行方法
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的、用于带发动机的机动车的运行方法,这种方法在US5219413A和GB2424505A中被公开。
这样,在发动机运行时依据预先确定的第一标准检查:机动车驾驶员是否在场,特别是他是否坐在机动车的驾驶位上。当检查到该驾驶员不在场时,使发动机自动停机。
此前,这种方法的实现有如下缺点,在一些情况下,发动机会不期望地停机。一种典型的情况是,在首次发动之后的除冰:机动车驾驶员进入车内,发动了发动机,然后又离开,目的是刮掉车窗上的冰。在这种情况下所希望的正是:通过升温的发动机产生的热空气来帮助除冰。根据天气条件,也可能是驾驶员有意采取首次发动,以通过车辆的设备为该车辆接下来的行驶作准备。这样例如让发动机能热机或者通过空调实现车厢的加热(或者相反的,制冷)。必要时车辆的电池也应该被加热。
也有可能是,机动车驾驶员为了打开车库在车库前停车,但他不想关掉发动机。如果此时发动机自动停机,他便重启发动机,但立即又使发动机停机。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种根据权利要求1前序部分所述的机动车运行方法,该方法应考虑到并不是在所有情况下都希望发动机自动停机。
该目的通过具有权利要求1所述特征的方法来实现。
根据本发明,仅当机动车在上次发动机发动(点火)之后按照预先确定的第二标准运动时,才进行自动停机。
本发明基于以下认识:如果不希望自动停机,那么在首次发动以及自动停机之后的再次发动后都不直接跟随有机动车的行驶;或者相反地表述为:每当车辆驾驶员在行驶结束时离开机动车时,都希望自动停机。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,预先确定的第二条标准包括,机动车实质上进行了运动,例如识别到加速踏板(油门踏板)被操作,驻车制动器被释放或者其他的类似情况。同样的,预先确定的第二标准也可以包含:机动车必须运动了一最小距离,或者运动了一最短时间,因为由此能避免:机动车刚刚运动过了极小距离就马上触发自动停机。
如果仅为可能地触发自动停机功能目的而根据预先确定的第一标准检查了机动车驾驶员是否在场,则在机动车尚未运动时完全没必要进行根据预先确定的第一标准的检查。据此,本发明的一种优选实施方式是,为了避免多余的检查仅当机动车开始运动或者一旦满足了预先确定的第二标准时才允许进行检查。替代于此可以进行检查以发出报警信号,以使离开机动车的驾驶员知道不会进行自动停机。
预先确定的第一标准可以按已知的方式包括:
a)踏板和/或其他控制元件不被操纵,(例如可以包括制动踏板),另外替代或附加于此地,
b)驾驶员的安全带锁是打开的,另外替代或附加于此地,
c)驾驶员侧车门被开启。
特别是总体来看,踏板不被操纵、驾驶员的安全带锁是打开的以及驾驶员侧车门被开启,就可以得出结论:车辆驾驶员停止了对踏板的操纵,解开了安全带(或者最初就没系)并且通过驾驶员侧车门离开车辆。预先确定的第一标准也可以替代地包含:座椅占用传感器未检测到驾驶员在场。替代的或附加的,对准驾驶员座椅的摄像机(带有集成的或附属的图像识别功能)同样适用于此。
下面参照附图对本发明的一优选实施方式作进一步介绍,附图中唯一的
图1是用于说明本发明方法的实施方式的流程图。
在第一步S10中,使机动车的发动机点火,也就是发动机发动或启动。在步骤S12中,在非常短的时间或较长的时间内处于机动车的非行驶阶段。在发动机运转的情况下,随后在此应该检查驾驶员是否在场。但可选地,该检查在步骤S14中被完全禁用。特别是,或者是因为由于存在步骤S14而根本没有检查驾驶员是否在场或者是在所检查到的驾驶员不在场其后不跟随自动的发动机停机时,根据步骤S16在非行驶阶段中不进行自动的发动机停机,驾驶员在场的情况下。
在步骤S18中,此时使机动车行驶并且检测是否确实进行了行驶。替代于此检测:机动车(是否)行驶了最短距离或最短时间。如果是这种情况,则在步骤S20中激活自动的发动机停机功能。如果根据步骤S14选择在非驾驶期间不对驾驶员不在场进行检查,那么此时在步骤S22中激活该驾驶员不在场检查。
然后在步骤S24中检查,根据一预先确定的标准是否识别出驾驶员不在场。
例如可以在以下方面识别出驾驶员不在场:车辆驾驶员不操作制动器;安全带扣未扣,就是说没人在驾驶员座椅上扣安全带;车门在步骤S18之后的任单时刻被打开过(必要时又被锁上)。如果识别出驾驶员不在场,则在步骤S26中进行自动的发动机停机。
只要没识别到驾驶员不在场,便在步骤S28中检查:驾驶员是否可能自己使发动机停机了。如果是这种情况,则在步骤S30中结束行驶。如果不是这种情况,则再次执行步骤S28,直到在任一时刻步骤S30或步骤S26发生了。
在步骤S26和步骤S30之后,该方法仅在下一次根据步骤S10发动时才被重复。
由于仅在机动车行驶后才激活自动的发动机停机功能,所以保证了:车辆驾驶员可以启动点火并且如果他还不想起步行驶便可以随后离开机动车,而发动机不会自动停机。驾驶员可能——例如出于以下目的——恰好希望发动机继续运转:调节车厢或电池温度;为了除冰加热车窗玻璃;或者也可能是,例如车辆驾驶员就想打开车库门从而接着把车开进车库。
在步骤S14和步骤S22没有进行的情况下,实际上可以在非行驶阶段可选地进行驾驶员不在场检查。如果在此情况下识别出驾驶员不在场,则不马上进行自动的发动机停机,而是可以发出报警信号,例如视觉或听觉或组合式的报警信号,以使驾驶员意识到,因为他的离开将会进行发动机停机。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于运行具有发动机的机动车的方法,其中在发动机运行时根据预先确定的第一标准检查(S24):机动车驾驶员是否在场,当检查出驾驶员不在场时使发动机自动停机,其特征在于,仅当在发动机上次发动(S10)之后按照预先确定的第二标准使机动车运动时(S18),才进行自动停机(S26)。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,预先确定的第二标准包括:机动车根本上进行了运动。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,预先确定的第二标准包括:机动车运动了一最小距离。
4.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,预先确定的第二标准包括:机动车运动了一最短时间。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项的方法,其特征在于,仅当机动车开始运动时,才进行根据预先确定的第一标准的检查。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项的方法,其特征在于,当机动车还未开始运动时也进行根据预先确定的标准的检查;在检测到驾驶员不在场并且禁止自动停机时发出报警信号。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征在于,预先确定的第一标准包括:
a)踏板和/或其他控制元件不被操纵,和/或
b)驾驶员的安全带锁是打开的,和/或
c)驾驶员侧车门被开启。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征在于,预先确定的第一标准包括:
座椅占用传感器和/或对准驾驶员座椅的摄像机未检测到驾驶员在场。
